So, the event did not start at 7:30, it was closer to 9 but the doors and bar did open promptly at 7:30. I happened to sit down beside one of the owners and it was nice to speak with her about this venue/business. The story was awesome, it made me want to support. You can contact for a tour, and I will allow them to share their journey. However, it did leave me wanting to support whatever I can. I spoke with Kalisha Price, and her husband Terrance Price was an awesome bartender! Torii Hunter and Katrina Hunter are business partners as well! This is a super professional environment. Don't get me wrong the place is great and the ambience and the photographer was amazing in 15 mins he captured an amazing picture of my dog. BUT I will say even though I had a good experience in that aspect it doesn't mean I agree at all with this Bait tactic. Seems like the purpose is to trick you into thinking you won but so does a ton of other people... I think that how they keep in business. Once you're there you realize all pictures are overpriced. You only get one "free" photo you still have to pay 20+ dllrs for shipping and it's only a physical picture that takes about a month to be delivered (also a $100 deposit is needed to save your spot but I did end up getting my refund shortly after thank goodness). If you want any digital pictures and or frames is a ridiculous amount of money which if that's In your budget that's great! Im grateful for the one picture I got. Our initial meeting was impressive; both Megan and Jane met with me to discuss what we wanted to capture during our birth experience. Taking the time to spend over an hour with us vs. just emailing over pricing information spoke volumes. They truly connected with us. It didn't hurt that they are both super fun to be around! I went through three weeks of prodromal labor, with several trips to the hospital. Each time, Megan was ready and waiting for my call for her to come. She continuously checked in on me to make sure I was doing well, even on Christmas Eve and when the tornadoes came through! We opted to have Blush Little Baby document our labor and birth experience, the "Fresh 48" when our two year old came to the hospital to meet his baby brother, and our newborn and family session. The patience and attention to detail that Megan demonstrated throughout our entire birth experience was priceless. Her easy going demeanor made me forget she was even there at times! We joked that we would love to have her come over every night to put out newborn to bed; she is the baby whisperer! The quality of our photographs are truly amazing. I cried when I saw them. Megan captured our experience in a way that I did not think was possible. My only regret is that I didn't know her when our two year old was born!
