A big, huge screen shouting the venue's name greeted me as I drove up -- a clear indication of easy location. The venue doesn't look like much from the outside, but it sneakily opens up into a HUGE room that can accommodate any type of event. Big, high, wood-paneled ceilings hold pendant style canned lighting, which gives a comforting and very aesthetically-pleasing view when you look up. The carpet is blue-gray with a clean, crisp design and very well maintained. It doesn't look the least bit ratty or tacky! The sound system is also impressive and can flood the place with whatever style of tunes the hosts decides. The host himself was a little hard to hear on stage with his microphone, although I'm not sure if the event's emcee hooked the system up wrong or if it's always this way. The parking is small but easily accessible, and I got my things in and out in a snap! Geez, I sound like a commercial for the Town of Addison...don't I? ;)

We planned our wedding from out of state and it was so much less stressful to work with a venue that manages many of the details (flatware, catering coordination, table decor, etc.). We opted to use them for floral and they were beautiful! Loved repurposing the aisle decor to tables too. Having a day of coordinator allowed me to enjoy my wedding day rather than work it! The staff is experienced and reliable. They have a process that streamlines planning and work with several vendors that will give you a special price and know the venue/team well enough to have a very smooth experience.
