We stumbled across Reminisce Media while trying to find a reputable place to have 1800 or so slides from my husband's childhood converted to digital media. We found the usual suspects, you know the big splashy impersonal companies that have big advertising budgets. But we just had concerns about sending all of those memories into a postal void and hoping for the best. Thankfully, Google introduced us to Laura, and she has done a MAGNIFICENT job, far exceeding our expectations. She color corrected and/or sharpened images. Not just one, either. She kept us updated on the project's progress. To be honest, working with her was refreshing. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to safely restore precious family memories with excellent results. Thank you SO much! read more

My husband and I had a need to convert two medical CDs, with MRI images and a lot of detailed medical descriptions. We ended up being in a time crunch, and needed the transcriptions sooner than we thought. Even though this type of transcription took her much longer than she anticipated, Lauri at Reminisce Media was able to transcribe both for us in the time needed. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional throughout our experience with her. We were also very impressed with the cost of her services. We would highly recommend Lauri and Reminisce Media for excellent digital transcription from any media source. Katie & John, McKinney, TX read more

I just have to say THANK YOU to Lauri for allowing me to re-live amazing memories. Memories that, not only made me cry tears of joy, sadness and overwhelming feelings, but also allowed me to see my mom again in videos. For my girls to see both my husband and I young/getting married and my youngest to be able to see the grandma she will never get to meet. My mom passed away on 2011 suddenly and its been always so hard on me. She only got to enjoy my oldest until she was 8. Well, thanks to Lauri and her amazing skills, she made my whole year! She transformed 3 of my old VHS that I found into one USB. They look amazing!!! Needless to say- I cried until my head hurt- but in a good way. Her prices are excellent especially for her amazing quality and professionalism. She is fast also and so flexible to work with. Less than a week I had my usb and my vhs were intact as well. If you need old VHS turned into digital so you can watch them and keep them forever, Lauri is your person!! Contact her immediately! She is worth every penny!! Really, what she did for me and my family meant so much. Priceless memories especially in my case that I wont be able to see my mom again. Lauri was able to convert a bunch of VHS tapes and 8mm movies for us in just a few days. She stayed in constant contact if she had any questions. Very pleased with the results, especially given the age of some of the media. Her prices were competitive versus other offers I had received but without having to ship the media off and wait weeks or months for it to be returned. read more

I needed to digitize a few dvm60 mini tapes and 8mm tapes from my wife's childhood. Unfortunately, the cassette player we had broke and to replace the player it would cost about $400-800 dollars since they don't make these anymore. I was worried since I wanted these tapes converted but it looked like it would've been a tough task to find a working player under $100 -- I didn't even know what type of players plays these tapes to be honest. Fortunately, I found Reminisce Media and Lauri. I just read the tapes type to her based on what was written on the box, and she assured me that it could be done. I dropped them off at one of their locations, and she completed the transfer within a few days (there were about 4-5 hours total from those tapes). The quality was superb and everything went even better than I had expected. The service was super affordable and she took the time to transfer them onto a USB drive for me. I would definitely recommend Reminisce Media to anyone trying to digitize old tapes and preserve their childhood memories! read more

I provided some Hi8 tapes to Laurie for conversion to digital. The first time, 3/10 tapes came back with either the end cut-off or some static/glitching on the recording. I had watched the tapes thoroughly beforehand so I knew that that didn't happen when playing back on the camcorder. I asked Laurie if she would re-process the tapes using my camcorder. She told me that she was striving for 100% customer satisfaction and drove out to my house, picked up the tapes/camcorder, and re-processed the tapes that had had issues. She delivered that all back to me a week later. I checked everything and it is all perfect, now. The static/glitching is no more and any missed ending sections of tapes are now captured. Moral of the story is that Laurie will go out of her way to work with you to ensure your 100% satisfaction. read more

We just had Laurie convert a 34 year old wedding video to thumb drive and dvd and given the age and the fact that it was recorded by an amateur wonderful uncle of mine, we could not be more pleased with how it turned out. To be able to see the smiling faces of the many no longer with us and to be able to share this with our daughter who just had her own wedding, is just beyond words. I would definitely recommend her for your conversion needs. read more

I highly recommend anyone using Reminisce Media to convert VHS tapes to a flash drive to keep memories forever! great job Lauri!! Our granddaughter was given a VHS tape when she turned 22, and out on her own, made by her mother 22 years ago of our granddaughter's birth & 5 1/2 hrs. of her growing from a newborn infant to her 1st birthday in June & the Christmas after her birthday... Why it meant so much to see and hear how much a mother loves her firstborn daughter is because that mother, (our daughter), went to Heaven 17 yrs. ago, when our granddaughter was only 5 yrs. old, & her little baby sister was only 5 months old...memories of her mom had faded, and she now can see & hear her mom talking & singing to her that she couldn't and wouldn't have ever remembered... Lauri transferred those almost 6 hrs. of memories in such an expert, yet, compassionate way, to edit & protect these memories that we would never know... Her prices are amazing for the professional quality of the transfer & getting our 2 flash drives (one for our grandaughter, & one for us, (as her grandparents) in such a short time! ...we miss our beautiful daughter, & we now get to pop in the flash drive and see & hear our beautiful daughter "come alive" again! 5 Stars + read more

I cannot say enough praises for Laurie. I needed a VHS tape switched to a DVD, and I put it off, and finally reached out to Legacy Box. They were going to charge an exuberant amount, and I wouldn't get it back in less than 2 months. I reached out to Laurie, and told her my situation, and she had it back to me in less than 24 hours and her price was about a fourth of the cost that Legacy Box would have charged. I needed this for my mom, as she is not doing very well, and it's her family, throughout the years. I cannot wait for her to see this! Thank you so much Lauri! I'll definitely reach out to you, in the future! read more
