Frank is Phenomenal! I stumbled across the companies advertisement/ promo via Groupon,com; as a V-day gift for my fiance and I, I decided to purchase an engagement photo-shoot for he and I. Frank was very down-to-earth, and patient with us! He did his best to show us how to open-up and love the camera. He's an all around jovial guy, and took stunning shots at the Newport Preservation. I hate to write because I like Frank as a person, but as a business owner he's not someone to trust. My fiancé and I have been taking our time to look for a photographer for our wedding and engagement photo shoot. We came across his website and liked what we saw so we reached out for a quote. My fiancé and I got a quote from Frank over email and he gave us a good price within our budget and additional perks. Now, we haven't picked a venue or exact date yet so we said it's going to be a few months before we make a decision. Frank was fine with that and said his quote was valid for 6 months. After a couple of months we found a venue and picked a place so we reached out to Frank to see if he was available that day. Luckily he was and wanted to meet in person. We met at a Starbucks and discuss some of the things we wanted and give some of his professional input. The meeting was about an hour to an hour and a half. We went over the package he quoted and negotiated some other things we wanted as well. Frank verbally agreed to everything, shook hands and said he'll send over a revised contract when he got home. My fiancé and I were thrilled that all of our planning was coming together. The contract wasn't sent that night, which seemed strange since he promised he'll do it asap. The next day goes by without a peep. 2 days later his wife, Nadine Lewis (whom we never ever spoke to) sent us an email saying he can't do half of the things he promised us and that she'll send over a new quote soon. At this point we are dumbfounded because 1. Frank is the owner/photographer and the point of contact for us and 2. His wife isn't part of the business. From our chat with Frank, she is a real estate agent. This was very upsetting since Frank gave us a written quote and got our hopes up only to renege on a deal later. Nadine also gave us a 2 day timeline for the new quote. I can't imagine Nadine Lewis being a very good real estate agent since she uses these high pressure bully tactics to get a deal done immediately without concern for the customer/client. Obviously we decided to pass since we can't trust them to follow through on their word. I guess it's a blessing in disguise because we found someone who does amazing work with photography AND videography with more experience for about the same price Frank quoted us. If I could give a zero or a negative star I would. Frank please honor your written price quotes and do right by your customers. Your business will grow that way and not by pulling dirty marketing tricks like you did to us. read more

Frank is the man! Shortly before our wedding, we had decided it would be a good idea to find a videographer to record our special day. After looking around for a bit, we stumbled across Final Phase photo. We were surfing around his site for awhile and the chat now message popped up. It was kind of late so I figured no one be on the other end and to my surprise, Frank responded promptly and we were able to setup an appointment. We were off to a great start! We had a video conference with Frank which was very helpful and made it more personable. He was more than willing to accommodate our last minute request. We were able to lock down most of details during our meeting and then continued to chat via email & text up till our special day. Come wedding day, Frank and an assistant showed up and dove right in. They were very professional, provided us with the space we needed (which was hard given the amount of people in the bridal party) and were overall a joy to have in our presence on our day. We did do the same day edit which was nice but there were some technical difficulties, causing the video to pause multiple times and then ended up freezing (stopped playing). Not that big of a deal as we had so much going on at that time! Post-wedding, we provided a few songs to Frank and he was able to make the most amazing video of our special day. I found Frank by extensive google searching and checking review sites. I inquired to several photographers, but Frank responded immediately. I told Frank that I live in West Palm, FL, and I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend in Laguna Beach. I went to Laguna Beach a year prior, and I fell in love with the coastline there. I told him the general area of where I wanted to do the proposal, but I relayed to him that I did not have the specific spot. He helped me pick the exact spot of where to do the wedding proposal, and he could not have done a better job. When I got out to Laguna, he was available prior to the photo shoot to discuss all of the exact details. I went to the location the day before, and we then communicated by video chat to outline exactly where he was going to stand, where my fiancee would be, and where he would be taking pictures. Everything went perfectly. He was discreet, and my fiancee had no idea that I hired a photographer for the proposal. On top of that, his pictures came out incredibly well. From the pictures he sent over, there is not one bad picture. He captured the best moment of my life, and I am transported back to the moment every time I look at the pictures. In addition, Frank is a genuinely good guy. He responds almost immediately by phone/email, and he goes the extra mile. He was able to get us our pictures the next day, and he even did a small photo shoot right after the proposal. Book them w/ confidence! Their best skill was that they were able to film and photo without you even knowing they were there. How they do it, I have no idea! And omg the moments they were able to capture were absolutely stunning. This husband and wife duo absolutely knows what they're doing. First of all I have never done a yelp review before, but if I can help someone make the decision to use Final phase photography I thought why not! I can't say enough good things about this husband and wife team! Frank and Nadine do amazing work! We were a little skeptical at first because we didn't know anyone who had used them before and they didn't live very close. Wedding photography is a HUGE thing because it's all you have left after your wedding day flys by! I trusted the reviews and gave it a shot and I'm so happy we did! I met Frank over a year ago when he filmed at my cousins sweet 16, we asked him if he can do photography & video for our wedding in November. We did our engagement session and our whole event with him. He was someone who got along with our whole family, he was professional and made us feel extremely comfortable. We hired Final Phase for our wedding videography in Livermore, CA. Nadine was extremely professional, sweet and low stress on the day of our wedding, which was exactly the type of person I wanted around on my big day. She arrived to the venue early and was already setting up equipment before I even arrived. The equipment was professional and it seemed like she got a lot of great shots. My husband and I in the stress of the week leading up to the wedding decided to wait on selecting video highlight songs so we have not received our footage back yet (which is completely on us) but I am so excited to get to relive so many special moments from our wedding day. Also, Nadine and Frank were very responsive and easy to communicate with in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding and were very patient with my endless questions.
