If you sign up for the emails, they have little specials often. Like a 30 minute session for $20 for 1 free digital photo. Adding on extra photos cost per photo. (We did an Easter special that happened to be during her 9 months that we tacked on) They also offer printed and canvas photos. They have a small wardrobe. I believe mostly maternity, but some children's outfits. We donated one of our girl's outfits. The photographer at the 3 months seemed fresh on the job and her skills lacked. The 2nd photographer at the 6 months, Lindsey was talented. We requested her for our 9 months. She wasn't still there when we came back for our 12 months. The owner herself took our photos, and they where beautiful too. I am an armature photographer myself, and took a few courses in college. Wasn't my passion, but I have a bit of a picky eye now. The owners style was nice, meh on the editing. I had some spanks showing in a photo I wish they edited out. I still bought that photo. I really liked Lindsey and wish they kept her. Her interaction with us and our kid was awesome. Her photo style and backdrop/ prop ideas was also amazing. She tried ideas and suggestions I had. Let me see her screen to decide if I want to retake a pose or move on. Fixed little things she saw through the lens that I didn't notice while trying to get my kid to smile/ giggle. We did go back at the end of the year and added on $300 worth of extra photos that didn't come in our package.

We couldn't be happier with the pictures we ended up picking from the large number of pictures we had to choose from. While Lupita regularly takes "big kid" pictures, like high school portraits, this was her first time working with little kiddos. I appreciated her flexibility as she adjusted her options to address parents' feedback. While it may not be the same next year (she may firm things up based on her experience this first year, if I had to guess), I felt like she took the time to personally deal with us as parents instead of giving the school canned answers or making things very limited and rigid. And I love that she provided access to all the pictures she took of our son, giving us a large set to choose from. It wasn't picking from one or two or even three poses; it was a lot. I've never had that before and I appreciated it. She does a lot of other work, too, and it all seems to be centered around people. She said some parents pay her to literally document their kids' high school experience, taking pictures of their marching band and whatever else they do during high school. Then she puts together a high school scrap book at the end. Pretty neat. She takes a lot of marching band pictures, and the ones I saw were excellent. She shoots both at day and night. And she has a lot of professional gear to take on different situations. From what I saw, high school portraits and activities are her bread and butter. Bottom line: we're extremely pleased with the pictures we ended up with of our son, and I'm very grateful to Lupita for working with me and being flexible.
