If you use "Star Money" points on a purchase and later have to return your items, their system breaks down and shortchanges your actual cash. On a total out-of-pocket spend of roughly $60 across two items, their system only refunded me approximately $50 when I returned everything. An online supervisor admitted the glitch but refused a manual fix because of my lack of "prior purchase history."
