He sold me a basic system which was all I needed and really wanted. He told me If I desired anything more at any point it could be added. Then I met Doug Dell who installed the system. Even though I tried to make his job easier for him to set up, he insisted on the best set up that fit the area of the installation rather than what was easier for him. Unfortunately the company went out of business several years ago and they couldn't get the new seal it needed. However, they had some brand refurbished Bissell's there for around $70 so I bought one to replace my Phantom. The staff there are very thorough and very pleasant to work with.
