My Computer got the Blue Screen of death and thought I needed a new hard drive(it was an old hard drive), Sam Hartman discovered it needed a new hard drive and the Window's update crashed my computer, he was able to fix both for less than 3 times the price at another repair store to just install a new hard drive, I was out the for a little over 100 dollars.
