He has kept my older tech running longer and more efficiently than I though possible. Always affordable and up front with costs before repairs are performed. Once he could not help with one computer issue - hard drive was damaged beyond repair - and there was no charge for the evaluation. Who works for free anymore? I called another repair guy and he said he would have charged $95 ($65 for an hour and $30 for the RAM stick). When I called to complain about the fee (charging $100 for a $40 "memory chip"--he clarified that he said "memory stick"), he said we would have paid $100 at Micro Center for them to look at it. The guy who had repaired my computer, Josh, answered. Not only did he sound angry at me for calling (though he had said to call him if there were issues), but said to call back today, and he'd fix it this morning remotely. i called today and spoke with Evan. (though Josh was also there) and after being told i would have to pay their normal rate for a service call, I was also told that Josh said he had helped me out on "many things" for over an hour yesterday. Of course, he had helped on nothing other than getting me off the phone once it came to 5 pm, which totaled less than 5 minutes. So, if you're thinking about taking your computer there, don't plan on asking them any questions, or be ready to pay (for something you just want working the way it was before they touched it). And this was a mere one thing, not the many things I no longer have on my computer, that they could have found from the backup drive. No customer service, and they've lost this customer!!

I brought my push mower in that I purchased on Craigslist two years ago for cheap that to be honest has never ran 100% since I've had it. Picked it up today, and it runs brand new. Docked one star because when I dropped my mower off on a Thursday two weeks ago, he told me he'd call me in five days. I had to call him a week and a half later, but it was completed the next day. If I need future repairs on any type of small engines, I will return.
