When I got there, they dropped the offer to $225 and called it average condition because of one tiny nick that was barely noticeable unless you looked very closely. I understand condition can be subjective, but what bothered me was that after offering $225, they were suddenly willing to negotiate back up. That made the first revised offer feel like a lowball. I also included a 2nd generation Apple Magic Trackpad, and the final agreed amount ended up being $315. They paid through PayPal, but sent it in a way that deducted a $9.42 fee, so I only received $305.58. When I brought it up, they refused to reimburse the difference. Overall, the process felt misleading. I used them to avoid the hassle of selling locally, but I would not use this company again. Be careful assuming you will receive the quoted value.
