After months of waiting, they still required the $100 bench fee before releasing the computer. We were also verbally told a discount would be provided due to the excessive delay, but when we asked about it we were told it would not be honored because of new ownership. I understand shops get busy and policies can change, but waiting three months for a diagnosis with no communication and then being told the promised discount would not be honored was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would recommend reading other reviews before deciding to bring your computer here.

I went there expecting to pay $350 for a screen replacement on a phone I didn't even want to keep but because I broke my screen and couldn't log in to access any apps to transfer the data I had to replace the screen or I would lose everything....so I thought! Luckily PC Solutions used a mouse to enter my code to log in and did the entire transfer to my new phone right there. He didn't even charge me for his time and effort and truly could have let me replace the screen for $350 and made money...and I would have never known any different. They transfered all of my content pics, messages, contacts, etc. I am forever thankful we have this little business in our town!

The repair was fine to begin with but developed a small issue a couple weeks later. They refused to…read morewarranty the work and wanted to charge me again. After telling them this wasn't going to look good online they got upset and reluctantly offered to repair for free. At this point I didn't trust them with my phone. The conversation had gotten a little salty on their end by this time. So I paid over $200 for a repair that didn't take. I do not recommend this place. UPDATE we agree to disagree. You have a faulty product and I stand behind my original post. Had you not been so rude and condescending we may have worked out a solution.
