It is literally 6"x6"x2", very small. The quote was $70.00 which I felt was top dollar, but was willing to pay it to get a nice job done. What I got after a MONTH of waiting was GARBAGE, it looks bad and doesn't fit like the original at all. They just wanted to argue with me that it was fine. It is not fine, it is garbage and after tax paid $75.08 for something I will not use. Think before you spend any money with this company, I wish someone had told me the same. Will NEVER do business with again, and will tell anyone needing this kind of work to try anyone but Reliable Upholstery. Poor quality fit and finish.

We had a recliner reupholstered by Fortner. We were told that they couldn't guarantee the recliner…read moremechanics. They did a nice job on the reupholstery but there is one (cushion) spring that is not properly tied down such that you can feel it touching on your thigh or butt. It's only a matter of time before it will poke thorough the upholstery. They have told our interior designer, that recommended them, that they can't warranty the work since it is a recliner. Of course, the poor craftsmanship has nothing to do with it being a recliner. Now we have to pay someone else to properly complete the work. BTW, the reupholstery was over $2000!!!

I wish I had thousands of dollars to spend on all of the amazing fabrics here--but don't worry, if…read moreyou're like me and you're broke, you can still get great stuff at Fabric Farms. First, if you're looking for upholstery stuff--metal tack strips, cardboard tack strip, dacron, etc--this is the place to go. I got all of the odds and ends I needed to reupholster a chair at a really good price. They also have foam and other upholstery basics. They also have some pretty decently-priced fabric, but there's a LOT, and you have to sort through it all. Some of the stuff on rolls in the back seemed to be lower-priced than the samples toward the front of the store--but upholstery fabric isn't cheap anywhere you get it, so. If you're new to buying upholstery fabric, expect to spend upwards of $30 - $50 a yard for many fabrics. If you're making cushions, definitely hit this place up because you can get fabric samples for $1 - $5; these samples are big enough to be the face of a large cushion, and you can get some really nice samples. I got three great patterns that I'm going to make into cushions with some neutral (cheaper) fabric on the back. I also got really great service. The gentleman who helped me was really nice and pleasant, and very genuine. I will definitely be going back when I have projects to do.

I've now made three, maybe four, additional attempts to make contact, sent multiple emails with photos and measurements, and have not even received the courtesy of an email telling me to take a hike, and that there is no interest in completing my project - Which would be fine, as I understand that it was my team that caused the delay. However, it seems like a good business practice to at least reply to a request for service, even if you aren't interested in providing it.
