If I could give no stars, I would!! I dropped my car off to have fixed a leather seam in my…read moredrivers seat that was coming apart. The following day i was called to come pick the car up because the repairs were finished. Two hours later when I arrived to pick the car up it was still in the work area and they had the hood up and saying the battery was dead (what does a battery have to do with fixing a car seat)?? They fiddled with the battery and I was finally able to start the car and immediately noticed the airbag warning light was on. I told the manager about the light and said it was not on when I brought the car in and now it's on...what the hell did you do? She said, "oh, the light only needs to be reset! The airbags are fine." Three weeks later the seam came apart and I had to take it back for it to be fixed correctly. After several months I decided to get the airbag light reset so I took it to the Mercedes Dealer in Flag and they discovered that wiring harness under the driver's seat had been broken to the point where it had to be replaced at a cost of $1275!! I immediately notified the upholstery shop and the owner, Joe Ray refused to pay for the damages. I sued him in small claims court and during the court proceedings he lied and said the red light was on before they worked on the car and he also lied and said he'd contacted the Mercedes Dealership and asked about the light, which they didn't. Regardless, I won the case in court and he has to pay me monthly payments to pay off the judgement against him. This guy is a lying con man that will screw you if he gets the slightest chance. AVOID THIS CLOWN AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I'm moving into a new place and needed the carpets deep cleaned prior to my move. I found Arya…read moreCarpet Cleaning on yelp and was quickly given a very reasonable quote for cleaning. Kamran was very responsive and very pleasant to talk with through the process. He gave me a rundown of what cleaning service he was providing and was able to fit me in within a few days, given my personal moving goals. He kept in contact with me and gave me a closer time frame and double checked with me prior to the appointment. I, unfortunately, wasn't able to physically meet Kamran but my parents were there to let him in and Kamran was kind enough to still keep me updated on the process. The space that needed cleaning were 2 bedrooms and a staircase. Essentially the entirety of the upstairs is carpeted except for the bathroom and Kamran cleaned all of the carpet, including the landing and closets. I, myself, didn't even think to mention that as spaces that needed cleaning so I was very thankful that he cleaned those. There was some unexpected difficulties given how far my building was from the parking lot but Kamran handled everything well and still got the job done quickly and efficiently. Honestly, working with Arya Carpet Cleaning and Kamran was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of carpet or upholstry cleaning! I look forward to using their services again and hopefully meeting Kamran in person next time!

We have light carpet that is about 14 years old. We are moving and it is so gross our realtor said…read morewe had to get new carpet. We really didn't want to replace it so we thought we would try cleaning it really well. I've had Stanley Steamer clean the carpets as well as Puroclean, and I have my own steam vac, and it looks ok when it's done but not great. There are always those few grey areas that don't come up and we have paint splotches from self painting the walls, gum from the kids, and glitter glue, other bright red spots etc. We have 5 kids so it takes a beating. I decided to try Trusteam based on reviews. I'm so glad I did!!! They are NOTHING like the other carpet cleaning experiences I've had. My carpet looks new. Dan is the owner and he cleaned the carpet himself. He called after I scheduled the appointment on line and ran me through the process so I would know what to expect. He uses a little different system and it is unbelievable how well it worked. He left a few hours ago and I can't get over all the stuff he got out of my carpet. I can't see even one spot left. It was the best money I ever spent. Plus he is super nice, worked so hard he was totally sweating, and the type of small business guy that is working his tail off for his business. It was a fantastic experience and at a great price (I priced out Stanley Steamer and it was the same...but for a way better job). Thanks Dan for saving me $5,000 on new carpet.
