Time for an update…read more.. Since my last review, they have discontinued the buy 3, get 1 free car wash cards. What a bummer! Not completely sure why they stopped offering them, but this is a quality car wash so I still come here often. They still have the free vacuums with car wash offer, and it seems routine maintenance is happening on the vacuums as they work much better now. The only annoying part of this car wash is the over emphasis on directing cars from the moment you pull into the parking lot and drive up to the pay stations. Really? I think I know how to pull up to the pay station without being directed like I'm on an airplane runway...ugh! It's too much. I understand directing cars into the actual car wash, but anywhere else here is just condescending. Prices are reasonable and I've never had any issues with the wash quality. Would recommend.

The vacuums are plentiful. I found the suction not to be very strong, but good enough to pick up the crumbs and debris on my car mats. I suspect if there were pet hairs in the car, it would be hard to vacuum those up. But, no complaints as use of them are free. Beggars can't be choosers! I'd use this location again.

This is the only place that I know of in Vancouver that does interior AND exterior cleaning. I wish the quality was there. I'm just unhappy with what I'm leaving with. *** UPDATE as of 9/16/20 ------ I've been a loyal customer since my last review. It's really hard finding a car wash that does both exterior and interior around Vancouver so I stuck around. I've been very observant during my trips. There is a couple of specific team members that do an excellent job. I really enjoy when they handle my car and get disappointed when they aren't working the time I go there. I understand that the kids are working hard, but they do need to pay attention to detail. Also, don't be afraid to let anyone of the team members know if something wasn't cleaned or if they missed a spot; especially if it's a busy day for them. They'll happily do so. Prices have increased so to get my money's worth, I signed up for their member wash. They usually have promotions like one month free. As others have mentioned, their washing machine isn't the best at cleaning vehicles. The bright side is, you can join their membership and wash your car once more that same trip I come here so often, my favorites already know me and my usual (ultimate + mats) and it's hilarious! Overall, I'm a happy customer. Just try it out and then you be the judge.

My dad bought a brand new car here out of my recommendation. I told friends to after as well. Why I give this place a one star is because the salesman never told us that the first oil change is free (only before 12 months or 12,000 miles, which ever comes first). So we had already changed the oil before the internet told revealed that every new Honda purchased comes with a first free oil change. I show up to the service appointment only to be told my secret offer was expired and that I'd have to pay out of pocket for the oil change. Great way to lose a customer.
