Going to innovative I was on my final resort had been to several doctors ima veteran nothing was working innovative went through my x-rays did research talked to me looked at all options in these past weeks I've gone from being in extreme pain laying down all day because back legs feet were hurting to up and about everyday working this place is the real thing they listen to you not like other medical places who tell u how you feel they listen to how you are feeling. Staff is 100 always energetic funny great personalities best team you could ever work with they all deserve so much for all the effort they put into the job and therapy. Haley extremely great physical therapist always happy attentive to her patients and ensures she handles that the patient gets treated to exact needs and sees the patient leaves happy and healthy. She's extremely professional and very strict when it comes to therapy she devotes her all and I respect that because some physical therapy won't even pay half that attention she ensures patients leave motivated energetic and comfortable. Eva very energetic great personality awesome smile always checking on patients ensuring all is well with them these 2 together are a great team! The front staff is so great smiling and always calling and checking up to make sure your safe and are on your way to treatment if your running late or having complications they do there all to help out and work with your schedule. Dr. Roulund what can I say he's the most professional and positive Dr. You'll ever meet if your having these physical issues come see him I highly recommend it. He's on G.O.D Mode. I was a patient back in 2014 and had experienced pain from a clicking hip from years of running and the impact it had on my joints and bones. It hurt to walk, and I couldn't even lift my leg to wash my foot in the morning. The team at Innovative Medical Center produced a tailored treatment plan, and since then, my clicking hip and pain have disappeared. The second time I was a patient, I was suffering from the effects of neuropathy so badly, I could barely walk anymore. And forget about sleeping! Every single night, my feet would keep me awake between the pain and a sudden onset of restless leg syndrome. My primary care physician and neurologists wanted me to spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair eating gabapentin at ridiculous doses 3 times per day. No way! Following the recommended course of treatment, my pain lessened and lessened each day. In 2 weeks, I could feel the cold tile under my feet again and I cut my prescription of gabapentin in half. Today, I walk daily and ride a bicycle to work because I love to do these simple pleasures again. The care was unique. I've suffered with pain and strange rotating symptoms for nearly my entire life. Many clinics just threw up their hands and referred to me as a medical unicorn. Not Innovative, the staff listened attentively to me with EVERY concern and worked to come up with a solution. I chose a therapy for my neck, I completed the course of care recommended and have had no problems since. I am experiencing a new normal which gives me freedom to live. My care team was wonderful to me. Dr. Sanchez was the chiropractor and he was as gentle and patient as I needed, I trusted him enough to also care for my preemie daughter. My entire family has been going to Innovative Medical Center for years! The staff is wonderful and the owner Dr. Roulund is nothing short of spectacular. I like how they explain ALL costs up front. I have a huge deductible and so I know that I will have to pay out of pocket and they were just so helpful explaining the insurance. They are so caring and really set out to help "fix" my problem and not just chase the symptoms and the pain. I really like how they educate you and explain what you are doing and why. I am now pain free. I had goals to reach with my back, knee and neck pain, and we reached those goals. I have never experienced a holistic clinic like this before. I honestly have to say that staff really care for their patients. I have never been to any physical therapy place that cares so much for their patients health. I have never seen any doctors in Bakersfield use this disc therapy method before. I drive from Bakersfield to Fresno three times a week. It is tiring but definitely worth it. I have an office job that requires me to sit for 8 hours. I can now sit with no problem the more I keep coming to my appointments. I am happy that I advocated for my health because there are doctors out there that don't want to help but point you straight to surgery, but not this doctor! You all are freaking cool ! The wonderful thing about IMC is that whether you're recovering from an injury, or just feeling the ravages of time, or just want to get into better shape, they will do their best to help you! I absolutely love coming here! I hurt my shoulder and am halfway through my treatment. I come in 3 days out the week and every day I come in it's like a breath of fresh air and positivity Ernie and Peter are the best PTs! They are super funny, it's a whole experience in here lol! Be prepared to hear singing, see jumping around, and running... they are hilarious I'm very thankful my mom referred me to this place. Everyone is kind and always smiling! Although the staff is nice, the owners themselves are extremely shady. I wouldn't recommend this place of business to anyone in the Fresno/Clovis radius. Dr. Roulund is extremely rude and unprofessional. He comes off extremely perverted as well. They are money hungry and will tell you any and everything you want to hear or even try to scare you into needing their treatment. Do NOT fall for it. They will try to sucker you into their physical therapy treatment as well asking $5000.00 when most places take insurance. Please be very careful when dealing with this business as they do NOT have your health at heart. read more

I have been a satisfied patient for many many years at IMC. I even started taking my children there. I have a non verbal severely autistic son and started stem.cell replacement and to our surprise our son started to use some words and started to play on the ground with cars and he had never done that before. I highly recommend Innovative Medical Centers to anyone have pain from auto accidents, falls or just daily living. They have helped to decrease my pain leave almost 90% overall. I've been going here for at least 7 or 8 years now, and the entire staff has been fantastic. The doctors on site are great, everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional, and I always enter and leave with a smile. There's always been a stigma against chiropractic work, but as a 6' tall man with plenty of back and neck issues, I can easily say that this has improved my health and wellbeing more than most everything else I've tried. Innovative has helped me with my RA. When I first came to Innovative I was on three different medications for my RA, a high dosage of Predisone and a really bad rash on both of my knees. I needed to park by a curb to help me get in and out of my car. Now I am only one one RA medication, a low dosage of Predisone and both rashes are healed.
