They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and even tried to sweep up the floors when they finished. They were very respectful of us and our property. They did a great job. Day of install came and one of the panels was going vertically and everything else horizontally. Reached out to John and after a little back and forth he agreed to replace the panel at no extra charge. When day of replacement came it was only a crew of 2 guys, they struggled a little to move stove and were concerned about gas line as they were unsure how to close it, the guy in charge took them outside and told them to be quiet, stop complaining and get it done. 3 months after replacement section was installed and final payment was made my countertops cracked! I reached out again via email to John, several people from his team came out to look at countertops a couple of times and I was told they'd replace them once they had the same material leftover from another job. That was over a year ago! I repeatedly reached out to John and James who now no longer works with John and I was just given more excuses. I consulted with another company and I was told the reason for counters cracking was most likely bad installation since there were no signs. We also paid for cabinet lighting and lights went out a day after installing after having guy come out multiple times we gave up. I have recently filed a complaint with the BBB, countertops should have come with some type of warranty for at least a year.

He replaced the wood on the front of my garage, primed the Hardy Board, and painted the entire garage as well as reinstalling the gutters. The owner couldn't care less about whether the customer is happy. I documented everything in writing such as "we would like to keep remaining slab pieces; we want our island cut for a flush cooktop installation; etc." and they just couldn't get it right. They had to come out multiple times to get the job done and I finally gave up on being satisfied. We are living with multiple things that aren't precise such as the hole cut for our faucet visibly off center. They only reached out to me to discuss anything when they wanted final payment and really didn't care that I was not happy. Just shoddy workmanship overall and no respect for the client.

Wow. What a pleasure to work with this organization…read more We had received a bid from RDA on a previous job, but decided to go with a different contractor. Mistake! When the remodel of our master bathroom was in the planning stages, I contacted RDA for a bid on this job, which we accepted. I so wish we had chosen them for both jobs, since this was a fabulous experience. From the initial visit by Jitka, to her 3-D drawings of the end product, to the quality of the work and everything in-between, our remodel adventure was stellar. Lots of choices for tile, grout, quartz and designs can be seen in their showroom. Once we settled on all of the details, work began the following week. In a 3-week time period, our bathroom had the demo crew in, then the electrician, then the plumber, the painter, the tile crew . . . it was ongoing and a very busy time. Every day, though, Mr. Julio stopped in to check on progress and talk with us. THIS was so important. We wanted communication and we wanted the owner to see the work as it progressed. If we had concerns or questions, we were easily able to relay those, sometimes before work on a particular area even started. Nice! We had an old stall shower removed along with a huge jacuzzi garden tub. Cabinets remained, and they were completely painted. All wallpaper was removed, re-surfaced for paint and painted. Tile floor remained, but RDA re-grouted the floor so it would match the grout in the new shower area (offered at no charge to us). Walk-in (doorless) shower was built, quartz countertop was installed. New sliding doors to our closet were also installed. New faucets, hardware, towel bars, lighting, and shower head/valve were put in (all of those items had to be purchased by us, FYI). It was a big job, and we were shocked (and relieved!) that in exactly three weeks it was ready. Highly recommend this local company. Very up front about everything, extremely communicative and no hidden charges (yeah, we experienced that one with a different contractor). Excellent workmanship and absolutely stunning results. A super sweet touch when the job was done, too. Won't ruin it for others, but we were taken by complete surprise - and very grateful that we chose this company to transform our very outdated master bathroom. Will definitely call on RDA Remodeling for our next renovation - after we take a much-needed remodeling break, though!
