Upon calling, the store clerk was RUDE about the whole situation due to it being "simply 3 pickets short" after she stated drivers take pictures to reassure the count is right. Everyone is so friendly and eager to answer questions, help you find what you're looking for, give ideas, etc. what I liked the most is the zero pressure or sales vibe which helped me relax and make my decision. I bought all new pre hung doors for the house and was prepared to spend a few thousand but I saved so much compared to a Home Depot/Lowes buying here and the customer service here is top tier. They were out of a few doors that I needed but they assemble them there! So later this week I'll be back to pick them up all up at once. Caleb Rodriguez from the Texan Toolbox was fantastic. He came exactly on time, worked diligently until the job was complete, covered my rugs so they were stain free where he worked, and cleaned up after himself. I'm so pleased with the final product. Buying a door is one thing, but if it's not installed properly no matter how good a product it is, things will just not look right. Caleb did a fabulous job. I would buy again through the Clearance Center as long as I knew the person installing their product was as professional as he was.

My experience with Wisenbaker Design Studio has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional…read more After years of dealing with a flooring/tile issue, their representatives finally offered me a settlement. I submitted a counter--only to be completely ignored. No acknowledgement. No explanation. No follow-up. They simply disappeared. Being ghosted by a company that claims to stand behind their work is unacceptable. If they did not want to agree to my counteroffer, they could have just said so. Instead, they chose silence, leaving a customer who has been patient and cooperative for years without any resolution. This behavior speaks volumes about how Wisenbaker handles warranty concerns and customer service. Homeowners should be aware of what communication looks like once a problem actually needs to be addressed.

This place is awesome to drop off your recycling!…read more We use our green street bin but the city only picks up every other week and I sometimes need it more often than that. My husband discovered the ReUSe Warehouse accidentally. He was going to the regular recycle drop off place and turned in too early. We pulled in and there are guys working there that told us where to back up to. They then came over and helped pull our cardboard and put it in the bin. Offloading all of that stuff is a HUGE help when you come with a lot. I am not sure how the whole ReUse of the stuff occurs but I hope it gets put to good use.
