Cesar was very helpful and polite. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to it. It was $200 cheaper than the one I have originally bought it from Home Depot.(Home Depot sent me the wrong door,smh) Door Clearance Center has some beautiful doors. Being ghosted by a company that claims to stand behind their work is unacceptable. If they did not want to agree to my counteroffer, they could have just said so. Instead, they chose silence, leaving a customer who has been patient and cooperative for years without any resolution. This behavior speaks volumes about how Wisenbaker handles warranty concerns and customer service. Homeowners should be aware of what communication looks like once a problem actually needs to be addressed.
