I had a leak at my back-flow valve for my underground sprinkler system. The company that does my annual check and certification pointed this out and suggested replacement of the valve. I called Jeramiah who suggested just resealing the valve, as he does these all the time. It was also half the cost of replacing the valve. Jeramiah proceeded to come out and do the reseal on the valve. Shortly there after, my wife noticed that the valve was leaking. Supposedly, Jeramiah claimed to come back out and repair the leak. Shortly there after the valve leaked again, and unfortunately, Jeramiah will not return any of my calls and texts since last year.
