I have short hair and was always charged for 45 minutes even though it was never more than 30 min appointment. Of the 8 or so appointments I had Lily was constantly late - I would take her first appointment. Typically she was 5 minutes late but once she full on cancelled and once she pushed me back 30 minutes screen shots from her to prove it. She then had the audacity to CHARGE me for a service she didn't provide. She was ONCE AGAIN late and I had to leave after 10 minutes and no end in sight. She can fight over 5 min vs 10; but to text me she was going to charge me was insane. I just saw the charge on my cc show up which I'll fight as fraud with my credit card company. Lastly she decided to do some weird payments stuff with Venmo by asking her customers to pay Venmo and not put it as a hair cut. Venmo caught on and no longer accepts payment that way.
