He was so professional, dressed impeccably, smelled great, and you could tell he genuinely cared about giving great service. Everything came out at the perfect time, and he made us feel so welcome. Restaurants are lucky to have people like him, and if I were the owner, I'd do everything I could to keep an employee like Jose. I also loved seeing the manager walking around the restaurant checking on every table. That's honestly something we don't see very often around the Bay Area. My go to sauce is usually the boars sauce that goes with the agnolotti (sorry words, I lost you), but you can't go wrong. If you dine in, you must try the mushroom tagliatelle. There people there are super knowledgeable and helpful if you need to make a decision when there's too many good options. PS - double check address !! There's two Belottis :)
