I told him how much I wanted to spend, when I'd like to pick up by, and requested a bouquet that inclined my mom's favorite flowers - lavender. They require immediate payment so I paid for it over the phone. This is a beautiful shop! It smelled SO nice right when I entered the shop. As they were getting my order together, I walked around and looked at the different creations. Even bouquets that are behind glass doors are beautiful to take home on this spot. When my order came out, the first thing I noticed was that there was no lavender. I asked the shop associate "where is the lavender?" She went back and checked my order and said she'll put some in right away, she also added additional roses to the bouquet, which really brightened it up and made it feel vibrant. I appreciated that they quickly made adjustments to the bouquet. The final bouquet was beautiful. I'm very happy with the overall look and feel of the flowers.
