I researched a lot of flower shops and decided to go with the Flowerman for my mom's birthday flowers. Ordering over the phone was very easy. I told him how much I wanted to spend, when I'd like to pick up by, and requested a bouquet that inclined my mom's favorite flowers - lavender. They require immediate payment so I paid for it over the phone. This is a beautiful shop! It smelled SO nice right when I entered the shop. As they were getting my order together, I walked around and looked at the different creations. Even bouquets that are behind glass doors are beautiful to take home on this spot. When my order came out, the first thing I noticed was that there was no lavender. I asked the shop associate "where is the lavender?" She went back and checked my order and said she'll put some in right away, she also added additional roses to the bouquet, which really brightened it up and made it feel vibrant. I appreciated that they quickly made adjustments to the bouquet. The final bouquet was beautiful. I'm very happy with the overall look and feel of the flowers. The young Vietnamese lady who assisted me took about 10 minutes to think through the design and, in the end, suggested upgrading to a larger bouquet for $75 with a bigger arrangement and a different wrap style. I was initially hesitant, but I appreciated that she took my unusual idea seriously and was willing to work with it. What stood out to me most was her willingness to bring my vision to life. Not everyone would have been open to incorporating Pokémon toys into a bouquet, but she embraced the idea and did her best to make it work. The final arrangement was thoughtful, unique, and made for a fun graduation gift for my son. Very disappointed with my experience with this flower shop…read more I placed an order for three bouquets on their website the night before for pick up in store. The transaction went through, my credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. On their website they said the earliest pick up time was 10:30a. I wrote a note saying I will pick up the order at 11:30a. The next day I drove to the florist shop and arrived at the hotel only to find that they had cancelled my order and had notified me via email two hours before my pick up time. The florist said they were booked with a wedding and were unable to fulfill my order. I was unable to find an alternative with such short notice and showed up to my event empty handed. UPDATE: it has been 13 days since I placed my order with this company and have yet to receive my refund. When I tried to call the phone number provided, it's a Google voice number that no one picks up. I sent two emails and there has been zero communication. This company stole $500 from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
