I had seen her floral arrangement for a previous wedding and knew I wanted something very similar! I added $500 to my daughter's wedding flower budget to enhance the ceremony by adding a petal aisle runner and tossing petals for guests numbering 50. I mailed the cones to Sharen who agreed to install them at the ceremony. What I got was a runner and 16/50 cones I paid for. Apparently this vendor took payment and failed to deliver 2/3 of what I purchased. This is unacceptable! When I brought the issue to her she replied that the coordinator told her to delete the remaining 2/3 without anyone asking or speaking to me. So basically she's kept money for products that she failed to deliver. As well, she tried to emotionally blackmail my daughter into accepting her own vision for my daughter's wedding until I stepped in. She also left stickers on the wedding arch clearly visible during the ceremony. A refund of $300 was requested and refused for the items not delivered. Buyer beware! read more

BUYER BE PREPARED! SHAREN IS THE ACTUAL BEST FLORIST YOU COULD IMAGINE!!! Sharen did our wedding on the 22nd in Sierra Madre and it couldn't have been more perfect. She took time to listen to and deliver my wife's vision EXACTLY as she wanted it (possibly better than). As my wife is Nigerian, we had two weddings- one of which we don't have a lot of say in. Sharen wasn't hired for the Nigerian wedding (much to our chagrin) and it's notable because we had two very different experiences with our florists. The OTHER florist was more expensive, less professional, and didn't deliver as promised. Sharen was the opposite. Sharen charged LESS than the other florist and blew them away. I mean it. It wasn't even close. As a groom and an idiot, I took no photos but I should have because our wedding looked like something from a storybook. I can't tell you the amount of compliments I have since received on the aesthetics of our wedding. Everyone from my mother to my former high school friends commented on the decor. Sharen was also professional, up front about cost, and set up early with her husband. There are other small things that go beyond exceptional professionalism. Sharen is kind, wants your day to be wonderful, met and walked the venue with us repeatedly beforehand, and offered suggestions. She even helped with the table layout weeks before during one of these walkthroughs. I can't say enough positive things about Sharen and our experience with her. Sharen did my wedding flowers for our wedding at the Santa Anita racetrack. I wanted white with greenery and had researched flower types I wanted but I left the rest up to her creativity, and I'm so glad I did. She overdelivered and made me the most beautiful bouquet that I thought it was fake. It smelled amazing because of adding stargazers and I just loved working with her to make my vision come true. By the time I found out about Sharen, my husband and I had spent a good amount of our wedding budget on our venue and catering. We also had some concerns once we found out that Sharen runs her shop out of her house and that there were only two Yelp reviews to read. I needed flower petals for my flower girl for our wedding rehearsal last weekend and didn't think of it until very late the night before! Our venue has very strict policy about not using fake petals. I Yelped places that were open and I found her and gave her a call. She was the 2nd or 3rd person I had called. The first few places were not able to provide what I needed on such short notice. But when I spoke with her, she said she had a bunch and to come on over. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. She is so nice and friendly and easy to get along with. She works out of her house. She has a few professional size flower fridges in her garage and you'd never even know it! Sharen came highly recommended by a friend of mine who got married last year. Wanting to find the best florist and one who'd be able to work within our budget, I reached out to more than 10 florists. Sharen was by far the most responsive, sweet, detailed-oriented, patient florist! It was absolutely lovely meeting her from the very beginning. She sat with me for an hour going over all the details of what I sort of had in mind, all the while making super helpful suggestions. She jotted down all the details I mentioned, and months later when it was much closer to my wedding date, we met again in person to review all the details again. Leaving the flowers to Sharen's expertise took the weight off of my shoulders. I knew that she'd do a great job and that I wouldn't have to worry about it not getting done well. Sharen really went above and beyond! Since my wedding was seashell themed, she helped me glue seashells onto the flower petals (even providing them for free when I forgot to bring some to her) and put some glitter on some of the flowers as I had wanted.
