The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! I was initially hesitant, but I appreciated that she took my unusual idea seriously and was willing to work with it. What stood out to me most was her willingness to bring my vision to life. Not everyone would have been open to incorporating Pokémon toys into a bouquet, but she embraced the idea and did her best to make it work.
