We needed to find a Florist in area and we found a goldmine !!! Sandra, Erlinda and Michelle were hard working doing flower arrangements for a Party but stopped to help me make the most beautiful arrangement for my Family member!! I only wish I took a picture !! They did a wonderful job !! I also got a birthday balloon and that just made it more spectacular!! Please go order flowers they will design you something you will be proud to give !! This will be my go to place when I'm in area !! Prices are very reasonable and flowers fresh and beautiful! Hurry everyone deserves flowers !! You won't be disappointed!!! read more

Walked in last minute for some birthday flowers and was greeted immediately by a very nice lady. I let her know I needed some flowers and she had a few arrangements available but not exactly what I was looking for and she offered to make me something right then and there. All I did was let her know the colors and she whipped a beauty up in 20 minutes at an affordable cost. Will definitely be back for my flower needs. read more

I ordered flowers over the phone. Sometimes when you do that they don't come out the way you expected. Well this florist did above and beyond. The flowers were beautiful. Full, great colors. Thank you for long centerpiece sent to Art Garcia home in Riverside California, now Monday after funeral over loved ones can gather around table with food set around the flower centerpiece. The centerpiece was alsome from e mail you sent me of pictures of it and Art and his wife was shocked to see the beautiful display and so long and full of flowers with several glass candle holders with candles in it. The florist is awesome. I was celebrating my mom's 80's birthday party and she made the most beautiful arrangement for my table tops. Everyone loved them. They made beautiful arrangements for my mom's service. They were so kind over the phone especially because it was really hard for me to decide anything at the time. I just asked for white flowers with a touch of sunflowers throughout and it came out so wonderfully. They arranged it so well I wish I had taken pictures. I've ordered from Botanica Florist a couple of times already and every time I call I am greeted with very friendly staff. I like ordering different types of flower arrangements every time and each time they have been really helpful with suggestions for the arrangement. Their customer service is exceptional. On top of great customer service, their prices are the best! I like getting flowers about every month or so and before Botanica Florists I bought from different florists around the area. It wasn't until I landed on Botanica Florist that I realized their prices were the best. On top of great customer service and the best prices, their flower arrangements are amazing. I had a great experience with Botanica Florist. I wanted to support a local florist during the COVID-19 pandemic. I messaged them on Instagram and they replied right away. They were closed but still helped me out with the arrangement I needed. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I live in Spain (originally from Duarte) and wanted to send flowers to my mom for her birthday, but was tired of ordering mediocre flowers from 3rd party online vendors. I decided to look on Yelp in the Duarte area and came across Botanica Florist. I was very impressed by the great reviews they had and after seeing some customers pictures of their orders I knew it was a good choice! I wrote them via Yelp and Lloyd responsed almost immediately and helped me out completely online via emails. He was so helpful and willing to help in any way. He even said I could send pics of flowers I saw online and they could replicate them according to my budget! I ended up asking him to replicate another order I saw on Yelp from a happy customer of theirs but in a smaller version for my budget. And WOW!!! My mom sent me the photos and I am blown away! Firstly the bouquet is beautiful, secondly the price was so so fair, and thirdly they delivered when and where at exactly the time estimated. Most of all I was impressed by how quick and responsive Lloyd was. Doing everything overseas and online always makes me nervous but this was 100% worth it! I 100% recommend Botanica Florist. I felt a little less guilty being so far away for my mom's bday this year thanks to you guys! read more

I ordered flowers for a graduation here. I have to say that the arrangement style is a bit old-school not as contemporary as some florists I have used. However, it was still a beautiful arrangement. It was decently priced. We ordered a mixed arrangement of sunflowers and other blue-florals. It was a mid-size arrangement for about $40. We even got a compliment and people asking us at graduation where we got the flowers. read more

I found out about Botanica Florist through my of my best friend's last year when my husband and I were planning our wedding. Our wedding was back on September 2nd, 2018 and I have to say that Jonar, Lloyd and Sandra blew us away with the entire floral setup. The colors and flowers were in point and Jonar was so sweet in delivering my blue orchids to my house on the day of the wedding. I was looking for a florist for my wedding and I came across Botanica Florist on Yelp. It had good reviews and it was local. As soon as I stepped inside, I was welcomed immediately like family. Sandra and Erlinda were so kind, helpful and went above and beyond. Planning a wedding is stressful enough and they really worked with me in pricing and the vision that I wanted and communicated with me throughout the whole planning process. I ordered ceremony flower arrangements, boutonnières, a corsage, petals and reception center pieces arrangements. They also delivered and set up the flowers so I did not have to worry about anything. When I came out, the arrangements looked beautiful and exactly what I wanted. And Sandra was so kind enough to make me a bouquet to toss for the reception. I really cannot express enough my gratitude and how amazing this business is. I definitely recommend them if you are planning a wedding or a big event or just simply looking to order flowers. read more

I cannot thank Botanica Florist enough especially, Jonar and Sandra for the absolutely beautiful and gorgeous flowers they created for my daughters wedding last March 14 at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu! They transformed the whole venue and made it into a romantic and magical wedding! I'm so happy with all the beautiful creations and the colors were perfect! I ordered flowers for my wife. They were beautiful. The next day my wife received a call that her father was dying in China. She took the first available flight out. When Sandra, the owner, heard about it, she said, "I'm so sorry. Let me know when your wife gets back, and I'll give her more flowers." Amazing! Not many business owners would do that. read more

I usually don't write reviews but wow, do they deserve 5 stars! I sent flowers for my anniversary and Sandra helped me out on the phone. Not only was she sweet, she helped me decide and they impressed me so much! They went above and beyond my expectations with the amount of flowers and beauty for the price point.
