I was in the area for Breakfast and decided to check out this location (and I'm SO happy I did!) The store wasn't that crowded (which I was very surprised and thankful about!) I was on the hunt for Valentine's Day decorations (since the one near me no longer has any and it's all Easter stuff). This location had a bunch of Valentine's decor and I bought four adorable items. The employees were also super friendly and talking to me about how cute the stuff I got was. I told them that their location is awesome and that the one near me doesn't really have much for the holiday (which they were surprised to hear). I live 30-35 minutes away, but I will be coming back to this location for Saint Patrick's Day decor!!!

He immediately showed me a couch just in, explained its background, gave dimensions and specs on the mattress, and said that this sofa is one of the best sleepers the store typically receives. I appreciated the context. I thought about it for two days, then called in and ordered it over the phone on the spot. I worked with their delivery partners that day to deliver it. The sofa was significantly less than similar three-seat sleepers at retail price. When I had the couch fully situated in my apartment - I saw it was the perfect color and size for the space! Overall, the HFC store manager was knowledgeable and professional, and the store had what I was looking for. Thank you, HFC!

I immediately noticed something I thought I would like and took the 30 minute drive to check it out and bought it on the spot but was not prepared to take it home. I did pay for it and returned 2 days later to pick it up. I didn't even get into the front door to pick up my find and noticed a piece that she was just bringing in herself and bought it on the spot. She didn't even have it in the store! Now I have even more things to put into the SUV. The owner was so kind enough to help me load and even secure the load (I will return her bungee cords just so I have a new excuse to shop). These pieces are different and brings back a nostalgia feeling for me that reminds me of being in my Aunt's house when I was a child. Those pieces are now recycled, redesigned/repurposed and have a great eclectic design with paint, new hardware, or just repurposed. I found the pieces to be cool vintage - but not "shabby chic" of 10 years ago. You can even bring your old furniture and she will custom redesign it for you. There were pieces that had pieces added/removed and it looked like a new product with a new purpose. A museum of eccentric shabby chic AND reasonably priced. It's art.

I still needed flooring for another room, so this was definitely a generous offer and very much appreciated. I had another issue yesterday. One of the boxes of flooring I bought was incorrect. The very last box was another brand and another color! Oh no! The contractor didn't find it until working in the last room. The boxes were very long and very heavy, so not easy to go through and check. But after all, the store pulled the order. That item is now discontinued, so I was very worried about how we could finish this room. They located 5 boxes of it at another store about an hour away, but this was way too big for my car. Craig, one of the salespeople, called me and told me he would deliver it TO MY HOUSE within 2 hours!!!! My contractor is installing it now. Thank you so much Craig, Sarah and FLOOR & DECOR! I must say, I was very impressed by the wide selection of products they have to choose from. It's a very large place with so many selections of tiles for your floors, counter tops, and backsplashes in just about any material and price range you're looking for. As well as hardwood flooring in every shade you can think of. As we walked through the place, at least 4 people asked if we needed any help. I thought that was impressive because it's so hard to find good customer service now adays. When we finally decided we wanted help, we were lucky enough to get Sandon. He was the nicest guy! As he talked, we found out that he was a retired contractor and has been in the business for quite a few years. He helped match up some flooring and counter tops for us with the prices from our measurements. He also gave us valuable advice about different materials to use. We weren't ready to buy just yet, but I would definitely go back to Floor and Decor when we are. They also have free designers that can help you. You need to make an appointment for this. You can also buy a tile or two if you want to take it home to see it in your space and return it for a full refund. I must say i loved the selection and the friendly customer service and would definitely go back when we are ready to buy!
