Ordered to go online and it took 1 hour for my food to come out. The staff didn't even notice me standing there the entire time. I never got asked "do I need help". The only reason I was noticed was because another customer told the staff I was there before her and she told them to take care of me first. So my food finally comes out after one hour of waiting and my omelette looked like it was thrown into my to go box. read more

I can't do more than one star when we are seated and after fifteen minutes no one comes to our table. I see a girl just standing next to the kitchen so I ask her if she could get someone to wait on us. She apologizes and says she will. She takes our order and brings our waters but only one empty coffee cup. Twenty minutes later still no coffee and no food. I never walk out but I did today. I was on a school trip and we called 2 weeks in advance that there would be around 50 of us coming. We got there at 10:30 am and didn't leave til 1 pm the servers were iffy. They were half nice and half rude. They were out of almost everything but then also came out with those same items to other people. Out of my table of 4 I didn't receive any of my food while everyone else did. I am also lactose intolerant and ordered something that didn't come with chocolate and then it has one chocolate chip pancake and 3 normal pancakes. Do not recommend would not go to it. read more

This has single handedly appointed itself champion of the worst dining experiences I have ever endured. Quite frankly, this was disgusting. Whenever I enter a dining establishment, I usually expect good food and friendly people. Instead, I was faced with high employees, partially raw eggs, burnt sausage, and hash-browns that were both undercooked and over cooked at the same time (you would expect it to balance out, it did not). This experience was utterly and completely despicable in all regards. I, a mere fifteen year old boy, was almost put to death by the "sunny side up eggs" that I was served. I do not believe I was served sunny side up, nay, I was instead served evil side down. The egg white was runnier than the yolk. The alleged sausage had a foul black char that caused it to resemble charcoal. It tasted like the unfortunate result of an inexperienced grill dad trying his hand at cheap hot dog cooking, not the product of a cherished family diner. The hash-browns were the only thing even relatively fit for human consumption put before me. It was in essence oily potato shreds burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. As I ate my sad potato shreds, I realized I was not served the pancakes that were supposed to come with my meal. I requested them and they were brought ten minutes later. It is important to note that an hour had elapsed since me and my group arrived. The pancakes were mediocre but edible. That was the end of the majority of my personal vexations. Unfortunately, I can not speak for the rest of my group. They were out of lemonade, bananas, chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, and joy. Substitutions were also made to my group's meals without their knowledge. For example, one individual received regular pancakes with a depressing helping of chocolate chips unceremoniously sprinkled over top of them. Their original order was chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with bacon. There was no lemonade. My other friend asked for lemonade and was instead brought water. When he inquired about his less than optimal drink, he was informed that there was no lemonade. He eventually received orange juice. Our waitress then brought out his original strawberry lemonade and gave it to someone else. Upon tasting, it turned out to not even be strawberry lemonade. It was a foul concoction of some sort of strawberry sprite and hopelessness. The level of incompetence put on display here was baffling. Our waitress was more baked and cooked then any of the food. The only light shining in this cave of despair and ineptitude was another waitress/cook who was trying her best to plug the wholes on the sinking ship that was this IHOP. I gave my tip to her instead of my actual waitress. Overall, if I ever find myself in South Carolina again, I will never trust an IHOP and I beg anyone reading this to think twice before trying to eat here. The bathrooms are decent. read more

If I could leave, no stars, I would! Never got a chance to eat any food. My wife and I were passing through, saw the sign on the highway for the IHOP, and decided to get off to get something to eat. We walked in and made eye contact with the servers as they were clearing a table 10ft away. They looked at us, didn't acknowledge us, and continued cleaning the table. After a few minutes, I walked over to the table they were cleaning and asked are we to wait to be seated or can we seat ourselves. The server said no I'll come up and see you shortly. She then moved to another table and began cleaning it off. After she was finished, she came and seated us. She sat an empty coffee craft at our table with the menus and left. After 10 minutes, no server came to our table to take our order. I stood up, went to the restroom and came back, making eye contact with all the servers at the servers table since they were all gather together. Still, no server came. After 3more minutes, we just got up and left. The caveat to the story was, there were only seven people in the restaurant when we walked in. I see why this place only has two stars. This is the worst IHOP location I've ever been to. Cleanliness is not their strong suit, The men's room was filthy. However it's the service that's their biggest problem. INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! And I can't figure out why. I mean there wasn't hardly any customers in there at all...There literally was more employees than customers and it still took forever to get served. Everyone was more interested in hanging around socializing with each other than to wait on customers. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

It has been a long time since I've had pancakes that good at an IHOP!!! I am hesitant going to IHOP anywhere anymore. But was driving through and stopped at Walmart and saw the IHOP and thought I would take a chance. Literally the best meal I've had in so long! The pancakes were PERFECTION!!!! Stacey, my waitress, was so kind and sweet and went above and beyond to make my meal a pleasurable one! I would definitely visit this IHOP again when visiting this way! Absolutely awful experience! Staff seemed irritated with each other and argued in front of us. Very unprofessional. French fries came out covered in cinnamon sugar (with a cheeseburger ). Also all staff were talking and moving so slow as if they were stoned ‍ and then we had to wait around to pay the bill due to computers being down and no one could figure out our bill for 30+ minutes after we finished eating. This place is awesome! One of the best IHOPs I've ever been to. The manager was great, you could tell she really cared about the customers and their experience. The restaurant's nice and new, very clean and well maintained. The food was very good and actually looked like pictures on the menu! The only con was the food took a little while, but being from New York City, we figured we were just being impatient New Yorkers and didn't say anything. However, the manger was so attentive that she noticed we were waiting awhile and gave us a discount without us even mentioning anything! Other IHOPs could take a lesson from this place. read more

My sons cheese eggs were missing the cheese and the kitchen thought sending out cold shredded cheese would make up for it. Umm no! Then I ordered the classic bowl with no eggs as I'm allergic, extra crispy hash browns and it came out with the potatoes almost raw. Sent back and came out again raw, was told to look under the bacon for the crispy, lies, the waiter immediately took back. Needless to say, I'm hungry and their service is awful. While driving to FL we stopped at this IHOP. Standing outside the door was a guy in an adidas track suite smoking and blowing the smoke right in our faces but he held the door open for us and was otherwise polite. We thought he was just a customer, NOPE he followed us in and went back to work. The hostess (also in street clothes) never greeted us or spoke to us directly. Instead he asked track suit where we should be seated. There was some confusion and discussion and finally track suit said he would just bring us. We were the ONLY people in the whole place besides from one other older gentleman. Never seen an empty IHOP in my life! We sit down 10mins later the host comes over and ask what we want to drink. While waiting for the drink we use the bathrooms. Men and women's both smell like weed and are filthy. The menus where sticky and the employees simply do not care. I'm sure they have their reasons for hating their job but I'm not risking my family's guts on this nasty place to we just left. This place should probably just be closed down. read more

The place deserves it's two stars rating in every way. If I'd be a manger of this place, would start from fixing a taste of the food. Meat was undercooked, not enough salt and missing topping of caramelized onions with mushrooms. Taste and quality of other food can be described in similar terms. Also, I'd put some efforts in cleaning the restaurant. Another hint - waitresses (especially male) need to learn that customers come to have a dinner and have it quickly, rather than listening at loud their fairytales. Too much noice. 7/15/22 Just had a wonderful breakfast here. The hostess was super nice, the server was super nice, and the food was delicious. This is the best IHOP I've ever been to. There was even a server who sang with a lovely voice while clearing a table. I had a Belgian waffle and it was the best waffle I've ever had. And husband saw chef in bathroom digging in his nose. Hope he washed his hands really good. I'm disgusted. Wondering if the management has changed, this has always been a favorite with good food, reasonable prices and friendly service. Today I ordered 1 egg over easy, grits, patty sausage and sweet tea. The waitress asked it I wanted toast so I said yes, thinking it was included in the meal price. It took so long to get my food I was starting to wonder if the waitress had forgotten to put the order in (there were only about 4 tables with customers) The sausage was so overcooked it was not edible. The tea, egg and grits were good. The real shocker for me though was being charged al a carte. When paying the bill I asked about that and was told it was because there was not a meal price for what I ordered. That would not have been a problem if I had been told when ordering, I certainly would not have paid over $2.00 for toast. Not sure if I will go back read more

As the door, and web indicate this location is open, and was informed that they had no staff yet and not open yet, the girl disappeared into the back, no offers tip make coffee, or anything. I just sit at the bench as a delivery guy brings in the deliveries. Why do you have a 6 am open time? It's obvious that the workers had no intent on being open at 6am your published time. I talked to the delivery driver for several min he started this is not uncommon for this location to not open on time and bad service. After 25 min I left. The only star is for the service, because the lady was prompt with drinks and nice. Otherwise, steer clear! The pancakes were flat and cut like rubber biscuits. The strawberries were still frozen on the pancake and although we sent them back because they were overdone, they came back exactly the same. The egg white omelette was a a mess of over cooked spinach, cheese and egg. No tomatoes, no avocados, no taste. The potatoes were over seasoned with seasoning salt and meh. The staff are always extremely friendly and attentive. There's a blond girl that works mornings, and she is awesome! We've had her as a waitress two or three times, and she has never disappointed. She shows enough attention to make sure you're taken care of, but isn't so overbearing that you feel like you're being watched. The food is always delicious. I looove the banana nutella crepes, but if you aren't 7, you should ask them to tone it down on the nutella. I always have to scrape a lot off mine haha. Staff are always extremely friendly with my child as well. We have a 1 year old, who can be less than desirable in public early in the morning, and we are never made to feel uncomfortable because of this. I always make a point to clean up his messes when we are done eating. I go over the high chair and table with a baby wipe and pick up any food that made its way to the floor. I think its extremely rude to leave a restaurant that way and expect someone else to clean up my child's mess, but almost every time I start to clean up, an employee walks by and tells me not to worry about it and then comes with a broom to sweep it up or a cloth to wipe the table. read more

I am never coming back, me and my wife decided to treat her cousins out. They decided they wanted ihop and it seemed like a good option. When we got there we ordered our food, I wanted a hamburger but they were out of buns. I then told them sourdough bread would work as a substitute which I ok with. So then it took them over an hour to bring our food. I took one bite and the burger was cold, not even lukewarm. It was terrible. By the time they brought me another burger I had been sitting there for 2 Hours, and on top of that they brought me the bill before I got my burger. read more
