    Only went through the drive through, so I can't comment on the inside. I found the person at the drive through window to be unprofessional. Aside from being in personable, she took my card and didn't give it back for a very long time. It was to the point that I felt very uncomfortable. I watched as she held a conversation with another employee and then went to and from the kitchen (out of my sight) twice all while holding my card. After she finished making laps around the store with it, she returned and handed me a card that wast mine. I never received any explanation for the questionable behavior but I'll be watching my bank statements closely. The food itself wasn't very good either. The fish sandwich was just okay, but the hush puppies were terrible. Extremely dense and unseasoned. I won't be back.

    It was thirty five minute wait they were playing around. And laughing the food was good but the wait was horrible.

    We stopped here while driving to Florida, this was our first mistake…read more.. Sadly, the AI attendant was the highlight of the experience. After ordering, we pulled up to find multiple cars were already being pulled from the drive thru because food was not ready, and we got pulled too. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we went inside to see what the delay was and found out they had not even started making our food yet. After waiting a grand total of 30-45 minutes we finally got our meals. After we got our food we needed silver wear and napkins and everything was controlled behind the counter so you needed to ask staff, at one point my daughter went inside to ask for napkins and was completely ignored by the staff after several people made eye contact with her. This is by far one of the slowest and most mismanaged locations I've ever been to. I hate leaving a one star review, but in this case even tm this feels generous. All this greatly under shadows the meal itself. The food was fresh as it was being cooked when you ordered for some reason. The fries were seasoned well. If you want fresh food and are willing to wait for it, and can deal with in attentive staff you'll like this location otherwise stay away.

We pull up to be told that our tope 3 drink choices are all out of order. Ok whatever. Then we are asked to oull up to the door because they are making fresh fries. Ok, that's fine. We love some hot fresh fries so no problem! We proceed to sit there for LITERALLY 14 minutes and watch 3 other cars go through the line from behind us. We were watching the clock and my husband was about to go in at the 15 minutes mark when the lady came with our food. She apologized for the long wait. We start to pull off and I notice my large fries fill up HALF of the fries sleeve. I said you have got to be kidding me! Also they were warm fries, but definitely not straight from the fryer hot. I was ticked, but we were already running late from out 14 minutes wait. Ridiculous! If it happenes again you better believe that I will definitely be going back in a requesting a full container of fries!....

    On the road traveling and we decided to get gas and a roast beef cheddar sandwich. Two for $6-…read moreperfect. These things are huge. They were not really hot, probably sat under the light for awhile since they were on special. Only one problem but it was handled. I asked for horseradish sauce and Arby sauce. The horseradish sauce looked rancid. I showed it to staff but no one understood what I was saying. None of them use horseradish. LOL Well I explained why it was bad and they made me a new sandwich. No questions, no problems, and pleased to do so. Staff learned something new today. Staff friendly. The drive up was busy. Inside were just a few people. I noticed a BOGO sandwich deal on the Arby's app and decided to order my 2 favorite sandwiches. Unfortunately, your app glitched and refused to take my payment. I tried switching to a different card. It didn't work. I tried adding another card directly to the app. It didn't work. I tried closing the app and starting over. It didn't work. I tried restarting my phone. Still don't work. I tried finding an emergency number I could call to resolve the situation. Found nothing. I walked into the store and kindly tried to explain my situation to the cashier. All I wanted to do was copy the same order I was promised in the app and pay for it over the counter. She would have none of it. She didn't understand what was going on and said she needed to get her manager to help but her manager was "busy" in the back. She shouted to her manager in the back and while I could not understand what she said, it was clearly a dismissive "no" that made me feel unheard and like I was the problem. I asked again how I could resolve this issue and the cashier looked away and continued the front of not stepping in and helping me. After our conversation I spent another 15 minutes trying to get your mobile ordering app to actually take a mobile order and it would not. In the end, after spending 30 minutes trying to resolve your app's issues and one very dismissive conversation with an Arby's employee and her unhelpful manager, I left your establishment without even eating. I spent 30 minutes on a road trip lunch break and never even ate lunch! I cannot recall ever being so frustrated and disappointed at any fast food location. If this issue is not resolved tastefully and with customer care I will be extremely disappointed in Arby's as a company and how they view their customers.
