We stopped here while driving to Florida, this was our first mistake... Sadly, the AI attendant was the highlight of the experience. After ordering, we pulled up to find multiple cars were already being pulled from the drive thru because food was not ready, and we got pulled too. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we went inside to see what the delay was and found out they had not even started making our food yet. After waiting a grand total of 30-45 minutes we finally got our meals. After we got our food we needed silver wear and napkins and everything was controlled behind the counter so you needed to ask staff, at one point my daughter went inside to ask for napkins and was completely ignored by the staff after several people made eye contact with her. This is by far one of the slowest and most mismanaged locations I've ever been to. I hate leaving a one star review, but in this case even tm this feels generous. All this greatly under shadows the meal itself. The food was fresh as it was being cooked when you ordered for some reason. The fries were seasoned well. If you want fresh food and are willing to wait for it, and can deal with in attentive staff you'll like this location otherwise stay away. read more

Service is hit or miss. This last time we ordered a 6 piece Bo bites meal with large fries and a side of large fries. We pull up to be told that our tope 3 drink choices are all out of order. Ok whatever. Then we are asked to oull up to the door because they are making fresh fries. Ok, that's fine. We love some hot fresh fries so no problem! We proceed to sit there for LITERALLY 14 minutes and watch 3 other cars go through the line from behind us. We were watching the clock and my husband was about to go in at the 15 minutes mark when the lady came with our food. She apologized for the long wait. We start to pull off and I notice my large fries fill up HALF of the fries sleeve. I said you have got to be kidding me! Also they were warm fries, but definitely not straight from the fryer hot. I was ticked, but we were already running late from out 14 minutes wait. Ridiculous! If it happenes again you better believe that I will definitely be going back in a requesting a full container of fries!.... read more

Yall need to improve everything about this place. Burn it down and restart! From missing food to THEM NOT GIVING ME MY CHANGE BACK! Service was completely rude, attitudes from the employees. To hair in my Mac n cheese! Really yall?!?!? Im so happy I don't live here and I live in Florida. I've never experienced anything like this, I work in food myself, and this specific Bojangles is terrible ‍ read more

Every single table was dirty and they were not busy. The service was horrible. The one who took our order was rude. Disappointed, I usually like BoJangles. read more

Visited drive through and ordered nuggets. Service was horrible starting with the cashier/order taker. She was not pleasant and seemed irritated to even begin taking the order. Once I placed my order and pulled to the window, the cashier just held her hand out for my form of payment. She never asked how I was doing or exchanged any pleasantries and never even gave the amount just had her hand out the window. I paid and received my order. Drove about 25 feet to park and eat. My food was COLD and rubbery feeling as if it had been sitting for a long time. I ordered unsweet tea, I received sweet tea. I ordered extra sauce, did not receive it. Didn't need it after all as the food wasn't edible. I did not return the food or complain, I just drove off. It is possible that they may would have fixed the issues but I already felt some type of way from the attitude of the cashier. read more

They had no steak for steak sandwiches. Sitting area was dirty, with food debris on majority of tables, trash on floors. Service extremely slow. Ham biscuit, barely had any ham on it and the biscuit itself was hard. Also the sausage biscuit was hard as well. I should have looked at the reviews before stopping but most Bojangles have their act together...unfortunately not this one. read more

I ordered and paid $36.10 online - big mistake. Drove 15 miles and the email from Bojangles with the receipt and order information had a link to open "I am here", clicked it, walked to the door-it was locked. Then I walked to the drive thru window, had to knock on it and was told they did not have any of the food I ordered and PAID FOR! WTH?! Woman working there said there was nothing she could do about it - really?! And that their website doesn't know if they got what they have online actually in the restaurant...What in the hell do they even have a website for to order ahead - and take my money?! Even worse, I tried finding a phone number for Bojangles but only found an email address. I emailed them three days ago and still have not received a response. $36.10 for absolutely nothing, but wasted time and wasted gas all because whoever runs this company obviously does not care their restaurants scam customers. The corporate level in Charlotte, NC, obviously isn't concerned about how their restaurants are run, and they obviously need to read what their past customers have to say about the disgusting, gross, and trashed facilities that locals refuse to visit! read more

We highly recommend this Bojangles - Great food, clean restaurant, and friendly service

Passing through at 6pm for a three piece dinner and sadly, they were out of wings. If I wanted to wait ten minutes, they would have some more, so they put two legs in and a thigh and that was actually okay for me. Still, they need to do a better job of maintaining their inventory. Other than that, the chicken I did have was hot and fresh. Cole slaw was tasty and they did manage to include a fork/spork with napkins. Overall, it was OK. I'll continue to choose Bojangles for fried chicken. [Review 14843 overall, 345 of 2021, number 808 in South Carolina.] read more

Stopped and tried this local business again b/c I have always liked their chicken. Maybe if I order 4 individual meals rather than a family sized box, they will fill the order without my having to wait? Yes, BUT they have no breasts, at 5:45 p.m. (insert eye roll here). So I paid an extra dollar for three wings that had less meat than half a breast. Tiny, tiny wings. Three piece dark for husband with little bitty pieces. The coleslaw container, tiny to begin with, half full. Just over $40 bucks for 2 three piece tenders w/2sides, one three piece wing with 2 sides and one 3 piece dark w/2 sides. The staff was polite but I had to pull over to the side while to wait they filled the order. Never again. read more

Context: NC native, loyal Bojangles customer, fast food manager in a past life The newish building is so deceiving because this restaurant is filthy! The floors are grimy, cabinets are sticky, there is dust on countertops and walls, just to name a few things. I almost instantly regretted the decision as soon as we walked in. One customer inside but service was so slow. Oddly, there was no food on the serving line at 5 pm ... exactly when business should be picking up for the dinner rush. We waited 5-7 minutes for chicken tenders only to get cold fries. The biscuit looked like a McDonald's factory made frozen biscuit. Also, they were out of two items that are advertised all over the interior and exterior signage. Listen, if you are traveling through DO NOT stop, and and if you do, you have been warned ... read more

YALL ARE SO DISGUSTINGLY UGLY. yall need to read the bible and pray because yall women do not have no customer service. the setting was just horrible because of the service and rudeness. RUDE, DISGUSTING, MEAN, BAD SERVICE. read more

Fast service, employee not trained to greet you, she is definitely new to the job. Tried to order grits and she went to the manager, they don't sell grits?! What the heck!! Isn't it the law for them to have grits? ‍‍ It's the only thing low sodium or sodium free that I can eat here! DH ordered an egg and cheese biscuit, same as always and he wished they would improve their sandwich with real cheddar cheese and I wish they of course have grits like all the other Bo's and carry hot tea at all their locations, in addition to their only hot drink - coffee! read more

I'm only giving a 1 star because zero is not an option. We're traveling through back to NC. We should've been alarmed that no one was in the drive thru during the 5pm hour. They were the most ghetto, unprofessional staff I've ever encountered at Bojangles. You'd think they were getting bonuses for rudeness. What appeared to be the (poorly trained) manager called herself staring my parents down as they drove off as if she's willing to risk it all over fries and a biscuit. Apparently they are timed per car in the drive thru and that's great if you're providing efficient service but when you fail to do so it's no fault of the customer. Especially when the customer has to play a guessing game of what you actually have in stock because communication of that is piss poor as well. Avoid this location at all cost. read more

Wow! My first time here and I am in LOVE with the food! Drive-thru only during Covid. We were served so quickly after ordering, and the food was nice and hot! Chicken Tenders Meal -3 seasoned and breaded chicken strips with tender, all-white meat. These have a slight kick to them. -1 large biscuit: soft, moist, buttery -french fries: larger than string fries but smaller than wedges allows for more potato taste to come through and still keep the crunch. These are seasoned and are so tasty! Grilled Chicken Sandwich Mmm tender grilled chicken seasoned well... so tasty!! Everything was so good!! I'm sad there are no restaurants in NYC! read more

Super convenient fast food restaurant right off 95. I'm from NJ and I get hype when I get the chance to stop in to a Bojangles for breakfast! Breakfast sammies are much better than McDonald's, but it's a must that you get the biscuit. Don't forget you BO ROUNDS - they slap! The customer service was impeccable and the southern hospitality was on point. If you feel like getting real crazy the cinnamon jawn looks poppin'! Ask for extra napkins. -Amy read more

I went inside to place my order, multiple workers looked at me and continued to walk away. I was left standing at the counter for 5 minutes with no one speaking to me once. I then proceeded to go to the drive through when I should've just left. Mind you, their drive through is automated so all they have to do is LISTEN. I ordered a meal then said I'll have a separate order, the automated machine asked if it will be paid for separately and I replied yes. It told me to go ahead with my order, I did. Once I was finished ordering a worker came through the speaker and whispered "we can't do two separate orders". So I asked if it was seriously necessary for me to drive in a circle to place another order, they then told me I could order inside (where they wouldn't acknowledge me) so I choose to drive off inside. Upon leaving I read the reviews and realized I should've never wasted my time. JUST CLOSE IT DOWN. During a road trip the last place someone wants to go to eat was somewhere like this where they can't get any service or food. What's the freaking point. read more

After visiting this location three times receiving old food... I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and asked " how fresh are your steak and chicken biscuits" and was rudely interrupted with no cars behind me, stating that we are busy we don't have time for this! i've been trying to advocate on my own behalf and explain to the intercom person that I had receive all food previously and was told to drive out of line or she would call the police. The manager on duty was the voice behind the speaker, which is a terrible representation of this business. As a franchise owner of another fast food chain, this is a prime example of how and what we need to be aware of who is put into man and trained on customer service! read more

Waited 5 minutes and no one waited on us. Left. Only catering to drive through. Went to Arby's

This was just an okay stop in my opinion. The staff wasn't friendly and the drive thru was packed. I went inside for dine in and wash up. The bathroom was dirty I had to sanitize after leaving it. I had ordered a chicken n biscuit and a thing of fries. There wasn't anything really special about this at all. It was a bit greasy and the table was dirty. I did get filled up but at what cost. read more

Was traveling long distance but wanted to stop for food. When we got there, there one other group of people waiting for food. It seems like they had been there for a while. It is dinner at 6 pm and half the menu is not available. After ordering something, we could hear the workers laughing and doing anything but work. After about 20 minutes pass I went to go ask for our food. They said our food will be out in 6 minutes. After 10 minutes had passed, I went to check in on our food. When I stood at the counter I was told that they hadn't put out food in the grease and was asked if I wanted something else on the menu? - Overall Horrible service and I'll never be coming back to this Bojangles . I went to place a drive-thru order here and there was a 45 min wait for bone-in-chicken. Wait!! What is this place famous for again? The lot was basically empty. So I stopped in for a quick lunch. Though I've been through the drive through before, this was the first time I've been inside. There was a lot of trash on the ground (straw wrappers, napkins, and food pieces). It was just after the lunch rush, so this might not be typical. The bathroom wasn't to bad. The staff I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I ordered a Sweet Cajun sandwich and fries. My food looked sad... especially my chicken sandwich. A little "Squished" if you will. But I guess it never looks like the picture. The flavor was there though. The sweet Cajun seasoning gave it a nice bite. It's not worth making this place a regular stop, maybe if I'm just looking for a break from my normal "go-tos". read more

Choices for quality food in Walterboro are at a premium. In fact, they'll be a chore to find. Meanwhile, for fast food lovers there is this Bojangles, which rivals most in the chain. What separates this location from the 100s of others? Nothing. Which isn't a bad thing. This modern location succeeds at providing good service and the norm when it comes to Bojangles. What should you order? Tops on the menu for me is the Chicken Supremes and I'll ask for them to keep the biscuit and replace it with a Cinnamon Pecan Twist. For a side, go with fries and as long as they are hot and haven't been sitting around too long you'll enjoy every last bite (just make sure they sprinkle on enough of their seasoning). Add a sweet tea and you won't be so disappointed in this small town's fast food. Oh, and remember, you can order this meal all day. read more

Piss poor excuse for a Bojangles. Disgrace to God. They didn't have tea or biscuits. My bun was soggy. The soda machine was outta syrup and didn't have nozzles so it was spraying everywhere. Floor was sticky. The employees were all super lazy. Nothing was stocked, if you wanted a straw lid or napkins you had to get them from out of the box they are shipped in.
