We stopped here while driving to Florida, this was our first mistake... Sadly, the AI attendant was the highlight of the experience. After ordering, we pulled up to find multiple cars were already being pulled from the drive thru because food was not ready, and we got pulled too. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we went inside to see what the delay was and found out they had not even started making our food yet. After waiting a grand total of 30-45 minutes we finally got our meals. After we got our food we needed silver wear and napkins and everything was controlled behind the counter so you needed to ask staff, at one point my daughter went inside to ask for napkins and was completely ignored by the staff after several people made eye contact with her. This is by far one of the slowest and most mismanaged locations I've ever been to. I hate leaving a one star review, but in this case even tm this feels generous. All this greatly under shadows the meal itself. The food was fresh as it was being cooked when you ordered for some reason. The fries were seasoned well. If you want fresh food and are willing to wait for it, and can deal with in attentive staff you'll like this location otherwise stay away. read more

Service is hit or miss. This last time we ordered a 6 piece Bo bites meal with large fries and a side of large fries. We pull up to be told that our tope 3 drink choices are all out of order. Ok whatever. Then we are asked to oull up to the door because they are making fresh fries. Ok, that's fine. We love some hot fresh fries so no problem! We proceed to sit there for LITERALLY 14 minutes and watch 3 other cars go through the line from behind us. We were watching the clock and my husband was about to go in at the 15 minutes mark when the lady came with our food. She apologized for the long wait. We start to pull off and I notice my large fries fill up HALF of the fries sleeve. I said you have got to be kidding me! Also they were warm fries, but definitely not straight from the fryer hot. Visited drive through and ordered nuggets. Service was horrible starting with the cashier/order taker. She was not pleasant and seemed irritated to even begin taking the order. Once I placed my order and pulled to the window, the cashier just held her hand out for my form of payment. She never asked how I was doing or exchanged any pleasantries and never even gave the amount just had her hand out the window. I paid and received my order. Drove about 25 feet to park and eat. My food was COLD and rubbery feeling as if it had been sitting for a long time. I ordered unsweet tea, I received sweet tea. I ordered extra sauce, did not receive it. Didn't need it after all as the food wasn't edible. I did not return the food or complain, I just drove off. They had no steak for steak sandwiches. Sitting area was dirty, with food debris on majority of tables, trash on floors. Service extremely slow. Ham biscuit, barely had any ham on it and the biscuit itself was hard. Also the sausage biscuit was hard as well. Woman working there said there was nothing she could do about it - really?! Even worse, I tried finding a phone number for Bojangles but only found an email address. I emailed them three days ago and still have not received a response. $36.10 for absolutely nothing, but wasted time and wasted gas all because whoever runs this company obviously does not care their restaurants scam customers. Passing through at 6pm for a three piece dinner and sadly, they were out of wings. If I wanted to wait ten minutes, they would have some more, so they put two legs in and a thigh and that was actually okay for me. Still, they need to do a better job of maintaining their inventory. The floors are grimy, cabinets are sticky, there is dust on countertops and walls, just to name a few things. I almost instantly regretted the decision as soon as we walked in. I'm only giving a 1 star because zero is not an option. We're traveling through back to NC. We should've been alarmed that no one was in the drive thru during the 5pm hour. They were the most ghetto, unprofessional staff I've ever encountered at Bojangles. You'd think they were getting bonuses for rudeness. What appeared to be the (poorly trained) manager called herself staring my parents down as they drove off as if she's willing to risk it all over fries and a biscuit. Apparently they are timed per car in the drive thru and that's great if you're providing efficient service but when you fail to do so it's no fault of the customer. Especially when the customer has to play a guessing game of what you actually have in stock because communication of that is piss poor as well. Avoid this location at all cost. read more

Chicken Tenders Meal -3 seasoned and breaded chicken strips with tender, all-white meat. These have a slight kick to them. -1 large biscuit: soft, moist, buttery -french fries: larger than string fries but smaller than wedges allows for more potato taste to come through and still keep the crunch. I went inside to place my order, multiple workers looked at me and continued to walk away. I was left standing at the counter for 5 minutes with no one speaking to me once. I then proceeded to go to the drive through when I should've just left. Mind you, their drive through is automated so all they have to do is LISTEN. I ordered a meal then said I'll have a separate order, the automated machine asked if it will be paid for separately and I replied yes. It told me to go ahead with my order, I did. Once I was finished ordering a worker came through the speaker and whispered "we can't do two separate orders". So I asked if it was seriously necessary for me to drive in a circle to place another order, they then told me I could order inside (where they wouldn't acknowledge me) so I choose to drive off inside. There was a lot of trash on the ground (straw wrappers, napkins, and food pieces). It was just after the lunch rush, so this might not be typical. The bathroom wasn't to bad. The staff I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I ordered a Sweet Cajun sandwich and fries. My food looked sad... especially my chicken sandwich. A little "Squished" if you will. What should you order? Tops on the menu for me is the Chicken Supremes and I'll ask for them to keep the biscuit and replace it with a Cinnamon Pecan Twist. For a side, go with fries and as long as they are hot and haven't been sitting around too long you'll enjoy every last bite (just make sure they sprinkle on enough of their seasoning).
