Went through drive thru around noon on return from vacation. Ordered and the lady repeated back our order with some ridiculous not right order. Repeated again and same thing though her and someone else laughing. Pulled up to window to order and a woman who looked like the manager gave some excuse for them not hearing....sure... Biscuits hard, chicken fillet so dry. Mountain Dew tastes funny, probably have mold in their ice machine. Sweet tea is NOT sweet. Don't waste your time or money at this crap hole. A lot of food and bags at window after previous customers food dropped. Gonna let it sit there until dinner time and after 20 more cars run it over?? I question the cleanliness of this place If traveling, find a different Bojangles. read more

I echo Colleen W.... this place was filthy. Their "A" rating needs to be re-evaluated. Substancial dust on screens directly over food, employees not changing gloves, no hair restraints, restrooms were overflowing with trash and needed cleaning. Every table in the dine in area needed cleaning. We should have left....Ordered, waited at least 15 mins and then were told they were out of several items. Waited longer for replacements. Food tasted like old grease. Passing through- Had to endure the smell of nasty, greasy food in my car until our next stop. BO JAYs, you've let me down. read more

I should have listened to the reviews. Walked in, never were greeted although they walked past us three times. Finally got to order. Asked for 20 piece box and was told they only have breasts and wings or it would be at least 20 minutes so I'm like ok, how many breasts...3! Lol. Needless to say I was not getting 17 wings and three breasts so I modified it to an 8 piece with 4 biscuits and two sides. We ended up having to wait ten minutes for the biscuits, one of the two sides were wrong too. I think if they at least tried to be pleasant I'd have been ok but they were borderline annoyed that we even came in. I rarely give bad reviews but I will never go back there. read more

This was the absolute WORST experience I've had in my life. We were on a road trip home and decided to stop and grab food so we can here. The inside was closed which was fine but there was no signs to tell you that and it took 10 minutes for us to even find out it was closed. Then we went through the drive through and we told them our order 6 times and still didn't get it right. They told us to pull up and wait for our food and we sat here for almost 45 minutes outside waiting for our food. Sad. I like bojangles a lot. But this one has let me down. 2nd time i have pulled up to the drive thru only to sit for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement that i am here and ready to order. It's uncalled for. Better fix your staff and make things more customer friendly otherwise you will be an empty building waiting for another business to occupy your space. read more

Food was awful, service was worse! Whoever's the owner of this franchise location should start over or just shut down. Went through the drive through, then I was asked to pull forward because there was no Chicken for the Biscuits cooked, well after 10 minutes waiting in the parking lot I went inside and still had to wait another 5 minutes on the food they were going to bring out to the car. Well, after waiting the guy just threw the food on the counter with no eye contact or sorry for the wait! After waiting 15 minutes for the chicken to be cooked, only to get a biscuit that was hard as a brick... no flavoring on the fries and tea that tasted like it was made with bathroom cleaner! Probably one of the worst expieriences I have ever had at a fast food place. The hashbrowns were uncooked. And the biscuit was burnt and not even put together. Just thrown in the bag. I'll never go here again and I'll make sure no-one does. read more

Horrible customer service. Waited almost a hour for my food. And when I got it, they screwed my whole order up.

Now I know why the line at the Popeyes down the street was backed up to the roadway. I am and have always been a fan of Bojangles, but next time I'll sit in the line at Popeyes. I ordered 2 dinners and some extra chicken to go. Food at best was horrible, chicken was so dry I probably should have just taken off my shoe and chewed on it, mashed potatoes had sausage gravy instead of regular gravy, at least the biscuit was good enough to eat. 2 stars for the 2 people wearing a mask. Everyone else either had it completely pulled down or just covering their mouth. These are all people handling and making the food... we left and didn't order because these people literally do this their whole shift so who knows what's on the food. On our way back from Georgia, we stopped in Walterboro, SC to grab some food and we thought Bojangles would be nice. We saw a sign off of the highway and stopped to grab some food. You will notice that the Bojangles is on the left and it's further down from the rest of the fast food chains so keep driving. The location seemed great, not a lot of traffic and the parking lot seemed clean. It might be a new location. We ordered our food and they literally had it ready within minutes. They also gave us napkins without asking. Some locations will not. The food was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked cajun biscuits and fries. I think this is the best Bojangles I've ever had. Super friendly staff too! Unfortunately they don't do student discounts. read more

After waiting in line for 30min I ordered the four piece supreme combo with ketchup. When I received my order, they had given me the homestyle tenders instead. My fries had no seasoning in the bag was only half full. I received no ketchup but bo sauce instead. The only thing they got right was my drink. read more

The Mac and cheese was average a little watery. The biscuits were also burnt which gave them a weird taste. The staff was friendly though.

I just wanted to compliment the morning crew from this morning at the drive through. They were so nice and smiled and had great friendly attitudes !
