Stopped into Arby's for a quick meal, and it was a great experience. Joe, who was working up front, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even went out of his way to open two doors for a customer with a disability, which was great to see. After I gave him my name, he politely addressed me by name throughout the visit. The food came out quickly, and it was hot and fresh. Excellent customer service and a great meal! read more

Today I had the worst Arby's experience of my life. A friend and I were on a road trip headed down to Florida and at 2:00 PM we stopped for lunch. I noticed a BOGO sandwich deal on the Arby's app and decided to order my 2 favorite sandwiches. Unfortunately, your app glitched and refused to take my payment. I tried switching to a different card. It didn't work. I tried adding another card directly to the app. It didn't work. I tried closing the app and starting over. It didn't work. I tried restarting my phone. Still don't work. I tried finding an emergency number I could call to resolve the situation. Found nothing. I walked into the store and kindly tried to explain my situation to the cashier. All I wanted to do was copy the same order I was promised in the app and pay for it over the counter. She would have none of it. She didn't understand what was going on and said she needed to get her manager to help but her manager was "busy" in the back. She shouted to her manager in the back and while I could not understand what she said, it was clearly a dismissive "no" that made me feel unheard and like I was the problem. I asked again how I could resolve this issue and the cashier looked away and continued the front of not stepping in and helping me. After our conversation I spent another 15 minutes trying to get your mobile ordering app to actually take a mobile order and it would not. In the end, after spending 30 minutes trying to resolve your app's issues and one very dismissive conversation with an Arby's employee and her unhelpful manager, I left your establishment without even eating. I spent 30 minutes on a road trip lunch break and never even ate lunch! I cannot recall ever being so frustrated and disappointed at any fast food location. If this issue is not resolved tastefully and with customer care I will be extremely disappointed in Arby's as a company and how they view their customers. read more

Sorry about it being half eaten but I couldn't resist. They have some of the best gyros in town and we get them often. Thanks Arby's for doing such a great job. read more

Giving 2 stars because came at 10:30 ordered 2 regular roast beef's and a medium fry. Food was ok but the attitude from guy that took the order was awful like I was wasting his time and a nuisance. I didn't ask for anything extra or special. We had to wait for fries which was maybe 3 minutes no problem then the lady that brought them out got an attitude when I asked if there was Arby's sauce in bag. She said well now I have to go back and get it. She all but threw them at us in the car. read more

On the road traveling and we decided to get gas and a roast beef cheddar sandwich. Two for $6- perfect. These things are huge. They were not really hot, probably sat under the light for awhile since they were on special. Only one problem but it was handled. I asked for horseradish sauce and Arby sauce. The horseradish sauce looked rancid. I showed it to staff but no one understood what I was saying. None of them use horseradish. LOL Well I explained why it was bad and they made me a new sandwich. No questions, no problems, and pleased to do so. Staff learned something new today. Staff friendly. The drive up was busy. Inside were just a few people. Bathroom was not clean! 12/19/21 1 pm (sorry no pictures, cause it made me want to throw up) read more

Had to pay extra for "extra cheese sauce". This isn't even a normal amount by Arby's standard. I've been to a lot of Arby's along the east coast and this just wasn't right of y'all to skimp out like this. Aside from that, the sandwich in general was good enough to curb my Arby's craving read more

Arby's - Skimping out on "extra cheese" - Fast Food Near Me - Walterboro, South Carolina

We always stop at Arby's while on the road for vacations. To me it's just better quality food. I like it much better than fast food burgers and greasy fries. I love the beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries with horsey sauce. Quality food. Inexpensive and relatively quick. We don't eat a lot of fast food, but when we are on the road Arby's is always a good choice. read more

Went here to celebrate my mother in law's birthday with wifey & mother in law's bestie. 4'st food & drink & server(mia). 3 of the 4 of us had the New Orleans Seafood which was a creole seasoned Tilapia topped with sautéed shrimp topped with a creamy Parmesan cheese. I had mashed potato and perfect seasoned grilled zucchini, my wife had mashed potato with the broccoli, mother in law had the dirty rice with broccoli, she said rice was really seasoned well. The bestie had hickory bourbon salmon, baked sweet potato and string beans, she also said food was excellent. Our server was attentive and very efficient, even brought over a bowl of ice cream with fresh strawberries to celebrate mother in law bday. Seems to be the place to go after church services, since my wife and mother in law were meeting a lot of family members there. Place was jumping with customers. The 1 left off was some tables & chairs didn't appear to be wiped down clean. I needed my chair wiped down from crumbs and grease. All in all my experience was very good. Again Thank you to our server Mia for her efficiency and politeness. read more

Met at the door by two employees telling us the lobby is closed. The drive through was open. How is eating inside any different than going through their drive through? Not to mention, neither employee would even make eye contact with us. That is a lousy way to treat potential customers. read more

Great and fast service. Very convenient right off 95. Inside is open as well as drive thru

Drive through only on 6/4. Why not just shut down? You have a big sign outside. Why do we have to park and walk up to the door to find out?

I love Arby's! This location is a good one, (not bad..not great.. just good) it's my local one so I've been here a lot but there are definitely better ones out there. The food is for the most part on par with other locations, however, the sandwiches seem to be put together a little "sloppy". A bit more attention to detail would go a long way. The speed of service is pretty good but the cleanliness could be better, especially the bathroom. The great smile from the employee serving me on my last visit was very welcoming. On one unfortunate occasion, an employee was rude to my wife. The incident happened at the drive-thru, where the server shorted us one drink. The employee called my wife a liar when she pointed out that we only received 4 drinks and not the 5 we paid for. She wouldn't give us the other drink. I placed a complaint with the online complaint website and the restaurant manager did call me a couple of days later. He was very apologetic over the incident and said that local customers are very important to him. He mailed me gift cards good for a couple meals to earn my business back. He handled the situation very well! read more

This restaurant had Very good service, everything we ordered was hot and fresh! Very nice employees!

Food was good. Service was terrible. Facility was dirty. Didn't give sauces. Walked in and the first thing I realized was the manager up front had on a face shield only covering half her face. None of the cooks had their face masks on properly - just under their chins. A lady walked in while we were waiting on our order because her order was messed up. Then the guy in front of us had to send his milkshake back because he ordered it without whip cream. The lady was very rude when he brought it back to her and said what you want me to take the whip cream off? He politely said yes. Then once we received our food we were missing a sandwich and the lady got an attitude with us because we question the accuracy of the order. So three of the four orders we encountered were wrong. On a positive note the food was good as it usually is from Arby's. We have the meats! read more

Extremely poor service. Waited 5 minutes in the drive through to NEVER have anyone take my order at the speaker so I drove to the window to never get service by the 2 employees standing at the counter. As photo shows the drive through open until 11pm & its 9:27pm. Wow, just wow. AVOID this place! read more

Quick stop off I-95 served its purpose well. Food came out of the drivethru quickly and the order was correct. Can't attest to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Service was pleasant. read more

Bathrooms were atrocious and smelled horrible. No paper towels. Workers at counter were paying more attention to their visiting friends than customers. Waited forever for our food. Tables and counters were horribly dirty. Drink and sauce station was a disaster and apparently hadn't been cleaned in a while. Gross. Thankfully, food was okay. Worker finally came out to clean tables but was spending more time on her cell phone or talking to another worker on her break. read more

Lucky to get two stars. Don't eat here if you want a quick meal. They have to be the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to.....and it's consistently like this. I regret my decision every time I get into the drive through lane read more

(3/19/2017) Apparently, we keep picking the same Arby's at the same place on the roadtrips. Decent place to walk a dog, long grassy ditch between the Arby's and the motel next door. Bathrooms still subpar, service still wanting. Order filled correctly, but definitely takes a significant amount of time. Drive-in orders are prioritized over all dine-in orders. read more

My order is always correct and the service is always amazing every time I go here. And the chicken sliders are always yummy!

Y'all are amazing and great I'm about to head that way right now to get food y'all have amazing food great costumer service

Seemed fine ... Not notably better or worse that your standard Arby's. I'm giving it three stars to rate it as a "good" Arby's ... not saying that Arby's in general is a 3-star restaurant :-) read more

We stopped for a quick lunch and it was definitely worth it. The sandwiches were good, the onion rings were fabulous. The restrooms were clean enough to use but not immaculate. They do need to have someone wipe down the tables more frequently as it was hard for us to find a clean table. We stopped at this Arby's at exit 57 at 1 PM on a Saturday. Would have given them five stars if they had more clean tables. read more

Our first impression when we walked in was that it was freezing. Air conditioning was set way to cold. Clearly to keep the employees cooler near the kitchen than with the customers. Our order was taken and the person was very nice. We went looking for a table only to discover that almost all of the tables were dirty, the floor had litter, etc all over. We got our order and even though I had ordered a larger beef n cheddar than my wife, they looked identical in every aspect. oh and for most of our visit, there was no other customers yet no one came out to do any cleaning. Worst Arby's I've ever been inside. If I was the owner I would definitely do some housecleaning!! read more

I been a fan of this place for well over a year. The service is fast, the food is always delicious, the milkshakes are the best! I also love how this franchise serve much different and unique food than the typical burgers and fries than other fast food places serve and this Arby's is no exception. If you want to try different and unique food you wouldn't get in most fast food places I recommend you try here. read more

Three customers in the Arby's and that is busy? They did not have enough baskets to drop onion rings and it was my husbands fries that were the last to come out. The table tops had not been cleaned. Three of four I checked had food still on them from previous customers. The store manager sits at a desk while there is obviously work to be done. read more

Food was fine, but bathroom smelled terrible. Cashier had to ask the manager or team leader a question about our order but it was obvious she had no idea what her name was. The cashier tried to pronounce her name, but then asked her how to say it. Either this was one of the women's first day or they had never spoken before. Most of the tables were dirty and some parts of our order were wrong but acceptable. read more

My first visit to Arby's was terrible. They didn't have any roast beef. Don't have the meats! the manager refunded our money it was going to give us free fries for our distress the workers fought over the fries so we said screw it we're out of here. And we're trying to get back to our home before it gets too late because My daughter has school tomorrow and We wasted 20 minutes of our time at Arby's so definitely a one star review mo a half a one star. This Arby's is on I-95 (store #7395). It is a slip and fall case waiting to happen. Tile floor is slippery everywhere. They have those wet floor caution stands scattered around, but the floor isn't wet, just defective tile, or grease or maybe soap. Other complaint is that they took our order for a milkshake, let us pay for it, and THEN told us the shake machine was broken. So have to ask for refund of $3 -- which is kind of embarrassing. Food was good and employees nice. But please tear out those floors. read more
