Went to this KFC for lunch. Restaurant was clean. Food was good. Service was fast. Three piece tender meal with mashed potatoes and gravy read more

Stopped in to grab a quick bite for the road Order: 2 piece extra crispy with mashed potato and potato wedges. I had to order on the kiosk but wasn't able to change my side. I didn't want the mashed potato but wasn't given the option to change it on the kiosk. Wanted to ask an associate but there was no one up front to help. Waited over 10 mins for fast food chicken. On a positive note. The chicken was crispy! read more

The restaurant was clean but only had a couple of customers. When we got our food it was Hot and fresh. We were surprised how tasty their bowls are. We thoroughly enjoyed them. I definitely recommend their bowls especially when it's cold outside. read more

They don't have chicken to sell. Unfortunately we tried to get anything in the menu and nothing was available.

I stoped by this KFC with my service dog. First they told me no animal is allowed after I put in my eat in order. I explained to them this is service dog. They demanded ID, I explained to them it is illegal to request my medical documentation. Then this person said he is the manager , his name is Kiel. He asked me to leave. I explained to him I have my service dog with me. He said I don't care. I recorded our conversation. I am definitely filing a complaint to ADA. KFC should take this matter seriously because it is illegal. read more

Friendly people. Clean Restaurant. Fast service. Food was hot and delicious. Thank you; )

Careful coming here if your traveling with service animals. After driving 2400 miles to South Carolina from California I walked in with my service dog to use the restroom. I had plans to come thru the drive thru and order food after out of respect, but that quickly changed as one of the workers came into the bathroom and began yelling at me as I'm doing my business, stating no dogs were allowed I explain the situation and asked her to leave so I could finish using the restroom in peace. I was then met with sarcasm and attitude along with her talking negatively about me and my dog with all her coworkers. Mind you I was in this restaurant all of about 3 minutes tops. I walked out telling her to never walk in on someone using the restroom like that as it was highly disrespectful and left. As someone who's worked her way up the food industry I would never go that far. It was rude, disgusting and unnecessary. I only wish I had gotten her name so that manager can handle this effectively. I understand a no pet policy however I didn't see any signs and it was a quick in and out situation. We never even stepped near the counter. It might be a good idea to train these staff members on law and etiquette surrounding service animal policy's and costumer privacy. Date of issue 3:40 pm on 2/19/26 read more

Honestly, when someone tells me they are new.. I appreciate it. We had the funniest cashier. She was new. She was laughing about trying to key in our meals. When she asked two other staff members for help, they did! They didn't make a face or act annoyed. It really meant a lot to see that they all seemed happy. The food was okay, the fries were cold. Our order ended up being keyed in wrong but it's all okay. The cashier even came over and asked if we got it all correct. The restaurant was clean. Staff was nice. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! I bought my son a cake from here and they handed me one COVERED IN MOLD. My husband took it back in and they just had all of the cakes out and not refrigerated! Everything is disgusting and should be shut down! read more

We stopped here on the way through town. They were busy, but the food was hot and tasty, and the folks who work here were polite and kind. Great experience read more

We had to throw out our 3 piece tenders meals. The chicken was so hard I thought I would break a tooth. We wanted mashed potatoes as a side but got fries instead. We never complained but when my hubby went in for ketchup, I guess the "manager" thought my hubby was going to complain. Before my husband opened his mouth to ask for ketchup, the "manager " said "we do things different here". What a terrible "manager". He knew what we ordered, gave us fries instead without telling us. Then when hubby pulls around and goes inside for Ketchup, he was treated like dirt. I would take a picture of the receipt but we never received one. What kind of place is this? Over $21 wasted. Inedible food. Terrible customer service. read more

Service in this place is terrible. Person working the front counter rude as hell won't greet you at all. Just looks at you like he is looking for a fight. Do better. read more

Honestly the worst ran fast food restaurant I have ever seen. Hospitality is not there one bit, it is truly sickening to even sit in and watch. The restroom was out of toilet paper even with a sign saying they check restrooms every 30 minutes posted on the door, clearly a lie. I simply cannot understand how a manager of any kind would let this place be ran by straight up delinquents. Referring to customers and saying "i don't know" when a question is asked is beyond unreasonable. This place needs to be shut down immediately, or better management acquired. read more

Traveling through, 9:00 at night, we went to the drive through, someone came on and said the drive-through was down. So my husband parked and went inside and they said it would be 30 minutes before more chicken was ready. Parking lot was full. Not one person was even close to nice, they all sound like robots. read more

Traveling through town and put in an order at 7:30p from the Kiosk inside. After a few minutes an employee told us it would be at least 20 min before any chicken was ready. How is there no chicken ready at dinner time!? We wanted a quick stop and to get back on the road, so asked for a refund. The manager said she DIDN'T KNOW HOW to give a refund from a kiosk order. We walked out and lost our $30. When we drove out of the parking lot THREE employees were just sitting on the curb smoking and looking at their phones. DO BETTER, KFC. read more

This is a terrific addition to Walterboro! Brand spankin new and modern looking. The employees are very professional and polite. The food I received was juicy and flavorful! The inside looks really cool with a very unique fixture hanging from the ceiling. It's like a big KFC bucket. I only hope that they continue with these high standards after the "newness" wears off. I Definitely recommend! read more

The time before last, I ordered online to make sure there was plenty of time to have food ready during my lunch break. I arrived about ten minutes AFTER the time they said it would be ready. Then, I still had to wait thirty minutes for my food that was already paid for. What exactly is the point of ordering ahead here? This last time the lady in the drive through had such an attitude when I drove up to order that I could not trust such a rude individual with my food. Contaminated food is hazardous, so I suggest looking elsewhere for a meal. read more

This is one of the worst places to eat just got 2 pc chicken and it was cold French fries were way to salty and cold we had 2 mash potatoes bowls and they didn't have cheese or much gravy or chicken we will not go back the employee were rude and we had to wait to get the food read more

Fast service and right off the freeway. The chicken sandwich is legit! 3 piece tenders are hot and fresh.

Service was questionable. Food was ok. Had to go twice to counter to get items they forgot to put on there. New biscuits were good. But the fact that the soap dispenser in the women's room did not work makes me question how staff wash their hands?! read more

This KFC was a clean and speedy location. The gentlemen who rang out my friends and I had charisma and was humorous. My friends and I all ordered different meals -- our food came out right and it was hot and ready. The food tasted fresh and that is always a good thing! The dining room floor was a bit slippery which gave me some cause for concern. Other than that, I would definitely come back to this location! read more

It was better before, the service is worst the the food. Never coming back to that garbage again.

Advertising that they have grilled chicken but don't have it... also the worst customer service every. Step it up KFC. Employees are rude and disrespectful. read more

Really a cool looking design for this new restaurant. Probably the best looking fast food place in Walterboro! The employees are very friendly and courteous. The food is packed with flavor and prepared well. I'll be back! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After ordering one item, the girl on the speaker in the drive through repeated the item gave the total and said pull forward. I said that I do have more to order and immediately after saying one additional item, she rapidly repeats the order gives a total and says to pull forward. I have 4 people in the car, I'm not going through this each time. We went to Bojangles and received kind hospitable service with a smile, we were able to sit inside and enjoy our delicious food! read more

Greeted by the very friendly staff. I believe the lady that took our order was named Tammy. She was welcomed us and brought our food to us promptly and asked if we needed anything and returned to us a few minutes later and asked how everything tasted and if there was anything she could do for us. Felt like treatment you would get from Chick fil a. I wish the KFC near us in Greenville SC had this kind of staff who seem to genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their job. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and tasted great! Wish we lived closer to this location. I hope their staff gets recognized for how good they are doing. read more

Let me start off saying their chicken and food is very very good. But I am very frustrated with this KFC right now. I have been there a few times and the last two times I ordered a number 13 (I believe) which was which is a chicken sandwich with potato wedges, a drink, and a COOKIE. Both times I ordered it I never received my cookie. The first time it was late so I thought maybe they ran out of cookies. Then last night I went for dinner and I even said "this meal comes with a cookie, correct?" They said yes. Then I get home to realize once again THERE WAS NO COOKIE. So I don't understand why they won't give me a cookie when it's included in the meal. I know it's not a big deal but if I order something with a cookie, I obviously want the cookie. I even double checked that it came with the cookie and never got it. Very very very disappointed. read more

Noon on a Monday and this team is totally on top of things! We stopped en route to NC from FL. The restaurant is spotless and sparkly clean with tons of natural light. If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. We were in a drive thru line for about 15 minutes, waiting to order, when it was our turn to order they said, "Sorry, we aren't taking orders right now." It wasn't they're closing time, nothing. We wasted 15-20 minutes in line waiting to order our food when we could've gone to Papa Johns across the street. read more
