Honestly, when someone tells me they are new.. I appreciate it. We had the funniest cashier. She was new. She was laughing about trying to key in our meals. When she asked two other staff members for help, they did! They didn't make a face or act annoyed. It really meant a lot to see that they all seemed happy. The food was okay, the fries were cold. Stopped in to grab a quick bite for the road Order: 2 piece extra crispy with mashed potato and potato wedges. I had to order on the kiosk but wasn't able to change my side. I didn't want the mashed potato but wasn't given the option to change it on the kiosk. Wanted to ask an associate but there was no one up front to help. Waited over 10 mins for fast food chicken. The restaurant was clean but only had a couple of customers. When we got our food it was Hot and fresh. We were surprised how tasty their bowls are. We thoroughly enjoyed them. I definitely recommend their bowls especially when it's cold outside. read more

I stoped by this KFC with my service dog. First they told me no animal is allowed after I put in my eat in order. I explained to them this is service dog. They demanded ID, I explained to them it is illegal to request my medical documentation. Then this person said he is the manager , his name is Kiel. He asked me to leave. I explained to him I have my service dog with me. He said I don't care. I recorded our conversation. I am definitely filing a complaint to ADA. KFC should take this matter seriously because it is illegal. read more

Careful coming here if your traveling with service animals. After driving 2400 miles to South Carolina from California I walked in with my service dog to use the restroom. I had plans to come thru the drive thru and order food after out of respect, but that quickly changed as one of the workers came into the bathroom and began yelling at me as I'm doing my business, stating no dogs were allowed I explain the situation and asked her to leave so I could finish using the restroom in peace. I was then met with sarcasm and attitude along with her talking negatively about me and my dog with all her coworkers. Mind you I was in this restaurant all of about 3 minutes tops. I walked out telling her to never walk in on someone using the restroom like that as it was highly disrespectful and left. As someone who's worked her way up the food industry I would never go that far. It was rude, disgusting and unnecessary. I only wish I had gotten her name so that manager can handle this effectively. I understand a no pet policy however I didn't see any signs and it was a quick in and out situation. We never even stepped near the counter. We had to throw out our 3 piece tenders meals. The chicken was so hard I thought I would break a tooth. We wanted mashed potatoes as a side but got fries instead. We never complained but when my hubby went in for ketchup, I guess the "manager" thought my hubby was going to complain. Before my husband opened his mouth to ask for ketchup, the "manager " said "we do things different here". What a terrible "manager". He knew what we ordered, gave us fries instead without telling us. Then when hubby pulls around and goes inside for Ketchup, he was treated like dirt. I would take a picture of the receipt but we never received one. What kind of place is this? Over $21 wasted. Honestly the worst ran fast food restaurant I have ever seen. Hospitality is not there one bit, it is truly sickening to even sit in and watch. The restroom was out of toilet paper even with a sign saying they check restrooms every 30 minutes posted on the door, clearly a lie. Traveling through, 9:00 at night, we went to the drive through, someone came on and said the drive-through was down. This is a terrific addition to Walterboro! Brand spankin new and modern looking. The employees are very professional and polite. The food I received was juicy and flavorful! The inside looks really cool with a very unique fixture hanging from the ceiling. It's like a big KFC bucket. I only hope that they continue with these high standards after the "newness" wears off. The time before last, I ordered online to make sure there was plenty of time to have food ready during my lunch break. I arrived about ten minutes AFTER the time they said it would be ready. Then, I still had to wait thirty minutes for my food that was already paid for. What exactly is the point of ordering ahead here? This last time the lady in the drive through had such an attitude when I drove up to order that I could not trust such a rude individual with my food. Service was questionable. Food was ok. Had to go twice to counter to get items they forgot to put on there. New biscuits were good. But the fact that the soap dispenser in the women's room did not work makes me question how staff wash their hands?! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After ordering one item, the girl on the speaker in the drive through repeated the item gave the total and said pull forward. I said that I do have more to order and immediately after saying one additional item, she rapidly repeats the order gives a total and says to pull forward. I have 4 people in the car, I'm not going through this each time. Greeted by the very friendly staff. I believe the lady that took our order was named Tammy. She was welcomed us and brought our food to us promptly and asked if we needed anything and returned to us a few minutes later and asked how everything tasted and if there was anything she could do for us. Felt like treatment you would get from Chick fil a. I wish the KFC near us in Greenville SC had this kind of staff who seem to genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their job. Let me start off saying their chicken and food is very very good. But I am very frustrated with this KFC right now. I have been there a few times and the last two times I ordered a number 13 (I believe) which was which is a chicken sandwich with potato wedges, a drink, and a COOKIE. Both times I ordered it I never received my cookie. The first time it was late so I thought maybe they ran out of cookies. Then last night I went for dinner and I even said "this meal comes with a cookie, correct?" They said yes. Then I get home to realize once again THERE WAS NO COOKIE. So I don't understand why they won't give me a cookie when it's included in the meal. I know it's not a big deal but if I order something with a cookie, I obviously want the cookie. Noon on a Monday and this team is totally on top of things! We stopped en route to NC from FL. The restaurant is spotless and sparkly clean with tons of natural light.
