August 13, 2025 at 4:31pm order 1158. This was the BK right of I-95 highway. Service was horrible a guy started order but a gal took over. A simple order was wrong after repeating orders order 3 times. The large soda was only medium though she said it was a large. FULL of crushed ice - very little soda. We asked politely for her to give a little more soda. She gave attitude and a cup of soda. EXTREMELY rude. We will never stop off here again. Last night I decided to go get a burger from burger king because they were open at least that's what I read on my maps, I pulled up at 9:35-9:40 and waited at least 10 minutes not hearing anything from the people while sitting and waiting at the drive thru, so I decided to pull up and the lady was sitting on her phone and got up (took her time) and opened the window and said, "we're closed". I left pretty upset because there was no sign or anything saying that they were closed and they let me and other people wait for a while instead of saying "we're closed", on the speaker. 3.5 rounded up to a 4 based on cleanliness. Suuuuuuuuuuuuuper busy location right off the highway. Honestly couldn't order food here in a timely matter unless you got here as soon as they opened it seemed like. On top of that, their drive thru has a poor set up for the amount of traffic they get. It begins to block walk-in patrons' cars, which overall causes more problems than necessary. Luckily, I wasn't there to order a meal. What I will say though is that the inside is clean and updated! Stopped by to simply use the bathroom and it was clean and up to date also, which is refreshing for traveling on a road trip. Burger King in general isn't my favorite fast food place but but I do enjoy a Whopper from time to time so I stopped in. First impression wasn't good, the parking lot is tight and a little dangerous with people whipping in off the interstate (keep your little one close). The inside needed to be swept and tables needed to be whipped down. My 4 year old son and I ordered our food and found a place to sit. A man came over, told us he was the owner, and held a very friendly conversation with us as we waited for our order. Unfortunately my Whopper was dry and bland, not juicy and flavorful like I was hoping. My 4 year old didn't eat his food (but hey he's 4, don't read into that). We visited this place a few years ago and had the best black angus whopper. Then we couldn't remember where it was. Last week we drove in on the way to Florida and rediscovered this wonderful little place Yes, it's Burger King so you get the usual menu. What's unusual is the care that the crew takes when making our meal. There are many Burger King restaurants near my home, this little place puts them all to shame. The burger bun was perfect. Lots of fresh lettuce and onion. Thick slices of tomato. Juicy flame broiled patty. Pleasant experience and fast service. Highly recommended. read more

The wait was a little longer than usual but they ran out of jalapeño poppers so they gave me 4 instead of 8, but they gave me a full box of chicken fry's free! She only stayed my price no food morning or anything. When she handed my food she pretty much tossed it out at me and immediately closed the window. Wow! It ended up being a mistake going there during our vacation. There was quite a long line when we entered, yet they only had one register going. I waited longer than is typical for fast food, and as I did, I noticed that one employee was not using gloves while preparing food. The food was disappointing. The fries were overcooked and had no taste besides salt. Worse were the overcooked onion rings which tasted only of hard batter and fake onion seasoning. While my burger was fine, my wife could not eat hers as half of the patty was hard, like it was microwaved. Finally, we were disgusted by both the smelly dirty bathrooms, as well as the eating area. While we ate, an employee did a terrible job cleaning, We observed her (1) wipe down the condiment area with a cloth, (2) wipe down tables by using the same cloth to swipe bits of food and trash into her hand, (3) using the same soiled cloth to wipe down the soda machine area, and worst of all, (4) she took 4 or 5 soda lids which littered the area, and with her dirty hands which she had swiped trash into, shoved the lids back in with the clean lids. After she moved on, I observed that the soda and condiment areas were a soaked mess of standing liquid. Where is the management? Where is the oversight? read more
