It was good until I found a dead roach in my taco and when I tried to use the restroom the toilets were clogged! The service was pretty good but I had to wait 45 minutes for two tacos.. I also kept hearing farting noises in the bathrooms and squeaking in the walls. I would go here again if this was all fixed. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, didn't move a single car. I left. Massive waste of time

WORST!! First of all the drive thru was only open, but there was people inside! So we drove around to order our food.. it took about 7 mins before anyone came to take our order, we got the window and check our bags order was wrong.. told the cashier , she got a nasty attitude with us and said " SO WHAT YALL WANT THEN" wow! We want what we order.. she told us we had to drive back around to the drive thru to order again.. I said no ma'am we would not.. These people are so wasted in this place. Shonda y the cashier looks like she's on drugs. She doesn't pay attention it repeat everything to her and she walks around like she's out in space.is there about 20 minutes or so there's only three people here and we still haven't got my food. My son and I stopped in for some "Nacho Bell Grandes" and sodas. I'll get straight to the point. The nachos were hard as rocks. The food deserves a definite 1 star. However, I can't ignore the fact that the customer service was very good. It's only because of that I went up to 2 stars. This wasn't the only time I've been here. I've had it in the past and even then the food was mediocre at best. This was my attempt to give them another chance. That's two strikes... Had a mobile order got everything except for one item and some sauce so take picture of everything that I did receive in the bag to show with my receipt. I turn around go back to store to replace what I didn't get the cashier was nice about doing it for me but then the manager or what looked like the manager came over and wanted to argue about the sauces that were missing (freaking sauce) claiming that they put them in but yet I have picture prof it's not there so after about 10-15 minutes finally get the items to come home and find spit in my taco wrapper so I did take a picture and will be contacting management higher up because this also is not the first time dealing with attitude about a wrong item or missing item it's sad that as a manager you influence your employees to spit in food knowing you could get people sick or some type of disease it's disgusting!! read more

Waited over 30 minutes for food in the drive through. They weren't busy, just slow. Staff was nice and polite, but looked like they were moving in slow motion. Our food was half cold, and looked like a train wreck, the Mexican pizza in particular looked like it was thrown together, run over, and lactose intolerant. Will not return. read more

This Taco Bell has been renovated and is clean! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious and as ordered.

This honestly has to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Very low staff, took over 15 minutes for me to get the cravings deal. They need more staff with better attitudes. Will definitely not be coming back. read more

This taco bell was very unorganized, there are three leaks in the ceiling, tables and rest rooms were nasty. Puddles of water on the floor. Had to wait about 25 minutes for our food. This place needs to be renovated and brought up the 2017 specification' s. Our order was correct when we got it and was good. Employees was nice they just need help. read more

I placed my order at the drive-thru of TACO BELL and asked for a Baja-blast Mt. Dew. My daughter took a sip, then asked me to taste it. Well it tasted like chloraseptic throat spray, so I asked for a fruit punch and again it tasted like it had some kind of medicine mixture. "Shontae who claims to be the manager" snatched the cup back, saying she didn't like the drinks herself and that's how it taste if I had never drank it before as she proceeded to taste the drinks herself with another cup. I told her we both have had drinks from the store before and maybe she should have someone come and check her machine. Now if you already said you don't like the drinks there out the fountain wouldn't your opinion be bias and if a PAYING customer is saying something is wrong, maybe you should put on your thinking cap and let another worker taste it! "Shontae the so called manager" was quite rude and to top that off the quesadilla was quite disgusting as I asked for light sauce and they didn't put any sauce so it was very dry!
