Very disappointed with my last visit here. The coffee pot on the table was disgustingly filthy. I wouldn't let a dog drink from it. Thankfully I did not order coffee! Secondly when were the omelettes broken down to half the serving? I had the Ham & Cheese omelette and I swear it was made with only 1 1/2 eggs. Hardly any cheese and sparse amount of the white cheese sauce. Ham wasn't what it should be either. This is one of my favorite dishes at IHop. Also only two pancakes instead of 3. By looking at my previously posted review pictures the difference in portion size is quite apparent. There is no value in this so called special. My dining companion had the 2-2-2 special and there was no change in that portion size. I was still hungry when we left. The service was good. There was a pretty long wait even though they said it would only be 10-15 minutes, but I guess I am appreciative since we had a big party. I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes with griddle combo. The pancakes were really soggy and mushy, so I actually preferred the original pancakes that I got to taste from a friend. I did enjoy the eggs and hash browns though. came in around 2pm, waited over 5 minutes to be seated with only 1 table occupied in the entire restaurant. we proceeded to get sat at a dirty booth with a coffee pot & crumbs still on the table (we didnt get coffee). server didn't aknowledge the wait we just had but was overall respectful & attentive. as we were ordering drinks we had a look around and noticed FIVE tables in the section (not including ours) that were not cleaned off, dishes & trash on all of them. the food was amazing, but the atmosphere around us was nothing short of unpleasant. we had been sat down eating for a solid 45 minutes & not a single table was cleared or being attended to. read more

I'm a big fan of IHOP for breakfast because you generally get the most food for your money and the food is generally pretty good. So I've been to a few of them and unfortunately, a good one is hard to find. This one being no exception... Restaurant: We had our choice of tables, which was difficult because the place was generally dirty with visible dirt on the tables and/or seats. The table we picked was the least of dirty but still stick across the top, and not wiped before we were seated. We were in a booth, which rocked and could feel the springs in the seat cushion. The male bathroom was atrocious; flies and mosquitos hanging around, 1 stall barely big enough to get a person in it, and the other had crap all over the seat. My friends deemed this restaurant "Brokenhop". Food: The food was definitely lower quality. I ordered the Cinnastack pancakes and got so much cinnamon that it was like eating straight cake frosting. The FIRST time I wasn't able to finish my pancakes, solely because it was just so over loaded with the cinnamon stuff. Because of this, I deemed this location "Sugarhop". Outside of the pancakes, the eggs were overdone, and bacon way undercooked. Service: This is the only good thing to speak of here as the waitress was real nice and courteous to us. She could pay more attention to her customers, what few she had, but she did have a good attitude and was nice. However, we were in the restaurant for a little over an hour which is excessive considering we were here on a Sunday morning as the second or third customers in the store after open. We were seated immediately, then it took 15minutes for our order to be taken and over 30 minutes after that to get our food. All in all, we don't plan to return to 'Brokenhop' / 'Sugarhop'. read more

We have been ordering delivery through Grubhub for the past year. The last three orders have been wrong. Strawberry creme crepes with no creme. Turkey sausage ordered and we receive pork sausage that his hard as a rock. Once things get back to normal we will likely not go to IHOP. They sorely need some quality control. read more

I have been a fan of IHOP for ever! The food is consistent in most restaurants, today however I went there for lunch and order the stake. The stake was over cooked and old. It the funk smell of old meat. I ate it some of it anyway because I was hungry and it cost more then $20, and didn't have much time because of work. I gave the "manager" (that's what she said) feedbacks about the quality of the stake without any expectation.... Wowwww big mistake. Entitled "Karen" got defensive and basically gave me finger (not literally.) I'm sure if I was a white person she wouldn't have treated me like that. It's a shame because IHOP is an all people's place. One thing is for sure I will not going to that IHOPE again - I can deal with bad food but not with bad attitude from someone who is supposed to be serving the bad food. read more

This is the best IHOP we've ever been to! The manager Ms. Rochelle has been such a delight. We sang her happy birthday and she provided such superior customer service! The food was amazing and we were accommodated even though we added two more people to our reservation. Ms. Rochelle made it happen quickly!! This place was really busy yesterday, our food took a while to come out which was to be expected but when the food came out it looked like our bacon was cooked 3 days ago. It was literally all the same color as if it had been sitting in a giant pan submerged for days and just reheated. The eggs were hard and missing cheese, my sons food had a piece of hair in it, the water tasted like they got it from the toilet bowl, the chef had no gloves on, and the other chef didn't have a net on his beard which is probably where the hair came from in my sons food. We ordered red potatoes and they came out with no seasoning on it, the pancakes and sausage were cold as well. The sausage wasn't even room temp cold, it was like cold as if they were refrigerated and not warmed back up enough. Overall I would not recommend this place. I'm trying to figure out if it's so busy why wasn't food cooked fresh!!!! Lawd this was a crazy experience, we over heard other tables having to send their cold food back as well, I saw one woman's plate that ordered chicken and waffles and her chicken was so dark from them not changing the fryer grease. My son and I ate here Saturday morning. We were the first customers in the restaurant. The staff was pleasant. The food came out quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. My bacon was a bit crispy but this was my fault for not specifying how I wanted it cooked. Coffee was fresh and I was offered timely refills. No complaints at all. Renovations in this restaurant look horrible. Please see my pictures. The waitress after messing up my drink then gave me a dirty cup. This happens almost every time I go to this particular iHop. I live very close to this restaurant and have to drive by daily. The parking lot is almost always empty. I wonder if it is due to the customer service? The one redeeming thing about this iHop is one waitress. Unfortunately her name escapes me or I would mention it here. She's the only reason we try this restaurant once to twice a year. read more

Breakfast was good. We were able to get seated right away. Food came out piping hot so that was a plus! There was a hair in the scrambled eggs that wasn't visible until half the eggs were already eaten. Our waitress handled the situation well. She offered to have the whole meal replaced or just have the eggs remade, advised her there was no need since the majority of the food was already consumed. The manager came over and apologized and offered to rebake the whole meal as well. Needless to say she cared for the meal. If I'm in the area again, I would come again. read more

After 20 minutes many tables were open, customers that had came after us were being seated before us, so we had came to the realization that we were forgotten. I felt like I was stuck in a Hells Kitchen episode. (Salisbury North Pointe ) Once we were seated you hear the staff fighting. Then plates breaking as they dropped by the staff. It was very noisy. This place is one of my favorites for Sunday brunch. There is nothing like pancakes to hit the spot when the guts are screaming. What makes this place great is that it's not fancy, but still makes great food. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. In most cases I can tell I'm not the only one who thinks so either. This place is always packed! Despite this fact; I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated. Down side is that there are times when you have to use a louder volume than you would like, to speak to your table companion. Still... I like this spot, and I never leave hungry! read more

Stop here on a Saturday morning, decent crowd plenty of waitresses to take orders. Our waitress seem very confused. We placed our orders however that is when the problems started. After waiting for about 30 minutes the waitress delivered our coffee---- both cups of coffee were cold not even slightly warm - after 5 minutes they gave warm coffee ( done by the Assistant Manager) then it took another 20 minutes to finally get our food. This is after 4 other parties that sat down after us and placed their breakfast orders They received their food before we even received our food. Our waitress had no sense of service and very rude. We finally got our bill and it was paid by Credit Card and based on poor service by the waitress / waiting for the food ( 45 minutes) it was decided not to give her a tip. I made sure on the receipt I cross a line for no tip and kept the receipt. Upon checking my Credit Card statement this waitress decided to add an $10.00 tip on transaction ( attorneys call this fraud) I called my credit card company disputed the bill. DO NOT GO THIS IHOP very poor service and Management could careless. and IF you do go --- pay them cash only because they will altered your receipt and add or change the tip amount. read more

I am a 60-year-old man traveling on personal business. I went into the restaurant and was seated at a booth. I have a drink and food order consisting of the currently featured Hamburger Omelet. I never received my meal. Every five minutes, the server came to my table to tell me my meal would be there in "a few minutes." After this process repeated several times, a total of perhaps twenty minutes, I was told that my omelet was given to someone else, and that I should expect to wait a further period of time. I declined, and announced I was leaving. I was not charged for the drink. I asked for a comment card to register a complaint, but there were none. It only takes five minutes to make an omelet. Question: Instead of the server coming to my table every five minutes to tell me to wait, why didn't he re-enter the order after the initial five minutes? Moreover, given the time and inconvenience of your failure of service, why was I not offered some further explanation? I did not see the hostess and no manager offered even so much as an apology? This will not do. How does this location survive with service such as this? read more

do not order to go from this ihop unless you are willing to wait for an hour. i ordered 2 items, a country fried steak with pancakes, and chicken and pancakes and it took an hour to get. the people who waited in line to dine in after i ordered mine had their breakfast served and actually finished their meals before i got my order. worst breakfast to go. waste of time. staff wasnt even apologetic after serving my food. definitely not going back to this place. sorry. read more

I feel like this place needed an updated review, we were iffy about coming here due to the reviews in the past, but we are glad we gave it a chance, we were seated quickly, and served quickly. At 12:30 on Sunday afternoon, Labor Day weekend, there was about a fifteen minute wait. The restaurant was overwhelmed, running out of dishes, no syrup in the drink machine, and 45 minutes to get our food. However, the waitress was sweet and doing her best. The surprise was how good the food was. Excellent! More like we would expect at a much more expensive place. So, if you have the time or it's less busy, I definitely recommend this location. read more
