On Google this rating was 4.0. Complete bull!! We eat at ihops everywhere and this one was the worst. From the waitress to the food to the manager! We were seated and Aysha was already condescending. I ordered my usual; I substitute Oreo waffle for strawberry & bananas. Nothing was ever an extra charge. Here they charge $1 for the banana which was less than half! Aysha had attitude when I asked how much extra for the banana. After we ordered she never came back. The food was delivered by the manager (we saw her talking to the manager). My daughter's pancakes were undercooked and her soda was watered down. My waffle was burnt or stale and hard as rock. But since the waitress never came back we couldn't say anything. We never got new drinks. She never checked on us. I didn't make a scene I didn't get mad which I wanted to but my daughter hates scenes so I didn't but this waitress acted like I did. I hate wasting food so I drowned my waffle with syrup and left it for a minute or two then I ate most of it with nothing to drink. My daughter didn't eat her pancakes so I gave her my hash browns. It was very busy so it was hard to catch someone to ask for assistance however my waitress did check on other tables just not ours. All because I questioned the extra charge that no other iHop charged. The manager redid the drinks after we were done eating. The manager asked how everything was and we told her about the food and waitress and she said "awww" as she walked away. WTH!?!?!? Rudest place I've ever walked into and will never walk into again. We didn't have time to go to Roseville iHop (5+stars) so we chose the next best rated one and it was horrible. With everything that was wrong here, the reason I left no tip is because of Aysha's attitude and leaving us to the manager for no reason. It has been a few years since we visited an IHOP, and we were so impressed today at the Bradshaw location! The restaurant was incredibly clean and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The menu features an outstanding variety of options, and it is honestly one of the few places left that still offers reasonable prices alongside a fantastic senior menu. It checked every single box for us. A huge shoutout to our server, Ari, who was highly attentive and truly made our visit enjoyable. I came in for breakfast. My server was Angel, and she was wonderful! I was seated right away. The restaurant looks very clean and bright. I didn't use the restroom, so I can't speak to that..... I wasn't that hungry, so angel pointed out the 2X2X2. Two pancakes, two eggs, and two protein. I asked for one bacon and one sausage, and for pumpkin pancakes instead of regular pancakes. She advised me there would be a small "upcharge" for the pumpkin pancakes. That was not a problem, as I knew there would be. The food came very quickly. I could smell the pumpkin pancakes as soon as she set the plate in front of me. The pancakes were very good, after all, this is the name of the restaurant, and I could definitely taste the pumpkin flavor. The eggs were perfectly done. The only minor thing I could say about the entire meal, was that I wish the bacon were crispy instead of soft. I know it's a personal choice, next time I will just ask for crispy bacon. The coffee was very good, and they left a carafe at my table so I could get my own refills. I liked that. Angel periodically came by my table, to make sure that everything was OK. Even though it didn't look like a lot of food, I left stuffed. Also, the price was very reasonable. Oh my goodness!!! This particular IHOP, 3525 Bradshaw Rd., Sacramento, CA 95827 is a hidden gem... I cannot believe it was so empty!! Ambience: precious, inviting, clean, very welcoming staff!!! This place not only has its charm, but check out this image of my food I had it to go. I got the first item on the breakfast menu on the left-hand side of the menu... the very first one where you get two sausages, two strips of bacon, hash, brown, eggs, and ham so I substituted the ham for an additional two sausages!! And then this also includes two big fluffy buttermilk pancakes!! Holy smokes look at this picture. I'm so excited to dig in, but I had to leave this review first!! Smells delicious. Seven dollar weekday early bird special Woop. I got French toast. I know this is the pancake house but my experience is IHOP pancakes suck. I am here to be positive. So my French toast was nice and thick, and that along with the service and price makes this a full five. Eggs done well, I got my hot sauce, sausage wasn't burnt to a crisp, and the French toast had decent flavor. Service is excellent. I will take it, even tho I'm closer to a senior in high school in age. Mentally I'm a senior citizen. They inflate and overcharge on drinks. when i asked for a refill to go, ( which i was entitled to) a manager came to assist. server was on a break. I got some takeout today and it was yummy! I ordered the bourbon bacon jam steak burger with onion rings and a full stack of pancakes to satisfy my pancake craving. I ordered on the app which was easy and chose curbside for the pickup. The one issue I did have was when I went to pick it up I didn't notice the very small signs that tell you to go to the right of the front door and front of restaurant if you're there for curbside etc. The signs should be way bigger or just have one big sign with the information, either way we couldn't see it from where we were and had to pull up & get out to see what they said. Other than that I was happy with my food. First picture is the burger on the menu, the second is what I received. They accidentally gave me 3 pancakes so I was beyond full. Food was good. 4/5 SERVICE: It took a long time for us to get our order in. This was partially our fault. My sister asked for a table for 8 but 4 people ended not coming. The waitress was waiting for everyone to arrive so she never stopped by our table. When we finally got our order, we were missing one item. My poor niece was starving by the time she got her food. The waitress was apologetic. 2/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: Food was good. I honestly loved every experience we encountered here for breakfast. I was really surprised to see the low ratings. Maybe I came on a better day where our server was AMAZING, the coffee and establishment was immaculate!! We've been around the area for years and have always overlooked this diner. I'm glad that we finally gave it a try. Must say this will be our new go to. It was just so perfect. Prices are comfortable, food is comforting, coffee is perfectly strong with a great aroma flowing with every sip. We really enjoyed every bit. Not to mention how clean this place is. I think her name was Natalia or Natasha maybe Natalie. Anyways, another couple walks and she seats them. We're waiting five possibly 10 minutes. If your family wants to go out to breakfast, this is the right place. Starting off with food, not gonna lie 100000000/10. I'll explain. I got (I think it's called) the American Biscuit? I'm not sure but its a 1B/10, they melted mozzarella on it with turkey bacon, or your choice if you want normal bacon, and your choice of which type of egg you want on it. I recommend the scrambled egg . And it came with a side of hashbrowns, 1T/10, they added so much butter and it was just perfect . On my American Biscuit she asked if I wanted the turkey bacon on the side or in the biscuit, usually waiters don't do that they just pick a random option. Ambiance, amazing. They had the best music and the vibe was just good. Not that much words but yeah, just good. The reason why I did a 4/5 was because the bathrooms were not clean, there was paper towels/napkins all over the floor in there and I just wanted to get out. There was also toilet water everywhere. On July 9(h my friends went to this restaurant and were gravely disappointed. They ordered pancake plate and waffle plate. They we're looking forward to their meal and when it came what a disappointment!!! There was about three 4" round pancakes nothing with it for $8.99 and the other waffle plate was only a waffle for $14.00. This cost is outrageous. First of all, from reading some of the other reviews it's obvious some people simply just use Yelp to complain, not actually provide useful information about their experiences. And one mistake on one visit gets a 1 star? Really? Okay, rant over. I've enjoyed breakfast, lunch and now dinner at this IHOP location and tonight I felt compelled to write a 5 star review. The main reason being Holly. Holly was amazing from the greeting to the "come back and see us"...well, definitely will be returning to try more of the menu options. The menu has changed and Holly was really helpful in that regard. She checked to ensure everything was fine regularly and with a smile! :) Did I mention excellent friendly communication as well. IHOP is lucky to have her! The food was fresh and generous! IHOP does have the best pancakes! The 80s music was a nice touch as well. There is obviously no management at this restaurant. I was put on a list when I entered even though there were several tables open (4th of July at noon). The temperature was way too warm for dining. My daughter and I came to IHOP for breakfast. I ordered the 2c2x2. All bacon, eggs over easy. My daughter ordered the bacon omelet with hash browns. Well the hash browns were burnt. The waiter, a tall middle-aged man, who was taking our orders kept making these weird comments despite there only being three tables (including our table) in total of people. We thought he was just being funny so we ordered everything almost immediately, and we waited for our food. Come time for our food, we received: -Three cool burgers that we asked for them to not put cheese on and set the bacon to the side (and they put both bacon and cheeses on the burgers anyways). -Cold onion rings and fries. -A lukewarm waffle and only one bacon with cool eggs (as is was supposed to come with multiple pieces of bacon) -Two plates of plain pancakes (and what we actually ordered was plate of the winter wonderland pancakes from the kid's menu and then a plate of the mexican tres leches pancakes) When we were telling the waiter that a number of our things were wrong and nothing came hot, he kept making these half-joke complaints about how hard it is to be a waiter and such and he kept cutting us off with random comments. Needless to say, we didn't even wait for the rest, we just left. Leaving is my biggest reason for the lack of pictures, but I would advise avoiding this Ihop.
