I hate giving bad reviews, I really do, but they need to do something about the odor in this place. I hadn't been in there for about a year and sure enough, my family and I stopped in last week and it still smelled the same - like urine. As soon as you walk in it hits you, and you really don't want to eat after that. The service is usually okay and the food is pretty good, but I just can't deal with that odor. If I really have a hankering for IHOP I'll be sure to find a different one to go to. read more

Went for breakfast on New Year's Day with girl friend and it was pretty busy. The service was ok and place looked clean. Two omelettes and coffee was 35 dollars. The coffee wasn't good and a bit weak. The omelettes were ok but filling. It was an ok experience but seems overpriced for a lackluster breakfast. read more

Mediocre food. My omelet was dry & flavorless. Not much better with salt & pepper. The cheese consisted of orange sprinkles (cheddar?) on top which you had to scrape off the plate. I prefer cheese 'in' the omelet, silly me. Overpriced sodas with no refills offered. Husbands burger was flavorless. My son said his eggs & pancakes were good, so that is the only reason I'm going as high as 2 stars. This is the only Ihop I've ever been to mainly because it's down the street from me. I have always had superb service and last night was no exception. I went there with a date and before he and I moved onto another subject our food was served to us. I've honestly never had a bad meal here. I always order from the breakfast menu it's the best place to go to when you are craving pancakes or french toast. PS get the Pumpkin Pancakes while they are in season! read more

I'm a fan of IHOPs breakfast. It's not my favorite but it'll do. If you order anything that could possible be sweet, be prepared for it being very sweet. I do enjoy the sides that come with the breakfasts as well. Last time I was there the service was decent and the food comes nice and hot. It can get busy, but I don't usually see it packed. read more

We go to this location frequently because it's local. Never had any problems. Decent food, decent prices. The two stars is for the disgusting ladies room and the filthy smelling carpet. We've gone to the location in Brockton (yes, Brockton !) Because it is much more cleaner than the Raynham restaurant. Raynham can fill up pretty quickly with patrons waiting to be seated and they are standing by the front desk. The former manager at Raynham is now working in Brockton. He KNOWS how to manage his staff ! Btw, the Raynham location has been closed again due to another fire. read more

I like eating here. It's a little pricey for breakfast food but the service is almost always excellent and the food tastes great.

My son and I went for breakfast on 9-1412 our server was Bree! I ordered two eggs over medium, sausage white toast and home fries, came out with two eggs, Bacon and hash browns! I send it back she then brings me the two eggs and sausage and says it will be a minute for the homefries.....try ten minutes later i get the home fries mean while my eggs and sausage are cold, my toast was soggy i sent back three times to get toast not soggy bread! She kept apologizing, i was there way longer than I should have been with my anxious three year boy who was done with his breakfast before i even got my entire order! then came the bill i was shocked to find my breakfast still on the bill!! After all the waiting eating my breakfast cold etc, they should have taken my breakfast off! CUSTOMER SERVICE people!!! Your breakfast isn't even good! I Will never return!!!!! First Time in IHop, Raynham, MA. Amanda our server, was prompt, personable, knew the menu and highly recommended different items. There were 7 in our group. Amanda was professional in making our visit a joy. We really would liked to have had WiFI and some gluten free items on upcoming menus. IHop isn't just a morning stop. My boyfriend and I came here to grab breakfast and we had to wait 15 minutes for a waitress to even come to our table to take our order. The same waitress that told us when we sat down "somebody will be right over" is the one who ended up serving us. We ordered our food, the food came our super cold, and felt as though it was ready for a while before brought to the table. The waitress said they were "short staffed" but with what the eye could see this was not factual. There was 9 waitresses working, 1 host, and many people in the kitchen. There was approximately 45 people in the restaurant. Only about 15-16 parties. I will never be visiting this location again, we will remain with the location in Attleboro. read more

I HOP, Dedham, ...I gave 4 stars for the service. We were a group of 12. Had a long wait but the person in charge keep us updated on our wait and even offered to bring us coffee while we waited.
