Arrived Saturday morning around 9am. Moderately busy. Got seated right away and told our server would be here soon. No offer for water or coffee. A couple of minutes go by and the server says, in passing, that she would be back. Another 6-7 minutes and no server, no water, no coffee. We stood to leave and the server walks by and again says she would be right there. I told her I was done waiting and was leaving. It appeared that she could only do one thing at a time. Our family of three arrived without a line at 11:30a.m. on Sunday Dec. 14, 2025. We were instructed that we had to wait for a table that we requested. Fine with us. Next, they became inundated with customers in line. They seated 3 tables of four ahead of us. We were a party of three, and there are only four-seat tables. Of course, we needed one, but no. So after about 15 people were seated ahead of us, we finally got a half-table which meant one side was bench. fine. Next, we sat and waited for our waitress after my guy didn't know what he wanted after tongue cancer and does not have full taste. Twice, he turned her away in about 10 minutes not knowing what he wanted. Our Waitress then served absolutely everyone in the area making us wait so long. Then comes back with a thinly veiled remark after I called her over. She says to my guy, "So, you finally made your mind up"like he was the reason her service was bad. In his recognition of her contempt, he replied benignly, "Yes, I did," throwing a knowing look at me, but strong enough for her to know she was being snotty. Then to put an over $8 tip charge, which I refused, would have put a 2 person breakfast over $50. Needless to say, we WON'T be back. In my opinion, any restaurant that "suggests" , "asks for" their request of a tip, is forward, rude, wrong. Ate there 10/24/25....server was Vixen. Ordered t-bone dinner cooked "medium". It came very "well done". Asked for toast with extra butter as a side & it was dry/very little butter. Meal wasn't served by Vixen as she seemed to have forgotten us. Sent the meal back to & it came back cooked the same way, we'll done. I tried eating it but meat was dry & tough to chew & had to spit it into napkin. I was hungry so decided to eat the eggs, toast & has browns which were all cold by this time. My dinner partners biscuits and gravy was cold also & they received their pancakes & French toast when they were done with the rest of their meal. Overall a very dissappointing experience for me. The manager did take the steak dinner off our ticket. My opinion is they need to do a better job training their cooks & hire servers with better professional/people skills than "Vixen". read more

Mid pandemic everywhere but here... This restaurant is serving dine in and takeout customers. We arrived at 8:30am on Sunday and there was a 30 minute wait for a table. Wait in your car and they text or call when your table is ready. I kind of like that!! We were served so fast and so efficiently. All workers wore masks and most of the restaurant seating was empty to accommodate minimums. The food was great and our server was very nice. We made quick work of the eggs and hash browns before we went to badlands for a day of hiking. Build your own scrambles are my favorite. IHOP always delivers. It reminds me of the fun we had as kids on the very rare occasion we got to go when we went to the big city. read more

This IHop was an absolute experience! It took 5 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. When we were finally seated, our drinks took 10 minutes to arrive, this was in an empty restaurant. Our actual orders took 20 minutes to arrive, and we only ordered pancake combos. The toast was stale, greasy and overall unpleasant. I'm pretty sure they literally just put cooking oil on it. My blueberry pancakes tasted like pumpkin spice, the drink refills were few and far between, the sausage links were cold and burnt. This overall experience was made worse by the unexpected upcharge on blueberry pancakes, the $3 two slices of toast and the ridiculous $61 total for three people. I would very much not recommend this restaurant and I hope you all make a better choice than we did. We should have gone to Olive Garden. read more

just got my delivery and have to say very disappointed. No butter, syrup, forks, or napkins. Delivered in a shopping bag not an IHOP bag. Food was also cold. The drinks, however, took a long time to arrive. Waitress did take our order at that time, and we waited a little longer than normal for food to arrive, but they were pretty full so can't blame kitchen. I had ordered a chicken sandwich plain. The staff is really friendly and we told our waitress what we wanted. And then we waited... and waited... and waited...... we saw everyone else get there food and leave but we waited for about and 1/2 hour to our food to get to our table. But when the food came, it was really good. I got the chicken and pancakes and it was amazing. The only bad thing is the SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW service. They stole money from me... literally. I ate a meal there about 10 days ago on a Tuesday. The service was average, the food edible, but not delicious. The next day I went to balance out my checking account and noticed two charges pending: one for the amount of my bill ($13 and change), and one for the amount plus tip ($16 and change). I decided to wait until they actually ran through before saying something, thinking maybe it would clear the first one away. I waited an additional day before calling them Friday afternoon. The manager, Mike, said he would take care of it, but I would need to show him my statement. I agreed and ran it down there within the half hour. He agreed that I was double charged, but instead of a normal refund (run the original card and refund it) he told me that someone at the home office would have to do it. He never took down my card number so that was a lie, I realize, now. We are at one week and I still don't have it. I checked with him on Tuesday, and he said that it should be there and to check back. I'll check on Friday, but no matter the outcome at this point, this is ridiculous. I went around 9pm with a friend. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant and we waited around 5 minutes to be greeted and the waitress who greeted us seemed very out of it. She sat us down and walked away... we waited a while for our waters, and then she took our order. Another couple came in right after us and they didn't get seated for a long period of time and when they did they didn't get to order for a long time the waitress just disappeared repeatedly. More people flowed in and our waitress couldn't get an order right for any table our food took forever and she gave us the wrong food and then the wrong ticket, 2 tables walked out due to no service and we waited 30 minutes plus for our ticket. Her pupils were blown and she was acting like she was on drugs.... and her underwear was hanging out of her pants the entire time we were there.
