Sent crepes back 3 times. Burnt all 3 times. Not even constructed correctly! Asked for manager. She definitely tried to wait us out before finally showing up. Every time we come its a great experience because the staff here is absolutely amazing! If the food is ever off they take care immediately! They are friendly and go above and beyond! The place is very comfortable a good distance in seating, and its definitely handicapped accessible! Plenty of room to get around. Its been a go to for us for over 3 years. read more

Worse service. Walked in got seated and was told my waitress would be by to get my order. I waited 20 minutes and nobody came out from back of the kitchen. So I left and went somewhere else to eat. Problem is there staff stays in the kitchen hanging out on there phones instead of out on the floor attending to customers. I have been consistently disappointed in this location for some time now and today was no exception. I went in wanting the breakfast burrito but was given this 1 page "late night holiday menu" that I had to order off of despite being there in the morning after "late night". I asked about their regular menu or if they could make anything else and they said no. I ordered the sampler and it was just as sad as that menu. I waited at the hostess stand for close to 5 minutes before being sat due to only 1 waitress and 3 seated tables. She was friendly and nice, but that was overshadowed by the experience as a whole. The building is always cold inside and always smells like wet rag, but I find that all ihops tend to smell that way for some weird reason. read more

While in Pleasanton Tx. for business, I decided to treat myself to great coffee, a huge breakfast and some of the best French toast and pancakes I've had in a long time. Service was excellent and friendly. I was seated at a clean comfortable booth and served coffee and water almost immediately. My order was taken and delivered very quickly and politely. I was treated absolutely wonderful by my waitress and my food was delicious. I highly recommend this IHOP and will be bringing my beautiful wife with me next time I go. read more

The place is filthy. If you look up, the ceiling is in bad shape. They don't clean the A/C vents. Flies everywhere. Everything I saw felt like the place was coming apart. This is the worst IHOP that I have ever visited. We walked into a very empty restaurant. My family waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. We ordered our drinks, the waitress(jet black hair with septum piercing) took the order. She left for 6 minutes came back and started cleaning a table. She side eyed us, never brought the drinks. Worst customer service, place was full of flies. I will be contacting corporate about how bad the service is at this establishment. After being told it would only be a 15 minute wait we were there for over 35 minutes waiting. There were many many tables that have been left dirty for over 20 minutes that did not get cleaned up. Despite the fact that I adore i hop, this I hop was the worst I've ever been to. Yet, it took them 30 minutes to seat my family even though there weren't many people in line. In addition, the person who took our order. when we were seated seemed quite furious and angry. When she was taking the order, she was rude to my family. We come here every week for Sunday breakfast. I'm amazed every week to see the lack of service when people are at the door. We come for 1 reason, Maddi. She's amazing and has a following. Liz is also great. Other than these 2 service trielt is lacking. We stood at the door for 5 minutes as multiple servers stared at us and just walk away. Finally 1 of them acknowledge us and then proceeded to tell us there would be a 10 minute wait. Open tables all over. I was in the industry for 25 years and never taught my team to ignore the door. Ordered a kids sweet tea, got chocolate milk brought to us. Server came up literally every minute to ask if we were ready to order without actually giving us time to look at the menu. We went to the bathroom, and came back to a cleared table. When ordering: I asked for no peppers and no onions in my food, when food was brought out it was filled with peppers and onions. What did it not have: the tomatoes, the queso sauce, or the salsa that the description lists. She also forgot the side dish. When I asked for the salsa I was told they only have hot sauce and was brought a practically empty container of hot sauce. She came by only once to check on us and then never returned. I had to go find someone in order to pay so we could leave after waiting for our server to show up for 30 minutes. I would give this 5 stars but the WAITRESS was not personable. However, there was a WAITER that checked on our table a few times by offering to clear plates, etc. and he was a delight. There was a large table of HS kids and their coaches that was there and the WAITRESS was serving them. It was obvious that the large group was kicking her butt. The WAITER graciously stepped in and helped. I saw that a tip was left and the WAITRESS pocketed the whole thing. Yes, I saw her do it. I bet she never even offered the WAITER a dime of it for saving her butt. Maybe this Waitress should be more appreciative of someone's help. Went to IHOP on Christmas, well technically it wasn't Christmas any more it was past 1:00 am. Not ally of people so I expected service to be good. The waiter introduced himself and was very nice but his service was horrible. He began by telling us all the menu items they were out of, Steaks, chicken fried steak, bacon....etc. Ordered our meal brought us the meal and the drinks but no utensils. After bringing my meal and drink, he never came back to see if I needed anything else. I had to get up and get a refill on my drink. I've been to other IHOP's and have had great service, not this time 10/20/18 Came in for breakfast again and again the service was terrible. Saw my server a couple times, my drink glass was empty and when she passed by, she wouldn't even look at my table. I finally got a refill from another server. Once I got my food that was it, no more checking in on me to see if I needed something else. Service is horrible and food is ok, will definitely not recommend this IHOP. read more

Seated promptly, order taken quickly and food arrived very fast. However my hash browns were really over cooked. As soon as she set my plate down, my waitress noticed hash browns and asked if I wanted them redone. I said yes and she took them back. New plate came out quickly and I found my food to be good. Bright, clean, open dining and waiting area. We were greeted and sat promptly. The service was friendly, even though they were short staffed. The kitchen got our order right, and it was out quickly and fresh. It's an IHOP, but it's one of the best IHOPs I've been to. This was our second and last trip to this IHOP. It wasn't busy, and like our first time we waited over half an hour for our food. The staff there could use some lessons on friendliness. Asked for hash browns extra crispy, they were barely cooked and soggy and eggs were supposed to be over easy and they came hard. Same thing on the first trip. I love IHOP but not this one! We brought friends from out of state & we were very disappointed. We had chicken fried steak & the mashed potatoes were ice cold. The broccoli was cold AND raw. The food was sent back to be heated. This is the first time that I have ever had an issue with an IHOP. We, a family of four, wanted a dinner at your restaurant. We went to the IHOP at 1133 West Oakland Rd Pleasanton TX 78074. We got at the restaurant at 2145 and we were "served" 2 waters and one Dr Pepper a coffee without a mug by a drunk server who not only swayed while he stood, dropped the serving tray, and couldn't write down our order. We watched the drunk server walk out the door then waited over an hour to have our food brought out to us as we were walking out the door. The manager stopped us. The replacement server even admitted that our original server was in fact drunk. The food was placed on our table as we were walking out the door. The manager just told us to leave. This is the worst treatment I have ever received. Not only a drunk server but as we were waiting for food we watched other tables have their food returned because their orders were also wrong. The manager was not help and was rude. The whole staff at the place was unapologetic and it did not seem to bother them that we were not being helped but treated us as if we were wrong for trying to get my children food at another establishment. read more

When finally we were served, we had ordered four plates off of their menu and out of the four meals one was served correctly, two were not, and one was not served at all.
