I ordered through Door Dash but let me just say this was not the delivery drivers fault as she waited over an hour for my order and kept me informed. This was totally IHOP's fault. I ordered at 9pm, a pretty simple order ...2 cheeseburgers. I called the restaurant to make sure they did not put any kind of sauce on one of the burgers.The person who answered the phone sounded high and confused. I had to explain "no sauce" 4 times then she put me on hold for a manager bcuz she couldn't understand the no sauce thing I guess. An hour later with still no food, the door dash driver texted me to say she was still waiting for my food and it hadn't been made yet even though they weren't busy. Another 30 minutes goes by, still no food and nobody at IHOP answering the phone. Wasn't bad. Good food. However, Our server Janet was great and it seemed like she was the only person that wanted to work. She kept going back and checking on our food multiple times as it wasn't coming up and the kitchen also said they lost our ticket for what we ordered. The kitchen was also very loud and vulgar in the back which I or my girlfriend did NOT Appreciate. Definitely need to address this or put in a double door to drown the noise out from the kitchen. My experience was much better this time around. Our waitress Nicole was attentive and friendly. The food came out pretty quickly, other than Nicole noticed they had put cheese on my omelette so she had them remake it before bringing it out, I'm lactose intolerant so any dairy sends me running, so I really appreciated that she caught that. My SO ordered the chicken fried steak which he said was pretty good, he cleared his plate lol. Hopefully this place is turning around? We will see how things go if we come back :) read more

After long wait for seating, I had to go to a waitress to request help. Manager observed running to restroom area to avoid 8 people waiting for service. She finally came upfront to seat the two guests who were there long before us. A waitress returned to say that the rest of us had at least another 10 minutes. It wasn't very busy. So I placed a to go order, two omelettes which comes with short stacks and 2 funny face pancake combos. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, I went to my car and waited 25 minutes. Went back inside to check on my order the manager asked me my name went to the back to check, he came back and said 5 more minutes which turned into 20 more minutes. Me and mother went to this Ihop after a long drive, the only thing on our minds was delish Ihop (cause we are an ihop family) we got there and was ignored as we walked in the door (later to find out we were being ignored by the manager) when we were finally seated, we had to clean our table ourselves, the waitress came to the table very quickly which we liked but at first she had a bit of an attitude she took our drink order and meal order at the same time, which we liked. The waitress was very unkempt (not judging her appearance just how sloppy she appeared to be) she gave us our utensils and we noticed that there was large food particles on the silverware as if they were not even washed. We then asked the waitress for plastic silverware and she seemed like she couldn't be bothered, we preceded to wait for a hour waiting for our food our waitress came only once to check on us then disappeared after that, we asked another waitress for the manager and he came to see what was wrong and he was gonna take care of it, we decided to leave after waiting another 25 minutes with no food no manager and no waitress we got up and went to the front to pay for the drinks (that we didn't drink) the manager finally came to the front with our food BAGGED as if we had a take out order. When we told him we didn't want the food anymore he told us that he would take care of the bill we asked him what bill and he just kept replying he'll take care of the bill we didn't take the food and he didn't even offer us the food (we wouldn't have taken it either way) when we called corporate they said they were going to investigate but they didn't follow up, the WORST IHOP EVER it needs to be shut down! read more

I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. Yes we brought a large group but how is a large group different from a breakfast rush. We didn't get our food... After asking 3 times I never got my toast to accompany my omelet. The wait staff came out yelling at us asking who had what because the person who took our order had lost the ticket. Easily the most disappointing breakfast experience I have ever had. We were seated soon after we came in but our waitress Marlena never came to our table, even after another waitress told us that she would tell her that we had been waiting. After 30 minutes a 3rd waitress, Robin came and took our drink + food order. The food was so sloppily put together, the bacon was undercooked, our fried food was disgustingly overdone and greasy. We were grateful that we had a gift card to use for this but when we tried to pay the gift card wasn't reading properly and our waitress was not at all patient and did not offer to help solve the problem. Seems like the location is under very poor management and suffers from a lack of communication between staff. I can't seem to order anything good in this place. I came in with my family on a Friday around brunch time. When we first sat down, we noticed that the benches in our booth weren't clean, which wasn't that horrible and easily fixable with some napkins. My family ordered the $4.99 special and I ordered a waffle and an iced coffee. They had several different flavors of iced coffee and I chose the white chocolate. When it came it was way too sweet, which was unusual for me. So I asked for a cup of milk which seemed to make no difference. I asked for my waffle to be well done, and when I got it, it was soggy. I absolutely HATE soggy/ mushy waffles. I like my waffles crisp and structured. I asked for another, and when I got it, it was still soft and shapeless. I also asked for another iced coffee (in vanilla) which also came back nasty. My family members ate their food but none of them left with a smile on their face... My cousin even stated that her food wasn't hot. The second waffle I received was so bad I couldn't even eat it, nor could I tolerate the awful flavor of the iced coffee. I don't think I'd ever want to go to another IHOP again after this. read more

The second time I went three waitresses spent more time having a conversation and joking around then serving the customers. The third and final time I went I waited 5 minutes to get seated then only got seated when I walked up from the front area to the back.
