Would be worst IHOP we've been to. We were excited to come back in Moncton esp when we knew that there's IHOP here. We came at around 8am and there were a lot of people but didn't have to wait for long. However, when we got our food, we were not impressed, portions were too small and I ordered a T-Bone steak that's supposed to be medium well but it's so tough and dry they have to give me a new one. When we paid our bill, they put coffee in our bill and we didn't even order a coffee. Ended up paying $50ish for a breakfast we didn't enjoy. Server was nice though. And we noticed that there are 5 people that came just before us and nobody took their order yet and we have already got our food. They were so upset and finally got their food after almost 2 hours of waiting. That's not acceptable. read more

$20 for boxed hash browns poorly cooked, eggs mediocre at best, and very small portion of smoked sausage that was very similar to baloney. Included was my tea (4 bucks) with "free refills". The tea arrived half an hour before the meal. A teabag, a cup and a pot of hot water. There is no way to make a decent cup of tea, even on the first try. Teabag just didn't work. The "free refills" apparently is an ability to add hot water to an already weak tea. Perhaps if one wants expensive pancakes and coffee, the place might be ok. Don't go for bacon n eggs. Stay away from the tea. Avoid the $7 milkshakes. Save yourself grief. Get an egg McMuffin at a drivethrough. Hard to imagine, but that's high dining compared to ihop. read more

We ate here twice for breakfast and, although there was a wait to get seated due to the large number of customers each time, the staff were excellent, service was fast co soldering how busy it was, and the food was very good. I have eaten at IHOP elsewhere in Canada and the USA and this location compared favourably to other IHOP's I have been to. Terrible, long wait for food, cold food, order wrong. Manager not wearing a mask. Dining area a mess, floors not cleaned, bathrooms not clean. 1hr 15mins to get food. Kitchen is visible from dining area, again floors not swept etc, looked very unkept for a newly opened restaurant. I am just going to say that their food is terrible, the pancakes were probably a mixture sent from IHOP headquarters, it tasted cheap and disgusting. We had beef and some crispy shrimp, the beef was overcooked, the shrimp was very weird because you shouldn't deep fry shrimp, you can deep fry a lot of types of seafood, but not shrimp because it tastes disgusting. The service was horrible; when we asked for some more coffee, they just took it and never gave it back, also they didn't give us water as well. I think a normal restaurant with bad food can serve you in less than 30 minutes. I will never return to IHOP again. It was also pricey considering that the food tasted cheap and disgusting. read more
