The medium-sized lobster pieces (including several claws) were tossed with diced celery and mayonnaise, which was then placed on a Boston lettuce leaf inside a buttered and grilled top-sliced bun. Once again, the person working the grill produced a perfectly browned and toasted bread, and nestled between was saucy, gooey, melted cheese and delicate lobster. He washed it down with a great draft beer from a local craft brewery, Tatamagouche Brewing Company. We shared a strawberry shortcake for dessert. The homemade shortcake was sliced in half and layered with sweet macetated fresh strawberries (perhaps from the strawberry farm just up the road.) A large dollop of real whipped cream towered high above, but proved quickly to be just the right amount so that every mouthful contained the three components of the dish. The food and drinks all arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Our server was friendly and polite. For seven o'clock on a Tuesday night, the place was half full - very impressive. If you're looking for delicious, homemade food, prompt and friendly service, all with a good price, then this is the place to go.
