A really good classic breakfast menu at a very good price. Excellent service. We were very happy with our meal.

This Tim Hortons does a huge business. The drive-through line was backed up through the parking lot…read moreout to the road, and there was a line from the counter to the door for each counter/door. So evidently they either do a great job, or they're the most convenient spot for breakfast, or more likely a bit of both. I've never actually done breakfast at a Tim Hortons - it's always been lunch - so this was my opportunity to compare and contrast with what I might get in the States for a Dunkin Donuts breakfast: I guess it's common to get lettuce and tomato on some of your breakfast sandwiches up here, i.e., the BELT (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato), which I got on a bagel. Their bagels are slightly smaller than Dunkin's, but more authentic in that they have a crisper crust and have less of that chewy feel of industrial bagels. Their breakfast combos include potato bites, our version of home fries. They're sauteed or possibly pan fried with some salt and pepper coating, as opposed to the battered and fried industrial "tater tot stuff" we get. I should have read the fine print first. It seems their breakfast combos include potatoes and the lunch combos include a donut. I had wanted another of their maple cream, my new favorite donut. The coffee is INCREDIBLY hot. I guess they haven't had to deal with frivolous lawsuits up here like fast food places in the U.S. have. That or Canadians are just sensible enough to not put a cup of coffee between their legs. I do like Dunkin coffee better, but I'm tempted to buy some of their coffee when I'm back in the states to compare it. Fortunately there's a few Tim Hortons in New York and New England where I can do that.

This location would have earned a good five stars if they had made their Spicy Thai Chicken soup,…read moreand I wasn't the only one who tried to order it. I was allowed to just sit and nosh the day away. Very cool place and clean restrooms.

Wow trying to find something positive about this location however nothing has come to mind as of…read moreyet. I got into the queue to order four drinks The first thing I was told was they didn't make matcha green tea Frappuccinos although it's on the menu board I was told twice they have never made them and they looked at me like I was an alien . After I pointed out the display board I got a whoops looks like you were right. I proceeded to order the next three drinks -one hot chai tea latte, one strawberry cream Frappuccino and one vanilla bean Frappuccino . After a ten minute wait the chai tea latte and the green tea frappe were ready but 15 other drinks came out with customers who came up behind me and ordered but I was still waiting for the strawberry frappe and the vanilla bean frappe. By this time a man came In Behind the counter but I was unable To make out his name tag ,he acted in the position of a manager and I was waiting for the drinks still to come. By this time the green tea frappe has started to melt and still no other drinks. I approached the man and asked if perhaps the drinks I had ordered had been misplaced as it was now twenty minutes that had gone by. He asked what the drinks were and when I told him he said that they were speciality drinks and took time to make. I mentioned that other orders had come and gone and he said this man's drinks We're ahead of you and I said no actually they came well after my order Was placed . I continued to wait another 10 minutes where the strawberry cream Frappe came out and still no vanilla bean Getting tired of waiting by this time and finally the vanilla bean drink arrives ! Yay ! Except It Was brown . Not sure when white drinks are turned into brown drinks but like ok ? So I said to the girl this is not a vanilla bean Frappuccino and she argues and say yes it is !! Finally the manager ? Man came over and said that's not a vanilla bean Frappuccino it's brown so once again waiting for the correct drink to be made. As an avid Starbucks drinker I have to say i was ready to ask for my money back ! I definitely will not get that time back that was wasted waiting for expensive Drinks to be made and service that was anything but good understaffed and a little Too rude for my liking next time I will Drive the extra 45 minutes to Charlottetown for my star bucks craving I have always had outstanding service there as well extremely pleasant service
