I had given up on IHOP after visiting the one in Fort Collins but this one changed my mind. The decor was fresh, it was clean, the service was excellent. And the food tasted very good. I had eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. The food was hot and eggs cooked exactly as requested. A good pot of coffee rounded it out. I will go Next visit: place is pretty empty but hostess take 5 minutes to figure out where to seat me. Sat for 5 minutes with no service. Gentleman is then seated at the table next to me and within 30 seconds Alicia asks him what he wants to drink and then walks away. Still sitting there. Dont bother with their "new" burgers. I dont know why i dared try a burger at IHOP. We come here fairly often, the lady loves the turkey avo benny. I decided i wanted to try the burgers they were advertising, and boy what a mistake... That meat was so dry and salty....I had to ask the server if they came in frozen and she said yes they do and walked away. That meat was thin, dry as hell, and overcooked... I thought this place was pretty decent. I would have done 3 stars but the cinna swirl french toast was so absolutely amazing I went up to 4! My hashbrowns were overcooked on outside and mushy inside so not good but everything else was very on par with good ihops. The wait staff did a decent enough job as well. We waited for 30 minutes to be seated, after thirty minutes we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. The staff did nothing to remedy this situation. We decided it was easier to drive home to Denver and eat there. We were never served. They should have an online reservation option to prevent this situation. read more

Food is good, just as any other IHOP. The staff is terrible. Been here twice, the first time the male servers kept loudly flirting with the recently engaged female server. She kept telling them to stop and they did not, unacceptable behavior in front of customers. The second time we were seated by the server computer check in area, where I heard two servers rudely speaking about a couple onw was serving and continuing on an elderly woman. This was absolutely unacceptable, they need to retrain their staff to be respectful and mindful whenever the restaurant has customers. read more

Have enjoyed their breakfasts before, but service has been poor. It shouldn't take 20 mins to get your breakfast items when there are only a handful of people in the dining room. Tonight, we actually got up and left because we never had anyone come to take our order for about 15 mins after we were seated. Gave them another chance last Fri., 10/20/2017. Waited 35 mins. for our simple order. No one even came by our table during that 35 mins to tell us when our food would be out. Again, there was only a handful of other patrons. We got up and left. Went to Village Inn. Had our food in under 5 mins. of placing our order. Enough said. read more

In my experience Ihops don't vary much from location to location. That's true here as well. The food and service is good. It's not going to knock your socks off but in a way that's part of the reason I keep going back. My feet would get chilly if I kept losing my socks. read more

Went there today for breakfast. Place was pretty busy. We only waited for about 10 minutes for a table. Wait staff was a little slow taking our drink orders but it was Sunday morning. Food arrived fairly quickly and was what to be expected at an ihop. Good food. I'd go back again. read more

We were sitting where we were able to see the food coming out, and noticed our order say on the warming table for at least 15-20 minutes. When it came out you could tell it has been sitting out too long and was barley warm. We told the waitress and they microwaved it. Not the best experience. read more

They seat you very quickly but the wait for your order is quite long. Everything was fine except the hard, flat cold pancakes.

It's ihop, u know what to expect here as far as the food goes, I really like it anyway & the waitstaff are usually friendly & do a pretty good job getting things out in a timely manner, I will say though they do seem understaffed & lastly the floors are FILTHY everytime I come here. Right now there is only like 4 tables here eating & there's definitely time for someone to clean the carpets up, if management ever actually gets on here & reads the comments I'm telling u it really makes the restaurant look bad & it's an easy fix. read more

I work in the area so I eat here frequently and enjoy it and have been coming here for over 10 years. I cannot understand why this place has so many bad reviews though. I am giving it 5 stars to hopefully offset their overall score cause there is no way these guys deserve 2 stars. I think people these days are too self-entitled and complaintive. I'd be surprised if any of the negative reviews on here are actually legitimate. Half of those people can't even spell correctly and the other half are reviewing this place like they're expecting it to be a 5-star restaurant. Totally unsatisfying experience. iHop in Loveland CO... Waited way too long to be seated. Very few people in there. Most people seemed to be waiting for their food to arrive. One party got up and left saying they could wait no longer. When our food finally arrived nothing was done right... undercooked or overcooked. Typical IHOP I suppose. The last several times there have been screaming children, which ruined things for us. We've had to tell the host to not seat us right next to the loud kids, but it was still loud everywhere. It's not really the restaurant's fault I guess, but still has made it quite unpleasant and I don't think I'll be going back. read more

It is a chain and it was fine. The waitress staff was slow but it's was close to the hotel, so it worked.

So I was invited by management to come back because they said things had changed and they wanted to do another review on the restaurant. I finally went back after some time and i will say that there was some improvement from the last time. The pancakes were not dry this time they were moist and tasted like they were just made. the eggs i got were over easy and they also came out good. The sausage on the other hand still tasted worse than jimmy dean sausage from the stare and the bacon was very rubbery. The ketchup that they had in the heinz bottle was definitely not heinz ketchup. it was a refilled bottle with a cheaper ketchup in it. Its fine to use a different ketchup than heinz but use the right bottle so people are not deceived. But I would have to say that the biggest turn off was the cleanliness of the restaurant. When I entered the store there was paper on the floor and looked as it had not been vacuumed in a while, and when the waitress sat us at the table there was dried food on the seat and food stains from previous customers. If you want someone to come back because you say things have changed then change everything. This is the last time I eat at this restaurant again.
