This is the sorriest IHOP in the planet!!!!! If I could give them a negative zero, I would. I ordered two entree meals and could not eat them. I called the manager, Rick, back who could care less. He told me that the next Manager could make me whole at 6 am in the morning. I was there at 0555 hrs and he tried to make some dry joke about the nasty food that I received. He walked off and left me standing at the cash register and did not return. I had to call the phone while standing for someone to comeback to the register. Rick refused to return but sent the morning manager to take care of his mistake. There was no reason why my food should have looked like that. There was not one customer in the restaurant and I called it in. They had time to prepare it. The morning manager Carmen was very apologetic but Rick needs to be fired. He does not deserve to be a waiter much less a manager. I will be contacting corporate as well. read more

Great service, clean, quick seating and served our food fast. Food was what you'd expect - decent. Overall exceeded expectations.

If you don't mind waiting an hour or more for your food then this is the place to be. Restaurant wasn't busy enough for the wait to be that long. Waitress kept saying they were really busy, but half the tables were empty! Horrible service, for such a large chain. Waitress kept apologizing for the slowness of the kitchen. Will never be back to this location. They need to hire more workers to keep up with the walk-in clients and the delivery services they provide in order to keep up with the orders. read more

Worst restaurant experience when it comes to service. 10 minutes after being seated our server was still missing in action. I had to call the hostess over and ask if anyone was assigned to our table. She pointed to a server and said he would be with us. The server than said he wasn't ours but find ours. I then called the hostess over and relayed his response. At this point she offered to take our drink order and find our server. We explained that after waiting this long we wanted to order and not wait even longer. She takes the order and promises the server will be over. A few more minutes pass and a gentleman shows up saying he was told we were waiting to order. Now the real circus act begins. We explain the hostess already took our order. He responds, I'll take it again. We never see him again during our stay. The hostess brings the food and drinks. I stopped by here on a Monday morning around 10:00am. The best thing about this location was the bus boy who was a kind older man. When the waitress arrived the first thing she said was " Have you decided yet????,What ever happened to Good Morning???. Her name was Xiomara. I then gave her a survey receipt for a free short stack of pancakes to which she said " Let me see if we take that ", She come back after speaking with the manager and said "I'm sorry we do not honor those we are a franchise. All I ordered was a ham steak and two eggs and I asked for over medium which they cooked over easy. They removed the eggs but this was such a sorry experienceI will never go back and you should stay far far away from this location. This place is by far the worst IHOP i have ever been to. I was seated promptly but that's the only good experience i had at this location. I was served by Elliott, the worst server i have ever come across in my entier life. I had cleary mentioned that i needed the side order of fries before my entrée which was a t bone stake. The coffee was cold, the fries came with the entrée, asked him for ketchup which he didn't get. The hostess was more attentive and brought the ketchup to the table. Not once did he check whether or not the steak was well done as i had asked, it wasn't!!!. I was super hungry to have left it alone so i did end up eating it. Had dinner with wife and son as special treat for our son. The pancakes were very good, but the rest of our meal was poor. This is probably the best Ihop that I have visited. It is aesthetically pleasing and the food was delicious! I had the chicken fried steak and eggs, which was cooked to perfection! My friend had the double club, and she said it was wonderful! However, the best part of the evening was our server Basir... His customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant! Went to have a late dinner. We got seated waited for 10 minutes a male sever came to the table ask us if we want something to drink; we ask for coffee 10 minutes later another sever came a female this time mind you she was walking around doing nothing ask us if someone already took our order we told her someone took our coffee order then she said "oh" then ask if we want to order our food at this time still no coffee my husband and I order our food 5 more minutes out coffee finally came they didn't bring us a pot just 2 cups. My husband order the new chicken avocado ranch sandwich and I order the steak tips with French toast when our food came out the sever told me they don't have no strawberry for the French toast then my husband sandwich didn't have the ranch dressing. Then we ask the server for a to go order a bacon egg cheeseburger got home no egg on the burger. It used to be better the food and the service. Now it's awful. We waited long for our drinks and food the service needs a whole lot of improvement. This IHOP is 5 minutes away from my house but I rather drive further to get good food and service. read more

It's gets 1 star cause the food did not taste bad. Don't stop in between 2 and 3 in the afternoon. Seems ALL the cooks go on break at this time. It took sooooo long to get our food. There were so many servers standing around and managers, plural, not noticing all the half cleaned tables. Or that our food was taking so long. The restaurant was EMPTY. Our food took 25 minutes to cook. We had 2 salads, a soup some eggs and the French fries we ordered took another 15 minutes. I love IHOP and have stopped at so many while traveling. I've only been to this ihop once and didn't really find it as good as what I know ihop to be. I normally get fried chicken or waffles and decided I would get the chicken basket. The bread was really soggy and the chicken didn't taste that great to me. I know you shouldn't order things not breakfast foods if you are at ihop but I normally really enjoy their chicken except this time for some reason. The service was really great don't get me wrong, the server was attentive towards me and was given a hot chocolate on the house! I had no issue for how long it took for me to get served or seated, then again I did come in at 5:30 am and not many people are around at that time :p service was great in my opinion. Stopped in on Sunday morning with a guest who was catching a plane in about an hour and a half. It was extremely crowded but we were seated quickly. When our waitress Maria came to take our order I told her we were in a hurry because we had a plane to catch. She said "I'll put a rush on your order." SHE DID and we had our order very quickly, perfectly prepared, and she somehow managed to keep our drinks refilled and to make sure we were fine while she handled what seemed like dozens of other customers at the same time. She was definitely a 20% tip plus and deserves acknowledgement for her ultra professionalism and warmth! Usually when I come to this Ihop I usually have no problems but whenever I do and the manager is involved he is extremely rude, I've had multiple encounters with this manager and his rudeness a few of my associates have had multiple problems with him as well. He's not approachable ,he doesn't know how to speak to a person correctly and is just down right rude , he comes off as a bully and i'm sick of the rudeness. Other than him the rest of the staff is great but I noticed how he talks to them and it's just as bad someone needs to do something about this issue. This is the worst ihop I've been too!! Our server was terrible and messed up our whole order. Our Omlettes came out wrong TWICE!!! And when we wanted to speak to the manager mike he said that there was nothing that they can do and that the cooks don't know how to cook Omlettes. I showed him the picture of a proper omlette and he said that his staff was incapable of making a decent omlette. He then just walked off and ignored us for the rest of the evening. He basically told me to get the hell out! What terrible service!! I then said that he needs to work on his customer service skills and he just chuckled and walked off. I'm pretty surprised at the wide range of experiences people have had, and I can only think that maybe it has something to do with the time of day you visit. I stopped on a Sunday night with a friend on our way back from NC. My first impression was that it was the cleanest, most appealing IHOP I have ever been to. My second impression was how friendly the greeter was, and thirdly how quickly our server approached and seated us. He was attentive, courteous, gracious and even seemed to be a very humble person. His name was Basir, and to be honest I would travel back down there just to have him as my server! The food was excellent, so I have only positive things to say ! read more

I have been coming to IHOP ever since I can remember, and I would definitely characterize this place as one of my regular places to go. Over the years, I have been to several locations, and I have to say that I have never had a negative experience. In fact, at this particular location, some of the Wait Staff recognize my face. That's when you know you are a regular customer. There was about a 7 minute wait during my last visit. Nevertheless, I could see that several families were being seated quickly. These people know how to multi-task, and they had tables prepared in seconds flat! The Server brought our drink order in about 2 minutes, and then proceeded to take each of our food orders. The food came out quickly as well, and everything was hot and good. About ten minutes into our meal, our Server refilled our drinks without question. This place is clean, the Staff are friendly and responsive, and the food is awesome! read more

The only reason I'm giving a one star is because a negative star doesn't exist. I'm genuinely pissed off at the service at this establishment. We walked in late at night (keep in mind that ihop is a 24-hour establishment) and it was relatively empty, we sit down and it takes us 20 minutes to get our drink order in, and to make matters worse: we had to call someone to take our order. We order our food and we try taking advantage of the policies they have (unlimited fries for fry- day, and free drinks if the waiter didn't suggest it) and the manager was so reluctant to give it to us, he refused to give us our free drinks and we had to ask multiple times for the unlimited fries deal, and we still ended up charged for them. To make a long story short: piss poor service, piss poor management, and false advertising. This is the most appalling time I've spent here, and if you want my advice, avoid this ihop like the plague. read more

Visited this location a few months ago. Just getting around to writing my review. We were seated fairly quickly, the staff seemed friendly and accommodating...that's where it stopped. It was a special occasion so I ordered some specialty cocoas for my teens at astronomical prices.. at the bottom of one of the mugs was a bunch of breakfast hash browns completely water logged from the look of the potatoes. gross. We weren't eating hash browns. How did they get there and from what plate/pan did they come from? If I could give this place NO stars I sure as heck would. Ready?! Ok! First. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Place was empty. Ok not empty empty but definitely not crowded. Second. Once we finally get seated we wait another 15 minutes to even be seen. Party of 6 young guys came in before us so they were sat first, per usual. Well once the party realized it was past their curfew, they left which would mean we would be seen by the server in the same section right?!? Umm NO! The server went to the back and only came back out when that same table was sat again. (Mind you, we were the table right behind it). While confused, we sat while he took the new party's order. Not drinks but food too. Each and every one laughing and playing which only made us wait even longer. For being in this hole in the wall for 30+ minutes without being served or greeted, we were angry. I am a server myself so timing is important, as well as communication and being attentive.
