NEW OWNERSHIP Forget everything you read in the previous reviews. They are under new ownership and it shows. The place was packed and we were seated quickly. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. The sever was super friendly and kept us taken care of. I ordered the spicy poblano eggs Benedict with scrambled shelled eggs. It was hearty and flavorful. This location is under new ownership and management. The old owner apparently went bankrupt. This is my second trip to the location. It is kept clean and the service staff are very nice and professional. Both times they were busy and I wasn't sure they had enough staff but they handled it. The quality of the food was good and tasty. The biggest issue is the price. Lots of things are ala carte and add up quickly. For two people, plan on a price tag of between $50-$60 with tip. A glass of orange juice alone cost $5 (ridiculous). The second biggest issue was the amount of food with a combo plate. Very small portions. I substituted ham for two pieces of bacon and when it came out I laughed. There were literally two tiny bite sized pieces of ham. I generally like the place and would come more often but at the price there won't be much revisiting when you can go to a non breakfast place for much more reasonable prices and just as good or better food. read more

Do not go to this ihop. I have given it several chances and it is always horrible but this is the first review I have ever given. It was just my daughter and I trying to eat a late lunch, no one was there to meet us at the door it smelt faintly like fish and cleaning products were laying out. We went on a Sunday morning with a party of 10. Expected to wait to be long...they said 30-45 minutes. The wait was probably 25 minutes. Yay! We were seated and right away our waitress greeted us and asked for our drink order. Then took our food order. While the order took longer than expected to be filled....the waitress kept us updated while refilling our drinks. When good came out, with other wait staff...everyone was very codial and friendly. We had a great time with outstanding service and food made to our order. I would highly recommend this IHOP for your spooky pancakes or your pumpkin spice pancakes or your spicy poblano omelette. It's Christmas day and breakfast selections up North are limited. I chose IHOP over the Waffle House. After getting my name added to the list I overheard others waiting saying IHOP was short staffed so they can't seat everyone quickly. Looking into the dining area, you can clearly see several empty tables. After being seated I quickly placed my order. Two screaming babies later or 30 minutes later I received my order. Two cold eggs ever easy, two slices of warm bacon, warm hashbrowns and two cold pancakes. I get they are short staffed and probably can't get food out fast enough. But there has to be some organization in the kitchen. I don't mind waiting for food but no one likes to get cold food. My husband and I HAD to be out this morning because of a pre-surgery COVID test during one of the worst snow storms our area has seen recently. I came to Ihop with my family for brunch. There was a bit of a wait, which was not a problem. There were a few door dashers waiting on their orders, which was not a problem either. I did however have a problem with the manager who berated and belittled the hostess to tears. It was absolutely disgusting behavior especially since the slowness of the kitchen and the frequency of the door dashers were not her fault. Not only was it incredibly unprofessional of a manager to do but heartless as well. I understand we are all frustrated due to the worker shortage and the pandemic but his actions were absolutely unacceptable. I hope that young woman finds a better job where she is appreciated by her managers because she certainly deserved better. read more

Once we received our drinks that was the last time we saw our waitress for 50 minutes and we never saw it food. At the 40 minute mark, we noticed other customers who had arrived after us getting their food. I looked for our waitress and ended talking to the host. 5-7 minutes later, no one arrived at our table to give us an update. This is one of the only times we have walked out of a restaurant. We did leave enough to cover our drinks. We travel frequently and IHOP is a common 'go to', this one is definitely an exception to the typical IHOP experience, standards and level of customer service focus that we are accustomed to. The Fam wanted a breakfast experience that wasn't dad's scrambled eggs with a pop-tart, to we voted 4-0 that we would hit our Liberty IHOP. What a great decision. Baconator Omelette, massive and overflowing with bacon and cheese. Colorado Omelette, massive and overflowing with every meat you can imagine and cheese. Biscuit and gravey was the only marginal item, it was just good not great. Eggs, sausage, etc. all awesome. Pancakes, AWESOME.....Pecan Praline, Egg-Nog, Buttermilk, and we get Peanut butter to spread on the plain cakes. Service was stellar. Price was not cheap, after tip we spent 50.00, but our 4 bellies were full for the rest of the day. If you like breakfast food, you will love this IHOP. read more
