This is my 3rd trip here and all 3 trips were great so I felt confident enough to say this is a good Ihop to feed yourself. It's off of Cobb Parkway in front of a busy shopping center. There is always a wait here so just be prepared. Not too long though about 15 minutes or so. But when you got a hankering for IHOP...its worth the wait.... Here are some of my favorite IHOP items...in no particular order Chicken & waffles Chicken Florentine crepes Sirloin tips and eggs Breakfast sampler T-bone steak and eggs French toast Brioche french toast Double BLT Philly Cheese Steak Stacker And of course everything here can be taken with Pepto Bismol, Tums and or Mylanta. Enjoy!

Visited this location and had Christian as a waiter. He gave us exactly what we asked for (without writing it down) and made sure we were happy. Christian checked on us and never missed a beat with the service. Christian made sure to let us know that the cooks were working on our order and immediately after the alert, our food came out. I'd definitely visit this location and ask for Christian if he is there.

Surprisingly Great!!! This was my first time at an IHOP in almost 4 years and I had an omelet that was almost bigger than my head-lol.... IHOP menu has really changed, and I'm loving it. :) :) :) My guy came in from out of town and wanted to meet up for breakfast, he suggested IHOP, so I met him there. We got there around 11ish, we were greated & seated right away. I asked for extra time to really review the menu and I was very impressed with what I saw. The menu is really different from the last time I visited an Ihop restaurant, but the prices are still nice. I settled on a steak and cheese omelette, I think its called the big breakfast omelette, it had peppers, tomatoes, steak and cheese and hash browns all rolled up in eggs -yum, and served with salsa on the side. you also get an option of six different side items, you can choose from flavored pancakes, buttermilk pancakes, hash browns, toast or in season fruit. Well, you know greedy me.... I ordered pancakes as my side item-lol. Everything was wonderfully delicous. My guy order the ham and cheese omelette ( even though he claimed not to eat pork, but that's a different story -lol ), with more hashbrowns as his side item. The omelet was so big, I couldn't finish it and I only took a small bite from my pancakes with blueberry syrup. Our waitress was very polite, and also very informative. I never thought I would be saying this, but I can not wait to get back to Ihop.....the steak and cheese omelet has won my heart over, and at 9.99, I don't see it breaking the bank anytime soon.

So, after faking the name change to IHob, I just had to try one of their burgers...yeah stick to the old menu. Ordered the mushroom and swiss burger here and it came with onions, lettuce, a tomato...I'm used to ordering mushroom and swiss burgers so I don't have to say hold all them other veges. The burger itself was dry, something else I'm not accustomed to when it comes to mushroom and swiss. The cheesesticks were good though. Outside of the burger, the other food I had here previously is on par with your typical IHop I've been here multiple times, usually after hours, and have always had decent service. I try to stay away from here at peak times like breakfast and Sunday brunch.

The service was unbelievably efficient -- every table was moving, food came out quickly, and the staff never looked overwhelmed despite the packed crowd. You could tell there was real leadership and organization behind everything. What made the experience even better was meeting the owner's mom and sister. They were both incredibly sweet, warm, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the family atmosphere trickles down through the entire restaurant because everyone treats guests with kindness and care, rather than making you feel rushed. GREAT JOB MOM! The food was amazing, the energy was great, and the hospitality honestly stood out the most. Definitely one of the best Mother's Day brunch experiences we've had.

In the evenings they light up and switch their sign to "Late Shift" and serve mostly pizza and wings. Since I was there at night, I got the 10 inch Carnivore pizza which had lots of chunks of meat on it. The sauce was good with a tang. And the crust was the thick variety but soft with a nice chew. The flavors were good and it was freshly cooked and I enjoyed it. The seating includes tables of various sizes including long large tables for a group. They also have both seating and a large covered patio that can be closed or opened depending on the weather.

The establishment is very clean and seems to pass majority, if not, all health and safety requirements. The restaurant is in a plaza, so, there is plenty of parking that is convenient for you. I believe the hours are only until 2pm, and, they tend to bring in a large crowd. Therefore, I advise planning on getting here no later than 12:30, so you have an ample amount of time to be seated and enjoy your food Speaking of food, I would say, for the most part, our dishes were delicious. As I said, the food is fresh so you walk away not feeling overstuffed if you wish to indulge in a lot of food (which I recommend ) The only feedback I have is the Carne Asada tacos lacked a little flavor. Not the entire taco as a whole, but the meat itself- I was able to tell when I tried this dish. I am, shower, very particular with my Carne Asada you have to put the perfect amount of seasoning and the right kind of seasoning along with cooking it a certain way to get a good asada. My favorite course, was the bacon, along with the farmhouse bowl. It was the perfect blend of meat, potato, herbs, & fresh eggs. I added arugula to throw on some extra veggies to my dish and it definitely enhanced it in the best way Overall, First Watch is a staple and I highly recommend you take a visit!

We were even able to change tables with staff assistant. Once we ordered and the food began to arrive, I realized my lemon for my water hadn't been given. I couldn't get my server's attention so I asked another. Minutes later,I saw our server and I wanted more napkins. Another server because Our Server was preparing her meal. Ok, I'm new to First Watch and maybe that's the standard. But what about ensuring your table has napkins, anything else needed. Nope nothing. Just she and I looking at one another. When it was time to leave I signaled for the check and a container. She handed it at arms length. As some would say, she was very standoffish. But, I did see her enjoying conversation, maybe with a regular. I truly DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE A TIP. Anyway, I now make my own Frittata. And I love the service I give myself and I don't have to leave a tip. Just gotta do my cleanup and dishes. Is this a Thing or my bad luck?
