i am 68 years young and certainly don't look under 50. I went there to get a burger and bloody mary. The server immediately asked for ID. I asked why. He said they carded everyone, it is policy. i was not happy. This was a huge insult to me and my status as a senior citizen. It might make them feel good to card everyone so they don't make the younger patrons free better but carding a senior citizen is an insult and shows the lack of common sense. read more

Went in for a late night dinner never got greeted one time sat there for 15 minutes lights so bright music was blasting and we watched the manager and 2 other servers ones name was Taylor she has pink hair, the manager said Taylor was our server.Then she proceeded to clean every single one of her tables off and still never came to greet us! Just OK. Service was quick, but a little strange. The times I had to wait were because my server was also the host. He also had to ?sweep the outside patio? about the time I was trying to leave. I came here with a friend for dinner on a weeknight. We had to wait a bit as it was pretty crowded. We were taken to a table near the bathroom and the whole place smelled musty/dirty. To be honest, it smelled like mildew, almost as if they hadn't been cleaning. It was also really hot despite it being in November. I'm not sure if they weren't running the AC or blasting the heat but it was uncomfortably hot. It took a while for our waiter to come take our order and even longer for the food to come out. I went to pick up wings I ordered before the Super Bowl. There must have been a 100 people waiting for their to go orders. Awesome place! I brought my girlfriend there this week (her first time). She was thrown off by the lackluster sign, but then impressed when she walked in. The server was excellent (Julia), and very welcoming. The food was great, since it's Lent choices for seafood are rare to come by. The shrimp tacos are filling and the shrimp itself is nice and meaty. My girlfriend loved the non-fried wings options and lemon pepper was a hit. Julia also reminded me about the Brewniversity thing, and it turns out I had an account (it's been 5 years since I've been). So I started racking up points again. My girlfriend now has gone 3 times this week, and myself two. The cherry on top is the manager and Julia bringing over a complimentary Butterscotch cronut dessert to celebrate her first time in. Walked in. Was greeted and seated quickly at a high top by the hostess. In addition to her, I made eye contact with a server who was not assigned to my table and a bar staff person. The server told me someone would be right with me. She walked to the double doors at the far end of the floor on the other side of the bar. I could see five or six other staff there. They all stayed behind the doors. I decided to leave after no one came by in what I felt was a reasonable waiting time. I told the hostess who apologized. Suggestion: when it's slow enough for a server to lean against the hostess podium visiting and slow enough for a bar staff person to walk the lengths of the bar and turn around without having any bar customer ask for something and slow enough to have five or six staff gathered right behind double doors to the kitchen standing around for several minutes, then someone - anyone - should come over to the newly-seated guest at a high top with a glass of ice water at the very least. Y'all are known for much better service than this. Do better. read more

I came here for lunch after spending a long day on the road. My buddy and his friend also had some good memories of this place in their history so there was a bit of nostalgia for them as well. I was brought in by the wings and the large selection of beers. I hadn't had wings in a while but was glad to see that I could divide up the wings into however many flavors I wanted, I went with my usual of Lemon Pepper and Hot Buffalo with a side of fries. We all ordered beers and we got them pretty quickly and we had that awkward moment where we realized that our server gave us all the wrong beers. Definitely not a fun moment to be had and we debated whether we should get new pours but our server didn't come around for a while despite it being pretty slow. Our wings came out first and then another wait for the fries. By the time my fries arrived my wings were pretty cold. I really did want to like this place with all the beers and the nostalgia but there are some service issues both front and back of house that needs to be fixed. read more
