I had an omelet and chose the fresh fruit instead of hash browns; we were charged $3.49 for the fresh fruit! The omelet was cold (the cheese wasn't melted) and I substituted sausage for the beef; the cook cut up a link sausage and tossed it on top. My husband ordered 2 pancakes and 4 sausages and received 4 pancakes and 2 sausages. This is the poorest excuse for a restaurant I've ever been to and so pricey. The price doesn't match the poor food quality. Be warned, there are other chain restaurants in Enid that do serve quality food for the money. read more

My family is staying at a hotel and decided to order curbside service. Order was placed and an email with directions on how to get curbside order was received. I pull in trying to find a spot designated for curbside orders like the email said but couldn't find a single spot. So I just parked where I could near the door. Put a call into IHop and kept getting "User Busy". I tried about 15 times to get through on the phone and finally gave up, put my mask on, and went inside where I waited for about 5 minutes while one server slowly got others seated and tables cleaned. She finally got to me and I said I had a curbside order but the phone just rang busy so here I am. Her response was "Oh what's your name?". No apology throughout that entire interaction or "Sorry for your wait", nothing. Get back to the hotel and there was no flatware (luckily we had saved some from a dinner order the night before), no butter, no syrup for pancakes. The food was Fair, avocados were too green to really be edible and still had skin on them. I did try calling them again once back at the hotel and it's STILL busy. Thank goodness for the nice young man at the front desk at te hotel, he got us some syrup and butter. So long story short, we won't be back. Curbside is a joke here, don't bother calling them, and don't expect more than monosyllables from the "hostess" or silverware and condiments. read more

I ordered strawberry and banana French toast and they act as if they're strawberry syrup is made out of gold! I hardly had some on my French toast and it made them taste dry. They also taste like it wasn't cooked well, it's a little gummy inside. It's like they don't care anymore. Last time I will eat there. read more

This place was amazing, the New York strip was perfectly cooked to perfection, this steak house house is amazing !

I am only rating this one star instead of zero because it forced me to. I am always amazed when I drive by and see cars in the parking lot. Seriously, people haven't learned? Just say NO to this place. Save yourself the trouble and go to McDonald's. Management doesn't care to make this an enjoyable experience for you. Save your time and your money. I've never received my food in less than an hour and the food is either incorrect or cold. read more

i go here quite a lot with my co workers after we get off of work because it's one of the only sit down restaurants open late, and every time the service is amazing. The servers here are attentive and very personable, it's nice to be able to have a conversation and laugh with them. They are also very honest about what's good and what's not on the menu!! even though they work long shifts and some even all night, they exceed all expectations read more

Most of the time I go into I hope its the middle of the night with a friend or two. Its the only dine in place open all night so there really is no other options. my food has always been good my problem with this store is the staff the are messing around instead of taking care of there tables (yes there are a few exceptions) or maybe I just come in when the crappy staff is working one time me and a few friends were in there at 1 am and the waitress actually told us she didn't care how long we stayed as long as we left before the bar crowd got there so she could get her tips! uhmm... rude I was planning on leaving a tip too but obviously thats not good enough! read more

My daughter worked at this location for approximately 3 days and could not physically do the job due to a car accident she was in prior! Originally they were real good with her! Offered to have someone help when needed and extra breaks! Her legs would not hold up (she broke every bone in her right leg, left ankle and back). She spoke with the manager and he told her to come back when she could physically do it because he liked her attitude! Well that was 4 weeks ago and they still have not gave her her paycheck! They keep running her around and even gave her a pay card with no money on it! Then when I called them out on it they replaced it with a card that has been pending for over a week! The manager is apparently based out of Oklahoma City and I have spoke with her a couple times! She referenced me to Byron who is the main manager! Gave me his cell phone number and all! Problem is I have called Byron 3 times and he will not answer, return calls or texts! I have reached out and filed a complaint with the Oklahoma labor board but I would highly recommend staying away from this location because apparently your money does not go to the employees that work for them! Ihop, it brings to mind late night and early morning food served hot and fast. Ihop what started out as a diner decades ago grew into a restaurant chain that meant 24 hour goodness. And so it started out as so here in Enid. Two things have caused us to avoid Enid's Ihop now. First it seems that as a cost cutting tool all Ihop's add pancake batter to their eggs. Your omelet and scrambled eggs are not pure egg. The second reason we avoid Enid's Ihop is the last couple of times we visited we saw some Blattella Germanica. If we see them twice and out in the dining room then they are firmly intrenched. read more

We have been into this Ihop a few times & the service & quality are about what's expected at places like this. Not great but not horrible as well. That is, until yesterday (10/15/18). We went to eat (family of 3), & the parking lot was unusually empty, chalked it up to being 2pm. When we walked in, they had 1/2 the dining area shut down for carpet cleaning, wasn't loud, so not an issue for us, & in the open area, there were a couple tables with patrons. We waited by the front doors for about 5 minutes & never even saw an IHOP employee, let alone being acknowledged that we were there. At that point we started discussing other places to eat. Anouther 5 minutes into this fiasco, we had decided where else to go. I did a final look for any employee in sight & STILL saw not one server, host/hostess, manager, or even cook. Yeah, we left, & I SERIOUSLY doubt anyone even knows we were ever there. That's alright, El Patio was happy to take my money & managed to do it with an eager smile & excellent food. read more

My family and I ate at this IHOP last weekend. There were 10 people in our group and we were very impressed by the friendly service we received. Our waiter, Chris, was amazing. Every order was correct and the food was up to the usual IHOP standard. My only criticism of the restaurant is that the restrooms could have been cleaner. read more

It takes over an hour to get your food. No matter what time of day you go. Servers are usually nice. I eat here about once a month because I like the food. I have never been out of here in less than 2 hours! read more
