Every year, there is an anniversary involving even IHOP got its start in 1958. They sell .58 short stacks from 7am to 7pm on that day. Today, I went to get my short stack. I added to eggs to round it out. I had a tasty breakfast, washed it down with a refreshing glass of ice water and went about my day. read more

I've been ordering the same custom crepes here for the past few weeks. I understand they were never technically on the menu, but the staff has always been able to make and ring them up for me. Now suddenly I'm being told no one knows how to put the order into the system. If it's been done multiple times before, I don't understand why it can't be done now. Unfortunately, that's a lost sale and a disappointing experience for a returning customer. read more

We no I've just walked out and are headed to the wee too across town. The place wasn't busy we got set. The asked us what we wanted to drink and then 15 minutes later no one had ever came back. around us and was getting people's drinks around and we were still sitting there with nothing. read more

Arrived about 7:00 am on Saturday morning, it was not busy. Jennifer was our sweet server. They have a pretty big menu. We decided on biscuit and gravy, and a steak omelette made with fresh eggs, and pancakes. The omelette was great. Fresh and meat was tender. Pancakes were fluffy and we got the strawberry syrup to go with it. When we poured it on it did not look all that great, but the syrup tasted fresh and no artificial taste to it at all. They have a new biscuits. They were tender and flakey. Gravy was a little cool but basic package gravy. It was very clean inside. read more

All things need to fix so slow bad service and the food so so and need more personal to do it fast so please take care of the business that's the reason they close many IHOP'S , and plus all dishes are so dirty they don't wash it good and during our visit two more servers was by the kitchen doing noting so . A number of wait staff at the front when we came in but no one came to seat us. After waiting some time, we walked out. I complained to the manager who said that she was in the back trying to get the food out. Poor management and service. read more

There was 3 people waiting to be seated when we walked in. The place was empty. After the 3 finally got seated, we still had to wait another 5-10mins to be seated. A woman came from the back, talked to a walk-in customer who was waiting for a call in. She continued to talk to her about random things, while we were still waiting to be seated. She finally finished up her conversation, about 5mins, then proceeded to seat us. We walked to the table, turned around and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

My husband and I went in for a late breakfast and our server was okay until she gave us our food. After she gave us our food she was near the kitchen just talking to other staff and never brought the milk my husband ordered with his meal. She then proceeded to walk outside around the building for a smoke break. We ate and finished our meal without her checking on us since she was outside. She also never gave us any refills during our visit. She was gone for around 10 minutes and my husband had to get up and go near the kitchen to find a server to ask for our ticket that we had been waiting on. The server then said I'll go and get her from outside. When our sever returned she said sorry for the wait and smelt of fresh cigarette smoke. There were two other booths attached to ours and they were both waiting on their food while she was outside. If she wanted to take a smoke break she should have atleast gotten another server to cover for her instead of leaving 3 tables with no one around. We will not be returning to this IHOP. I would not recommend this IHOP. read more

The food was very good, service was fast. Not sure what the inside looked like we ordered online and had it delivered. It was all fast

The food was okay. We were going to another restaurant, but saw that there were hardly any cars in IHOP's lot and stopped here do we could enjoy each others company. We were seated in the east end with no one else in our area. Our waitress was great. Left her a large tip on the receipt. The shift changed. The next couple was seated next to us. They were very loud and we could hardly hear each other. There were over a dozen tables in that end. Why they were seated next to us is beyond me. Our replacement server chose to ignore us, not a hello or refill, why bother, the other server had already left with the tip when we paid? I was feeling kinda bad for him and was going to leave him a tip anyway, but considering the service he provided (none), the tip was proportionate. As we passed him by when leaving, there was no "how was your meal?", no "Thank you, come again." One guy can ruin a business. read more

Our waitress messed up our order, but did her best to fix it. Our problem was not with her but with the manager, Lindsey. When our waitress went to talk to the manager to have her help us out Lindsey came over and threw our waitress under the bus. She was talking bad about her staff and was just not kind. When I brought up the fact that I didn't like the coffee her response was "no one likes our cold brew"... When Lindsey came back towards the end she talked about our waitress and said "she's confusing the shit out of me" and then proceeded to mess up our tickets. Over all our interaction with the manager was not good. read more

The food, waitresses, the wait, and the time management was terrible . The waitress has an attitude towards my family. The bacon wasn't cooked It was gross. We waited like an 2 hours to be seated and our food took two hours it was just sitting on the thing we got it was cold read more

I give it no stars to be honest. My husband and I walked in, several people looked at us and didn't not greet us or seat us or let us know or would be a minute to seat us. Two girls who looked at us several times walked around a corner and was talking not working or anything. I used to love going there, but my husband and I will go to boomerang diner for now on. read more

Went for a Sunday's breakfast with the family. My husband and I are sadly disappointed in the service and the food. Santa Fe scramble was 9.49 and it was a joke. The waitress never came back to see How our food was.. lol which is a must in server industry. We had French fries and nobody offered ketchup.. we had to ask for drinks etc, it just was a total disappointment. I suggest the owner of this restaurant implement some leadership training and take the reins on delivering high quality service and food. Or this restaurant will probably be shut down sooner rather than later. It was a Sunday, in OKLAHOMA. All breakfast places are PACKED. But this one isn't.. it's clear why. Save your money. Go to wee two or jimmies egg read more

Cold food and bad service. It took a hour to get our food and they were not busy. They had plenty of people working but they were just talking and playing around. All customers had to get up and find someone when they needed something, to get ticket and to pay ticket. We won't be back. read more

A 1 service and staff is hard working clean place to eat yummy good soul food my favorite place

I will also be posting this on yelp and google because people need to know what's going on at this ihop. We were seated and given our menus one of which was the "under 10 dollar" menu plus we noticed several posters that said "kids eat free from 4-10 everyday from the kids menu" so we ordered from the under 10 menu and the waitress couldn't find the items on her iPad so she asked a manager and the manager said that menu isn't available on the weekends. It literally says "everyday" on the menu and she gave it to us so the waitress had us pick something else the manager didn't even have the decency to come out and tell us there self even the waitress agreed with us. So we picked out something else and we ate no problems there. When we checked out the total was 53.89 from ihop #1913. We were standing 2 feet from a poster that said kids eat free from 4-10 and it was about 6:00-6:15 pm and they charged us for everyone of those kids meals. I asked the waitress pointing at the poster "all the kids ate from the kids menu so why are we being charged" to which she replied "I don't know anything about that, would you sign this and here is the tip info" and she didn't know how to print a receipt so guess what no receipt. We were all tired from traveling and yard work all day so we just paid and left. I told my wife about what they did and she was mad. I am a teacher so we don't have a lot of money, I teach in a low income school so a lot of people depend on ihop honoring there sales posters and menus they hand out. Why does this ihop not honor the "kids eat free from 4-10 every night ? And why give out a menu that you can't order from that literally says the items are available "everyday" ?false advertising and very misleading and just wrong to do to family's that need that extra money. UPDATE I was told someone would contact me regarding what happened and no one ever did. read more

This is based on online ordering! I ordered online around 9-10 pm we went to pick it up food was good and hott by the time we drove out in the country! The 10 min wait to get anyone to notice us should have been a red flag. The wait was ridiculous, tables needed to be bussed and employees playing on their phone and goofing off hanging Christmas decor, wrapping a fellow employee in red tinsel, all while people are waiting for checks and food. Had to remind the waitress we were even there, guess the screaming 2 year old wasn't enough. The bathroom had water standing in the stall, the back half of the restaurant smelled of sewage. AFTER there was an employee cleaning them! I will NEVER return waste of $30 read more

IHOP - People enjoying their Sunday morning. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Enid, Oklahoma

This restaurant should be inspected by the health department it is literally falling down. Front door pull almost came off when we opened the door. Screws were stripped out. The inside of the building was worn and really could have used s good cleaning The men's restroom was fairly clean but the door was scrapping on the floor and was badly out of alignment Food was only fair. Ordered the veggie omelet and it came very dry and chewy as in over cooked. Hash browns were just a little dab on an extra plate. Food was not impressive at all The only reason for this establishment getting two stars was because our food served was very present Try and avoid this place as there are much better in the area we will try next time we are in town. read more

This place is absolute crap. I mean I literally hate Ihop after going here. We went in in at 11pm and probably lefts after waiting 2 hours for food (somehow even after talking to the manager who my friend knew by first name) and when we got our food, it was literally half of what we order. I mean We order a full plate, and we were missing two of our servings on it. Not to mention the food was cold. I contacts the admin. and reported it. Got a call back from one of the Franchise managers who said he was going to send me some kind of apology coupons or discounts. Never saw them. I'd eat at Ihop, but I'd rather not waste my time. read more

Typically, I visit IHOP on weekend mornings. We usually have pretty good service and generous, above average fare. My last visit was on a weekday afternoon and frankly, it was awful. I ordered my regular Michacha. It arrived with no meat, cheese or salsa. The portion was about 1/5 th of the plate compared to the usual 2/3 plate. The waitress kept habging around and chit chatting when we just wanted a few minutes to talk with friends. When we were ready to settle up and go, there was no cashier to be had. I think my experience was an exception but if you plan to visit this IHOP, I'd do it during the busy morning hours when the staff has it together. read more

IHOP Enid. I have refused to go to this place since a cockroach fell from the ceiling onto my back. The bad service was expected. It is Enid, so mediocre service is considered wonderful. And HOP in incapable of finding even reasonably bad servers. Not to mention, as with the reviewer who could not get soft scrambled eggs, I tried to get sunny side up eggs. You just put eggs in the pan with a little butter (hopefully), cook them until the white is done and slide them onto a plate. The yellow should be glistening and bright yellow, not busted and fried hard. I have had better food in a Texas jail on a Saturday night. Let's see. Insects, putrid service, food that would turn a French maggots stomach and management that does not give a crap what the customers think. Yep, its an IHOP. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered my food to go and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. I got there in that time and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes. They had not even started cooking my food until I got there. I never received one apology from the wait staff for making me wait. If you would like better food and better service go to the Boomerang Diner in downtown Enid. I have learned my lesson and will never eat at this place again. If you will see, this is my first review, that is how bad this place is, I created an account to complain about them. DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

IHOP - These are the hash-browns I got in my omelet after getting terrible service! DO NOT EAT HERE! - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Enid, Oklahoma

BY FAR THE WORSE RESTAURANT IN ENID. If you're ever lucky enough to get a seat in the place cuz apparently they don't have a hostess to seat people so you're stuck there waiting for 30 to 45 minutes before you even get put on a list to be seated. If you have the patience to last that long then good luck getting an order placed because it takes your waitress/waiter another 30 to 45 minutes before they even come over there to get your drink order. There's probably another 10 minute wait before you get your drinks and then probably another 15 to 20 minute wait before you can get to place an order on food. Once you make it to where you actually get your food good luck getting it without any hair in it.IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO AN IHOP DONT RUIN YOUR FIRST TIME BY GOING TO THIS ONE. read more
