Pancake Combo with Strawberry Banana Pancakes
    Ferdinand C.

Always great for a late night dine in experience, our waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs. She made this whole experience great. The place was very clean and inviting. We ended up getting the mushroom and spinach omelette with 3 buttermilk pancakes and the pancakes combo with strawberry and banana pancakes. The hollandaise sauce was amazing and if you've never had their butter pecan syrup then you are missing out. You should ask for it every time you visit any IHOP.

This is the perfect place to go whenever you're hungry late at night. Our waiter tonight was very attentive and checked on us multiple times during our meal. We got the spinach and mushroom omelette with buttermilk pancakes, and the pancake combo with strawberry and banana pancakes. If you order pancakes or french toast, you have to ask for the butter pecan syrup. It's the best syrup at IHOP.

As someone who has worked in the service industry I never like leaving negative reviews but this day was just too terrible not to. Our food took an hour to come out, and only came out after our server went into the kitchen to help cook and push out orders which I applaud her for. After an hour of waiting our food finally came out and everything was cold. The pancakes were cold, the eggs were cold and everything was honestly just such a negative experience that I will not be putting myself through again. And on top of everything there was a hair in my cold pancake which is completely unacceptable. Do not recommend

Don't get the server Janet who's in her early 60s. She drops your food off and runs, forgets what your ordered when she fakes writes it. Food was great! Server NOT. She overcharged us. Then chased me down because she said I didn't pay. I had my phone as proof to show the receipt online was paid for. She claimed you can not pay on the app. Which is NOT true at all. Clearly, she wants to con you into tipping more... It shows on the computer when someone pays out. Wow. Embarrassing.

Here's what I ordered (Cupcake Pancakes) versus what I received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT FOR DELIVERY!!! I don't know why I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the last time they messed up my order because they did it again! I ordered cupcake pancakes which were supposed to include a frosting drizzle. I received dry pancakes that were missing the frosting drizzle, no syrup or butter. I could not eat them. I ordered a side of crispy potatoes that was missing from my order. I ordered a big steak omelette, which includes salsa and sour cream. I received a cold omelette with no sour cream or salsa. I placed my order for delivery with Uber Eats. Upon receipt of my order, I called IHOP and spoke with a manager. He offered to remake my order only if I could drive to the restaurant to pick it up. Clearly, this was not possible. I would not have used a delivery service if I was able to pick it up in the first place. The manager then advised me to contact Uber Eats to request a refund. The customer service representative at Uber Eats was polite, but she did not handle my concern to my satisfaction. My entire breakfast was ruined and it was a waste of almost $50!!! I should have received a complete refund instead of $4.00 for the missing potatoes. Although both companies played a role in the negligence of my order, the majority of the blame belongs to IHOP. I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could do so solely based on their negligence concerning delivery orders. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I've had a slightly better experience when dining in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant when ordering for delivery!

This seems to be a very popular breakfast spot. They do offer military discount like majority of the establishments within the area. They give you plenty portion wise. Enough to take home, but the thought of reheated breakfast doesn't sound too appetizing. Just enjoy it dining in lol. Pancakes were fluffy and plate size. More than enough to share amongst 2 others. After 3 bites you're full. The cheesesteak omelette was great and packed with a lot of flavor. I ordered a side of French toast, which was just as tasty. They were thick slices of toast that was dusted in cinnamon that ended up drowning in syrup. They do offer multiple fruit toppings if you want to make it a full on breakfast dessert. The western omelette would've been better had there been some flavor to it. It tasted very bland. Adding salt doesn't always do the trick. I just expected more flavor considering the requested ingredients I added to an already packed omelette. I will definitely be back to try some of the other options they offer.

I'm soft spoken and when I said "two please" she looked up annoyed and replied "say it again" and just didn't make us feel very welcome. We still had a great meal and really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance upbeat and cheerful. The food was plated beautifully. We will definitely be returning.

They require the entire party to be there at the time of seating. This is not a place ideal for a large group. That being said, however, it's very quaint and homey. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. I elected to have a hot Earl Grey tea while I was waiting for my other friends. The menu is pretty straightforward and simple. They offer a Cuban sandwich that I had to try. I know a good Cuban sandwich when I see one so seeing that on the menu was just too much of a temptation. The overall flavor profile of the sandwich was pretty good. The bread is not Cuban bread though. It's hard to come by up here in Tennessee. The bread they use is more of a dense bread, but it works well with the sandwich. My only other complaint is that the roast pork doesn't have taste of Mojo Criollo as I expect. It's just a little bit on the bland side. Otherwise, the portion is generous and very filling. I could only manage to eat half the sandwich. It comes with your choice of chips or breakfast potatoes. I opted for the breakfast potatoes, but I couldn't eat a bite of it. I was so full. I took the rest home. Most everybody in our group of four was pleased with their meal. Only one of us had over medium eggs that had a distinct off-fishy taste to it. She could not eat them. Otherwise, we had a very good experience. It would be nice to see this place open in a bigger venue where more people can enjoy what is offered. They are quite busy from what we can see. So maybe it's a matter of time. Would definitely like to try again and see what their other offerings are like. Probably won't with the group as it is too small for our usual numbers of attendees.

Started out with old fashions which were spot in, ended up having two. For lunch it was the standard American fare. We had some lighter options like salads and shared plates. The food overall was good, but not extraordinary. Service could have been a little more attentive however. After lunch, we headed to the tasting room. The standard tasting was $16 which seemed to be quite reasonable. Some of the tastings are 90-100 proof, so be ready for that. Also picked up some T-shirts. We would have picked up a bottle, but because of TSA you would have to put it in a checked bag. We did end up picking up a bottle at the Nashville airport after security, but the cost is about 30% more. They indicated that you can order online and have it shipped. Looks like they do tours, but we did not have the time on this day. Definitely a stop if you are a whiskey drinker and in the Clarksville area.
