I had excellent service, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean. I definitely recommend this IHOP for sure!

I've been back a few times over the years, and this location is either fine or REALLY bad. We waited 40 minutes for food, which usually isn't a big deal for me but at no point did anyone even apologize for or mention the delay (and there where only maybe 3 other people in there) Finally got our food. I ordered the blueberry pancakes. Instead they gave me pancakes with blueberries ontop. I was too hungry to care at that point. Got maybe a 3rd into the pancakes and found out they where fully RAW in the middle. Told the waitress, she offered to take them off the bill. Bill got handed to us a few minutes later, they're still on the bill. She comes back and says it hadn't been taken off yet, and gives me the correct bill. They were only marked half off and I still got charged for the part of the pancakes I ate. Fair enough I guess but it feels really weird to nickel and dime a customer for the restaurants mistake. Hardly any apologizes. Also got charged for the "double blueberry" pancakes and not just the blueberry topping they gave me. I just paid and left at that point. I don't think i'm coming back to this ihop anymore. read more

Emma was our server and the was amazing, always checkinh our drinks and tried to get the kids food out before the adults. IHOP doesn't quite work that way apparently but she managed to do so.. We ordered the Tbone steak and egg whites with a side of pancakes under $20..and 2 sprinkled pancakes for the kids with fries.. They do have authentic pancakes and they were good the egg whites tasted horrible and the T Bone steak was a T Bone steak and tasted exactly like yu would guess BUT it was cooked correctly. TYPICAL IHOP THIS IS WHY I DONT EAT HERE.. The grandkids asked for pancakes when traveling so I obliged. The area was not clean but felt safe. read more

I live in Atlanta, Georgia but I'm originally from Clarksville. I placed an order online and my husband picked up around 1:10 A.M. the African American woman with the ponytail working the front is very rude, nasty attitude, and has poor customer service skills. She was rude towards my husband thinking he was a DoorDash driver. Disgusting how this location treats delivery drivers Won't be supporting this location anymore. Also, he didn't receive the avocado on his Colorado omelette that we paid extra for. read more

Always great for a late night dine in experience, our waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs. She made this whole experience great. The place was very clean and inviting. We ended up getting the mushroom and spinach omelette with 3 buttermilk pancakes and the pancakes combo with strawberry and banana pancakes. The hollandaise sauce was amazing and if you've never had their butter pecan syrup then you are missing out. You should ask for it every time you visit any IHOP. read more

Took 15 minutes to get a DRINK mind you there was maybe 5 ppl in the restaurant at this time so it's not like they were packed. Then had to wait another 45 minutes for food just for the waiter to be seen by my wife and daughter using his bare hands to prep our food. Also got zero refills the whole time there had to get my daughter a refill by walking half way across the restaurant to get my waiter. This location is genuinely terrible. read more

Food was delicious! Server was Amazing (Tara) the whole atmosphere was great! Tara was attentive and friendly! Will be back again!

This is the perfect place to go whenever you're hungry late at night. Our waiter tonight was very attentive and checked on us multiple times during our meal. We got the spinach and mushroom omelette with buttermilk pancakes, and the pancake combo with strawberry and banana pancakes. If you order pancakes or french toast, you have to ask for the butter pecan syrup. It's the best syrup at IHOP. read more

Food was good but asked for Dr pepper said they were out yet the other table got some. Do not get fried breakfast potato no taste. Friend asked for over easy eggs got scrambled. Interior was kinda dirty otherwise well. Kenneth or whatever his name was, was really nice. Anyway overall 3 star. You should just go to waffle house. Also they sat me next to some loud machine I have no idea what it was I think it was the drink station. I didn't really mind it though. read more

My lil kitchen always takes care of me they never ever fail me. I never leave unhappy or hungry. thank you guys for always waiting on me.

As someone who has worked in the service industry I never like leaving negative reviews but this day was just too terrible not to. Our food took an hour to come out, and only came out after our server went into the kitchen to help cook and push out orders which I applaud her for. After an hour of waiting our food finally came out and everything was cold. The pancakes were cold, the eggs were cold and everything was honestly just such a negative experience that I will not be putting myself through again. And on top of everything there was a hair in my cold pancake which is completely unacceptable. Do not recommend read more

just waited and hour and a half to receive uncooked food with Nats in it. This is by far the worst restaurant I've ever been to.

Are you kidding me! Had 10 people in our breakfast party and our server REMEMBERED EVERYONE'S ORDER. Every custom order, I want this without that, add a side and drinks!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! Every order was perfect. Not one mistake. read more

We had an incredible visit. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. Tara was our server and she is exceptional.

Went in for breakfast this morning and waited over 30 minutes for our food and they weren't even busy. I ordered a mushroom, spinach omelette made with egg whites cause I can't do whole egg. Well I didn't get the egg whites and there was no spinach on it except for the top along with 2 mushrooms. Not to mention there wasn't even no cheese. My husband wanted me to send it back but I told him I'm not waiting another 30 minutes for them to correct it. I did get half my hash browns which weren't even done. IHOP is nothing like they used to be. I can see why they are going out of business. Service was terrible never got refills on our drinks. I guess you don't even get a refill on water. I only know we won't ever be going back. I did notice that the table in front of us she sent her omelette back cause, wasn't made right. read more

Ever go to a place to wait 20 minutes for Splenda? What about 30 minutes for your milkshake? Ever watch tables come in after you and somehow get their food first? Ever wait over an hour to get your food AND have it be cold?? If you haven't this is the place to go and experience that. Absolutely terrible and the waitress was barely audible and rude as all heck. If there was a thing as a negative tip I would have definitely done it. We were about to get up and tell the manager we were only paying for the drinks and leaving when the food FINALLY came... Worst experience ever. read more

Had breakfast here before flying home.Mekayla was our server. Nice friendly young lady. Wife and I both ordered the waffle Como and coffee. We both enjoyed our meal. Portions were more than enough. Having a carafe of coffee on the table is a huge plus. Casual atmosphere, 80s music over the speakers. Thanks for a good breakfast. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT FOR DELIVERY!!! I don't know why I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the last time they messed up my order because they did it again! I ordered cupcake pancakes which were supposed to include a frosting drizzle. I received dry pancakes that were missing the frosting drizzle, no syrup or butter. I could not eat them. I ordered a side of crispy potatoes that was missing from my order. I ordered a big steak omelette, which includes salsa and sour cream. I received a cold omelette with no sour cream or salsa. I placed my order for delivery with Uber Eats. Upon receipt of my order, I called IHOP and spoke with a manager. He offered to remake my order only if I could drive to the restaurant to pick it up. Clearly, this was not possible. I would not have used a delivery service if I was able to pick it up in the first place. The manager then advised me to contact Uber Eats to request a refund. The customer service representative at Uber Eats was polite, but she did not handle my concern to my satisfaction. My entire breakfast was ruined and it was a waste of almost $50!!! I should have received a complete refund instead of $4.00 for the missing potatoes. Although both companies played a role in the negligence of my order, the majority of the blame belongs to IHOP. I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could do so solely based on their negligence concerning delivery orders. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I've had a slightly better experience when dining in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant when ordering for delivery! read more

Don't get the server Janet who's in her early 60s. She drops your food off and runs, forgets what your ordered when she fakes writes it. Food was great! Server NOT. She overcharged us. Then chased me down because she said I didn't pay. I had my phone as proof to show the receipt online was paid for. She claimed you can not pay on the app. Which is NOT true at all. Clearly, she wants to con you into tipping more... It shows on the computer when someone pays out. Wow. Embarrassing. read more

I refuse to eat at another iHop again until they bring back the Harvest Nut & Grain pancakes. Not a location issue, but an iHop issue.

WAITER FROM HELLL‼ SERVICE HORRIBLE!! Soooo Me n my guy get in for a late night/Early morning breakfast...Restaurant Empty we thinking Cool we will get seated n eat no problems WRONGGGG Well Our waiter Shondrea Tells us it will be a wait to be seated...Cool we Waited bout 15mins mind you restaurant Empty only two other customers sitting waiting on food and their food is up waiting to be served! Another customer comes in and she tells us it will be a 10-15mins wait...We already waited 10-15mins so again we wait no problems....We watch her walk around Serving other customers got them out the way and she proceeds to clean and then hide in the back to avoid us and I know this because she's watching me with a smirk as I watch her ignoring us! After 25mins I'm fed up so I goes to ask the cook (Beto) can we sit down and he then grabs menus and seats us. The waiter Shondrea appears 3mins later and sees us seated so she really makes it her business to ignore us to the point now my guy noticing her actions! She goes to the customers who is already eating and bothers them and they sending her away! One customer is completely confused on what she wants because clearly ma'am he trying to eat but instead of her asking us our drinks she in his face asking her do he wants more water and he like No smh she then looks our way again and goes the opposite direction and starts to clean a table in front of us!! At this point my guy goes to her n tells to talk to her n she's losing telling him he GM name n to call the manager etc etc n all we like is ma'am we just tryna sit down and eat damn! We ended up leaving because at this point she wasn't gonna serve us don't know why so I get their names and we leave an goes next door to Waffle House that Seats us with no problems and have our food in front of us in 5mins flat!! Idk what her issue was but That's not the job for her! It's 3:40am and I'm up writing a damn review smh Here's Videos of how empty the restaurant was and also of her Losing it while my guy tries to reason with her about her bad ass customer service! Word of advice...Send her packing!! read more

I don't go to IHOP often, especially after long waits for mediocre food. Plus, when pregnant, we started eating healthier. They just don't have anything that is "healthy" or "organic" or even baby-friendly. Just my opinion, and that's what matters here. Ha. Well, the service was better than in my past experiences, but it definitely could have been better. I asked for the advertised special with unlimited pancakes. I got a response from my waitress that had a bit of "ugh" attitude with it. So, minus a star. When I first arrived, I stood at the host stand for a few minutes before being greeted, then longer before getting seated. They were not that busy. Luckily, I did not have to wait for a booth seat. It's easier to have my lIttle guy in a high chair these days. So, we sat in a half booth table with a chair, but I put the high chair closer to me versus across from me at the table. Once I ordered, it did not take long for 2+2+2 to come out. I didn't order anything special. I got milk for my son. He was patient and good with the crayons they give. I also brought his laptop toy. While we waited, she brought a nearby table his food with fresh fruit. So, I asked her if I could get a side of fresh fruit. She responded that it's small and costs $4. Ok, so I guess I don't want any. She talked me out of it. Our waitress was nicer after she received a complaint from that same guy dining nearby. He complained about the food, so the manager took care of it. He paid for his coffee. Could I have made up a complaint to get a free meal?! Sure, but I went there with low expectations. The pancakes were good - better than I ever remembered. The eggs were done well, as I asked. Scrambled plain. I got warm syrup with my second pancake plate - as requested. I had to wave down the waitress a couple times, but she did her job. My dining experience ended better than it started out. I rounded up to four stars. I'm in a good mood and didn't have to clean up after myself. Otherwise, I'd give 3 and 1/2 stars for a good deal on a filling (yet ordinary) meal. read more

This was a horrible experience. Before we were seated, the young man told us they only had one cook, and told us we may not want to eat there. We decided to take the chance. There were only three other tables with people. After about 10 minutes, he came to the table and took our order. He brought us our drinks. And we sat in the booth for 1 hour, before our appetizer arrived. Approximately 30 minutes later our food arrived. One of our meals was the "Cali roasted turkey melt". It had two small pieces of turkey, two pieces of bacon, two cherry tomatoes, no avocado, no cheese, and no mayo. There was more bread than meat or cheese. And absolutely no avocado. They should look at the pictures in their menu , and at least get close to the image when they make the sandwich. The appetizers were cooled off enough that the mozzarella cheese sticks we're not melted. They were hard. The other meal was a breakfast meal. There was supposed to be biscuits and gravy. I received a biscuit that was cut in half, and fried on the grill to warm it up. It had either small pieces of onion, or small pieces of potato burned into the biscuit. We rejected the turkey sandwich meal, and took the breakfast meal to go. We were tired of sitting in a restaurant waiting. Also, this is a restaurant that serves its meals on stoneware. Why are we getting plastic cups with dipping sauce? The plastic cups are smaller than normal dipping cups, yet the price didn't change. There wasn't enough gravy to even cover the biscuits. And the dipping sauce for the appetizer wasn't enough. I'm sorry we even paid for the breakfast meal, it was flavorless. And the silverware was greasy. We will not be going back to IHOP. read more

IHOP isn't the spot I would write home about on amazing breakfast. The menu has a lot of variety and I give them credit for that. However, if your name stands for international house of pancakes and they taste like garbage......fix it. They could do much better. I rather get Chickfila fast food for breakfast personally. If you're looking for a great breakfast, search elsewhere. I'm sure you could spend the same amount for way better quality. The service was great. Our waitress was super kind and prompt. We have always loved IHOP and have been going (off and on) to this store for a decade. However, I imagine this IHOP on Wilma Rudolph will be going out of business soon due to the abhorrent condition of the store. We had breakfast/lunch here today and found the restaurant to be completely unsanitary. 2022 has brought many things to Clarksville but higher priced food and zero cleanliness standards have been the main theme for most restaurants. I will save you the details of the bathroom. Let's just say one could easily compare the cleanliness of this restaurant to a busy bus terminal in Atlanta, GA. The shape of this store is a direct reflection of the management. read more

We were sat at a dirty booth with torn up seats. The floor was filthy. We did move ourselves to a table. Now that's the bad so far. How some good. Balance is everything. We were greeted and sat right away. After we moved our server came right away. Coffee and water and ordered with in 10 min. All a big plus. Coffee was hot and tasted like coffee and refills came before the cup could get cold or empty. All the waiters seem really attentive to the customers. I'll be back to give my thoughts about the food. Alright this edit is all about the food. We got our food pretty quick, hubby ordered eggs done the same way I did and as we always do, over easy. His whites were not cooked yet mine was so right. Remember we ordered the same way. Our waitress addressed the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. The cook on the other hand tried to say that's how they are when ordered that way. Hmmm Nonetheless the rest of the meal was without issues and tasty. This location needs to take some care of its cleanliness and maintenance. The staff's responsiveness and care for the customers directly gets an A+. Happy New Year read more

Definitely not a place to visit. I went to the google reviews first instead of the Yelp reviews...big mistake. Went on a Monday night and literally no one was there. Our pancakes were raw, eggs were gross and runny, and the service was subpar. We decided to just leave and pay versus finishing our food because it was so gross. As we were leaving we see the busboy come clear our table...he was also the same person making our food...DISGUSTING. Not to mention his mask was hanging off. Definitely won't be back!
